Brick looks at Ruuz with a vacantly bemused expression on his face. Well, a more vacantly bemused expression, anyway. Anyone with two brain cells to rub together can tell that Sari's little dig went several miles over Brick's head.

Ruuz stares at Sari wondering if she would be good enough to let the insult pass. He shakes his head, "Nope sorry it's all natural around here."

"Uh ... Sari, a moment?" Valessa grabs Sari's arm. "We need to visit the powder room," she says over her shoulder to the men.

"Sari, what are you doing?" she asks the other woman when they have some privacy. "He can be a real sleaze you know. He hit on me before you know?"

So our house almost burnt down this week so we are staying in a hotel for the next two weeks, we will have our laptop off and on depending on how long it takes to get it cleaned. We will try to keep up with the posts!!

So ... its been about 7 weeks since we had any input from the DM. Do you think this game is officially dead?

We are all ok and visually the damage was pretty small (a 1 foot by two foot hole in our floor in front of the wood stove.) but still a close call. Most of the damage was smoke, everything smelled terrible and we didn't now how bad until we moved to a hotel. We send our oldest daughter to school after giving her a bath and washing her closes and a half hour later they call me to pick her up because she smelled so back that the other kids were getting nauseous. Hopefully we will be back in our house this Friday.

I wanted to pop in for a moment and apologize for being eaten by the world. I wish I would have been able to give you some warning. And I also wish I woulda gotten of my arse sooner and popped in.

I have a major business trip coming up in early Feb. AFfter I get back from that I will decide if I have the time and gumption to resurrect the game.

I am thinking heavily about bringing it back, and how my new found disdain of responsibility are going to work together...

Maybe my employers will give me one of the two promotions they have me doing 75% of the work for, and i can relax a bit
