I'm not sure that I've posted in this thread... (it's 451 posts, after all,) so I'm just posting to get my email in there. I'm looking forward to the Overload. Hopefully it'll be ready in time for me to read it before my games.
Oh, while I'm at it... I've got a player who has correctly guessed the tie in of the Rod of Seven Parts, among other things. You sure you didn't release the Overload outside of Paizo for "proofreading?" :P

I only have two players that have played long enough to know about the Rod. And they figured it out right away once they found the replica. I let those two use player knowledge to tell the others as much as they could remember. Their characters heard stories from bards and such.
It was refreshing to have 5 other people with no knowledge of what it means.
Peace and smiles :)

Email please... thank you! ;) Great work on both mags guys, you've gotten my attention again since the "new" format and I've been buying them off of the newsstands ever since. I know I'll be resubscribing after probably a five-year or longer hiatus of having done so within a couple weeks. The Age of Worms definitely has me excited to play again, just waiting for all the players to be back together. Again, keep up the good work Erik and everyone else working on this stuff!!

Document is in layout now, to go to WotC for approval on Thursday (there's every reason to expect that this will happen Thursday afternoon). That means (barring unforeseen changes requested by WotC) Friday is a rock-solid estimate.

Hee. Hee. Hee. It is the thread that never dies! Maybe an "Undead Thread?" Ouch. I know, bad pun.
Erik, I am glad to see this. I have been patiently waiting, knowing this is a hard one to get out. My gaming session is this weekend for the "Three Faces of Evil" module. So, I welcome a Friday release. Whooo. How many pages are we looking at to print? Will it be a book sized print?
Why do I get the feeling that this will be your second large module book soon to be released in the future (Like The Shackled City one). Hmm. Maybe I should market or going into sales for your group. I have spent 11 years in technical sales as a regional sales guy. This would be a dream job:)
Ah well, I digress. Thanks again for all the efforts! Keep up the good work!

Aagh! Nobody *has* to do anything. Although it's cool to see more people registering just to post here.
And, you're welcome! Although now Gary is making fun of me for adding to my workload. : ]

Cheat - just mail EVERYONE who has subscribed to these here boards - there's an easy way to do that, right? :-)

No no, we are each ENTITLED to an individually crafted email, specifically referencing what the individual poster commented to in this thread!
To do any less would be uncivilized!:)

Geez, I am glad this thread has calmed down. I would not be surprised if the Dungeon gang were in full body casts after all this... :)
I eagerly await the release of AoW Overload, but I am still running Shackled City, so I am patient for its arrival.
Now I do have a minor issue. I have purchased issue #124 so that I could hop in on the Age of Worms fun and I did not have a poster map that was to be included. What can I do about this?
Is there a particular person that I should contact?
Now, if you will excuse me, I have to call my FLGS and find out why the Shackled City hardcover I ordered a month ago is still not in my hands. :(

To...many...people! I can't tell who is who! At least nobody has my avatar:) Im wondering if we can get to 500, lol.
If I'm not on, please put me on the list.
I dunno, Onrie, seeing as how at least 2 other subscribers share the green ninja avatar, I was considering going with the ogre too! "Mwaa-ha-ha-ha!!"
... Not really.

I have a question for Jacobs or Mona....will there be more "map handouts" in future issues along the AoW path? I really dig the diamond lake map (along with the awesome world of Greyhawk map) and have dedicated a wall in the game room to more maps. The maps are definitly worth an extra buck an issue (like the first installment of AoW).

waiting ever so patiently for overload or the email telling me its ready. great job erik and rob!!!! my party includes an interesting character Zeph, half fiend paladin of Tyranny on a mission direct from Hextor to put a stop to the age of worms coming about by whatever means neccessary even if it means travelling with the "good guys". as the party is still in limbo at the top of the elevator to the cathedral, it will be most amusing to see that players reactions to the cathedral and in particular to Thedrick. being this is the first time i have actually DM'd an evil aligned character the campaign is turning into a challenge for me as well

There is no Overload, is there? *sobs* It's all a cruel joke...
;o)*Marching around the room, stomping feet, throwing fists in the air chanting "What do we want?" (Overload!) "When do we want it?" (A month ago...!)
(Just kidding, kiddies. I understand it takes time to do this stuff. I just hope it's as useful as I'm hoping for. I'm starting to think that somehow Games Workshop got involved with the release of Overload... but that's a different story of angst...)

Thursday Update
---------------
Overload is laid out, proofed, and will go to WotC this afternoon for approvals. This could take ten minutes, or it could take a couple of days (I'm guessing 10 minutes). Either way, aside from uploading the file to the site, the approval is the absolute final stage, so we're getting veeeeery close, now.
Thanks all for your patience.

Great, now I'll be checking every ten minutes the rest of the day. :-)

Seeing how this thread is an overall AoW Overload thread, expect a flood of thanks for the material, I can't believe there isn't any information on..., and other less relevant posts to this thread.
I think the post count champ is only a few days from taking the belt.
Yeah- basically we're shooting for the 500 mark now. Everything else is irrelevant until Erik says Overload won't be available until November.
Just kidding..... I think. :P
