Started watching MTV's new show "Death Valley". Pretty good I must say.


Is calling people (without specifically naming them but providing enough inference as they can't mistake whom your target was) pompous jerkwads in a another thread both a pompous and jerkwaddy thing to do....

Pompous jerkwads rarely recognise themselves as such, so if your inference was in the least oblique there’s every chance they won’t assume you were referring to them.

I love that what, forty years or so after that song was released, there is still speculation about who it is actually about.
