For the forest
Everyone make a Will save DC 13
A look of total fear spreads across Roderick face as he gazes at the monster and his arrow flies wide as his numb fingers lose their grip.
Roderick save 1+2 = 3
for anyone that fails the save, You are shaken and frieghtened.
You have a -2 penalty on attacks, saves, and skill and ability checks. You flee from the monsters as fast as you can. This all lasts for three rounds.
Fair Tuon Clawed |
Tuon spends a while humming to himself with one hand pressed to his forehead and eyes shut. Then the glitter of ruby re-appears in them.
Afterwards the mercenary climbs down behind the cover of the wagon.
Focus 15+10=25, move action to climb down.
"Watch out for flankers and people in trees, folks!" shouts Tuon to the others.
Verzale |
Closing his mind to the howl, Verzale draws his scimitar.
Will save 1d20+6 → [7,6] = (13)- just!
"Dagmar - trip" he calls to his wolf companion, his own eyes alight with a mixture of joy in action and fear of what he's fighting.
What kind of abominations are these?
"Bri - stay back but get a shot at them if you can." he calls to the halfling girl.
Know(Nat)1d20+10 → [7,10] = (17) to identify the beasties
Bri Leagallow |
Will save: 13+2=15 Finally!!
Bri watches as the beast shows it inner beauty. "That is not good" Bri says as she aims and sends an arrow flying towards the beast. Attack: 19+6=25 I am on a roll this morning! Damage: 1 I can't be perfect every time. Bri watches as the arrow flies true but only makes a superficial wound on the creatures shoulder.

A torch starts darting through the trees towards the road. Soon the torch light illuminates the small goblin carrying it as he heaves with all his might and the torch arcs through the air. The torch lands in the grass six feet short of the wagon and starts some of the dry grass on fire. Several more arrows strike the side of the wagon and one grazes the horse causing it to rear and start pulling on the wagon.
Scidd is up.

For Verzale

Snapping at the Krenshar's legs, Dagmar goes for the tendons in true wolf fashion, trying to bring the creature down.
1d20+3;1d6+1; [15,3] = (18)
1d20+3;1d6+1; [3,1] = (4)
"Bri, Roderick - they're Krenshar. Just think of them as big wolves."
Verzale holds his voice steady and moves to intercept the incoming beast, masking his body with his buckler and looking for a vital spot.
Verzale |
Forest
Dagmar pushes her shoulder hard into the Krenshar bringing it crashing to the ground.
1d20+2 ; [14,2] = (16)
"Out Dagmar." orders Verzale as he releases his will and the entangle spell erupts over the landscape, snaring and slowing the Krenshars.
Hope that's right. Without a map, it's kind of tricky, but he'll aim at where it will cause most disruption. For his next trick, he'll cast Flame Blade which should last 3 minutes - or 4 if I've read the Heighten Spell feat properly.
DM Dreamweaver |
for Forest
Roderick stumbles backward and runs into the trees disappearing from sight.
[/ooc]Bri is up[/ooc]
Ok sorry Skidd, give him until Monday and if you don't hear anything make an executive decision.
Verzale |
Forest
If Dagmar can attack without being entangled she will, but I'll hold on her move until I know that. If she can attack she'll go for the one she tripped with the following 1d20+3;1d6+1; [8,3] = (11)
1d20+3;1d6+1; [1,1] = (2) - which is highly likely to be a miss ...
This is Verzale, just to help keep things moving.
"Great shot, Bri! One blazing sword of destruction coming up."
He closes his eyes, flicks something that looks like a small pinch of ash into the air and chants something unrecognisable. An instant later a flaming blade appears in his hand. Using his woodsman's skills, to evade the snaring plantlife, he heads towards the Krenshars.
Cast Flame Blade (standard action), move (standard action). Depending on the Dagmar situation, he'll either attack the undamaged one. Spell should last 3-4 minutes depending on how you read the Heighten Spell feat. It's +5 to hit and 1d8+1 damage.

Dagmar is up.
Alright, sorry wuld have posted sooner but laptop can be a but slow...gaa the spellcheck doesn't work...
Wagon:Creed of Kord |
"Thanks," says Creed to Skidd as he jumps from the rear of the wagon (his move action), growing larger on the way out! As soon as his feet hit the ground, Creed uses the cover of the wagon to cast Sanctuary <link> upon himself (his standard action).
He shouts in the direction of the attackers, "Prepare to feel the wrath of Kord!!!"

A couple more arrow stick into the side of the wagon but otherwise are harmless.

Dagmar bits and claws at the downed krenshar but doesn't do any significant damage.
Both krenshars try to pull them selves out of the enchanted plants but the grass and limbs keep them in place.

The Wagon:
The Warlock reaches into himself and finds the flows of energy that inhabit his being. With a growl, his arm projects forward and the Eldritch power unleashes towards the Bugbear.
Eldritch Blast (Roll 4+4=8)
Tuon's turn for the Wagon Group
Bri Leagallow |
Attack: 13+6=19 Damage: 5 Bri watches as the spell is casted and decides that it is best if she stays put. She grabs another arrow and shoots at the second beast. She watches the arrow fly through the air and sink itself into the right shoulder. "Yea!! That is how it is done!" Bri says as she does a little happy dance.

Forest
Dagmar
1d20+3;1d6+1; [17,3] = (20)
1d20+3;1d6+1; [4,1] = (5)
Snarling and snapping at the Krenshar, Dagmar picks her moment and fastens herself to its throat, trying to throttle the beast.
Muttering more words in an unintelligible language, Verzale looks with satisfaction at the glowing blade in his hand.
"This is more like it. Great shot Bri. Let's finish these things and go and help the others."
He heads purposefully towards the second Krenshar.
Cast Flame Blade and move

The last krenshar whines at it's dead mate and begins struggling again against the vines and finally breaks free. The krenshar snarls and darts into the trees fleeing the area.

Verzale |
Forest
Verzale casts an expert eye at his surroundings in case there's any further danger.
Know (Nat) 1d20+10; [13,10] = (23)
Then he calls Dagmar to him. Petting her, he buries his face in her neck and murmers
"You did well there girl. You've always been quicker and smarter in a fight than me."
If the Know(Nat) shows up with nothing he'll move towards to wagon and try to help out before the Flame Blade is wasted.
"Bri? Any more danger you can see around here, or shall we get back to the others?"
