I'm genuinely so pleased you asked this! Recall Knowledge is such a great mechanic, one of the best ideas that D&D 4e had and I love how PF2 implemented it. I emphatically encourage all of you to make RK checks on every creature you encounter.

Because no one has been trying to be quiet or otherwise stealthy, the spider knows you're here, so you'll need to roll initiative. Thus:

Diggou initiative: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21
Grolugh initiative: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
Risk Zil initiative: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22

So we've got the spider up first, then the party can post their actions.

The spider knew something was coming--with the loud thud a few minutes ago and the conversation after, then seeing the party approach, the spider was ready. It interrupts the party's idle banter, skitters toward the party Stride >, unaffected by the difficult terrain of the webs, then shoots webs at Diggou and Tama!

Ranged Web Strike > against Diggou: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22
Ranged Web Strike > against Tama: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17

The web shot at Tama stops just short, but the one at Diggou binds quickly around his legs, fusing with the cavern floor! He's unable to move unless he can break free. DC 17 Escape; This can be a roll made with your unarmed attack modifier against this DC, or you can use Acrobatics or Athletics. The action has the Attack trait no matter what, though.

The only Core spell that is 60 feet is Frostbite. It requires a Fort Save DC 17 for: 2d4 ⇒ (4, 3) = 7 cold damage.

Diggou's response to the webbing around his feet is conjuring a blue-white orb of bitter rime around the large spider! The moisture in the air condenses onto the webs around the spider, but it shakes off the worst of it.

Spider Will: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20

Risk's anthem once again fills the cavern, bolstering his allies to find inner sources of bravery they always knew were there but would otherwise be unable to reach. His spell does provoke a reaction from the spider as it stumbles, but only for a moment.

Tama RK:

Tama RK: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7

Tama steps forward and his exhortation joins Risk's in echoing through the cavern. His memory fails him, though, as he's unable to recall anything about the spider.

The spider still stands, threatening to have orcs for lunch, and dinner, and maybe even desert!

He then raises his other arm and shouts something to Mazludeh. A beam of warm, orange and yellow energy emanates from his person to stab at the spider. Divine Lance.

Grolugh's divine lance, aided by Risk's anthem, strikes true! The beam of fiery energy finds a mark square in the spider's abdomen!

It's had enough of this and tries to put an end to the orc disturbance. It skitters up to Grolugh Stride > and tries to bite him!

Thankfully, Grolugh is easily able to dodge out of the way. Then the spider retreats (... or tries to...) back whence it came Stride >. It clearly recognizes the weapons the party is carrying, as though it's seen similar things before.

Tama, as usual, this triggers your Reactive Strike. Would you like to use it?

We cannot make it all the way up to the spider in one move, because the webbing is difficult terrain, correct? I thought I read that in one of your past posts. I am taking move to stride and raising shield and will just wait. Again trying to protect the back line.

Can I swap out Exacting Strike for Sudden Charge or Vicious Swing? Exacting Strike (because of the Press requirement) doesn't fit for this build, since he will always be using an action to raise his shield. Anyway, let me know. I have not been able to benefit from the Feat at all.

Both of Tama's strikes miss, again striking the stone of the cavern. Echoes rise against the stone and webs.

Grolugh's Lance, previously so effective, also hits a web instead of the spider, though only narrowly missing.

Spider Fort: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7

Risk's Void Warp, however, strikes true! The purplish gray energy envelops and undoes the spider, leaving a pile of icky viscera, entrails, and venom.

Would've gotten Enfeebled from that crit failure, but dead overrides that condition :)

With the spider handily dispatched, quiet returns to the cavern.

Nature for Grolugh: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21

Grolugh discerns that the spider silk could, in theory, be useful, but it would need to be cleaned, de-stickified, and spun first. The most pressing of these is the desticking, as indeed it is quite sticky. With some proper equipment, it'd be possible to harvest it. Getting that equipment down here would be difficult, though.

Diggou and Risk take a few moments to search the spider's icky lair. It's very unpleasant work, and some of what they find is equally unpleasant. You find a bundle of bones, dried skin, and some items. The bones and skin appear to have been some sort of small reptilian creature. Also among the remains are a shortsword with an emerald in the pommel and a minor healing potion.

You don't need a perception roll for just looking around. I'll let you know in future if you need to make a die roll of some kind :)

Having slain the enormous spider, you peer down the passageway, deeper into the caverns underneath the streets your fellow Otarians are walking right this minute. The stonework here appears to be more natural, but it has nonetheless been worked and leveled out to make travel easier. To the north, wooden planks and a barrel form a barricade preventing egress from this small room. To the west, the cavern continues.
