Seelah moves for the kill: 1d20+9=24, 1d8+4=9

Harsk does the same: 1d20+7=25, 1d12+3=6

Lem & Sheldon meet on the second floor. Lem tells Sheldon, Petrune was in our room. Sheldon says let's get invisible & follow. "You first he says, I'll follow you after I make you invisible." Sheldon casts invisibility on Lem.

Lem then enters into the restricted area of the second floor looking for Petrune. Sheldon will follow next round after turning himself to the unseen.

Liberty's Edge

Sheldon not seeing any avenue to get further into the second floor from where he is at turns and hustles down to the first floor through the guardroom(#8) and heads into the interior of the Station House. He finds Lem at the bottom of the stairs looking up the stairs with a look on his face of one who is making a decission. He smiles at Sheldon and informs him of what he saw. After some debate Sheldon and he decide to turn invisible and investigate. Lem smiles brightly at the prospect of being "not seen" as Sheldon goes into his arcane motions. Once both are "not seen" they both head up the stairs and find themselves in a long hallway with five doors that they can see from where they are at presently. At the end of the hallway they can see that it turns to the right into another hallway...

Both of you are at the top of the stairs on the second floor!

Harsk and Seelah continue to have success as they both dispatch their opponents at the same time the last guard gets the upper hand and finishes off the remaining guard. The room goes quiet except for the cries of the workers......

Seelah & Harsk, looking around, now tend to the wounded. Harsk will use his skills to bandage wounds. If anyone is critical, Seelah will lay on hands. If it's one of the "dead" guards or workers, Seelah will stabilize him and Harsk will aid as well. Seelah has a wand of cure light wounds, which after laying hands on, if it will aid others, she will do out of the deep compassion within her.

Lem & Sheldon, however, are up to mischief more suited for their chaotic natures. With some whispering, Lem agrees to go first, quietly, listen at the first door, then see if it's unlocked. Sheldon will stay back a bit & keep look out both ways!

Liberty's Edge

Seelah and Harsk take their time with the wounded once the battle for the laundry is over. Their help is enough so Seelah does not have to use her magical wand for further assistance. There is still a danger in the area with the elves so close and the need to get the workers back to the safety of the Station House. Its might be tricky but must be done. The Station House is the only safest place with the increased attacks on Nightfall Station.

Sheldon and Lem move up the stairs and take a moment to listen at the first door. They hear nothing coming from the inside...

Male Human Sorcerer 5

Lem goes for it, with a smile on his face, he cracks open the door and if the coast is clear he enters & begins looking around. Sheldon, with his eyes narrowed just a bit, & cautious in his demeanor, stands watch outside the room.

Seelah begins to organize the evacuation. She asks Harsk to provide covering fire if an attack arises. They take a count of the workers. Seelah asks "who can move on your own? who can help others?" they look at the wounded & determine who cannot move without help. Once everyone is ready and if there are enough others to help the severely wounded. Then & only then will they take off at fast pace back to the station with Seelah in the lead. Once they get close, Harsk will take off in full zig, zag run to rejoin them.

Liberty's Edge

At seeing no one in the room Lem enters as quietly as possible and begins to look around as Sheldon keeps watch. Lem finds nothing of interest. Tools of various sorts lay about the room, some personal belongings, a bed, a chamberpot, a lamp and a small chest can be seen in this room. The tools look familier to Lem as ones used to fix and maintain boats.

Seelah and Harsk rush about helping the workers. Five in total, one close to not making it and the others with small wounds here and there. The one near death is going to need to be carried back to the Station House because he is not able to stand by himself. The others are not strong enough to help carry as they are having trouble of their own.....

Harsk & Seelah looking at each other make a quick decision: "everybody prepare to move quickly to the station house!" Together they reach the wounded worker and lift him/her gently between them, then Harsk says "go now" and they set forth at quick pace moving toward the station.

Lem in tune with Sheldon moves on the next room for a listen. Sheldon is still watching from the hall but hears a whisper as the door to the tool room shuts "this is fun . . ."

Listen check:1d20-1=4

This could be interesting!

Lem now attempts to open the door & peer inside.

Liberty's Edge

At almost a full run the wounded workers followed by Harsk and Seelah carrying the one to hurt to walk make for the Station House. The take so fire as arrows go whizzing by but the range is long even for the elves. They make it to the back steps and are helped by guards stationed there. Everyone is ushered into the Station House out of breath and some of the wounded are worse off as their wounds gush blood after the run. Daval tells everyone to make for the parlor where the wounded will be taken care of there.

On the second floor, Sheldon and Lem continue their mischief. They move to the next door down taking time to listen but hear nothing but sounds of men below shouting, something about wounded to the parlor. Lem opens the door slowly and finds himself looking down a short hallway about 15 feet long. Five more doors stand closed before you, one straight ahead, two on the right and two on the left......

Down below the fighters follow orders & help the wounded to the parlor. Up above, Lem has second thoughts and closes the door, staying in the main hall by the stairs and going down the hall opening the first door on his right knowing he has a few precious moments left to discover anything. Sheldon pays watch in the hall.
