To Marcell he projects a wordless expression of the concept of calmness anf peace.

Zix walks in after the draconic teacher.

Professor Zixoplautal nods and his voice is projected into their heads ::indeed. Other recorded forms incluse human, Halfling, Mer, anthropomorphic dog and psudodragon. This is the first example of an inheritly magical being as a possible form. I must add this to my notes. Marcell. Do you feel like your mind or magic is affected at all by your current form:: he waits for an answer before nodding and writing this down and turning to the shamen :: and who are you? In his workshop a short six armed silver creature looks up from his work, researching into the magics comprising the school when his data pad makes a noise. He quickly inspects the message and teleports outside the Sim room, carrying with him a trio of floating metal spheres emblazoned with runes

When the wave of force hits Zix's eyes widen with the realization that his protection spells would be insufficient.
He bats away the wave of magical energy to counter the new spell effect before mentally sighing :: well then...now we know what we have to work with.... Keep the goggles and continue practicing this spell and those in the other books I have lent to you. And for the record, you are required to actually read the entirety of thes books. Continue trying to hold the magic in place, but release it if it gets anywhere close to what we have seen just now... Hmm if the effect could be produced intentionally, and the spell shaped away from the user....::: Zix casts greater detect magic to pick apart the lingering magics.

When the spell explodes I'm going to consider it a new spell that, because he originally thought that resist energy would cover it, would have to counterspell with dispel magic as an immediate action because he wasn't readying an action.

He could likely counterspell your explosion

Zix casts a resist energy spel on the both of them before simply waiting and watching to see what happened with the spell.

Zix seems concerned with this development ::that's unusual... You... You aren't maintaining the one spell but repeatedly casting several sequentially... The amount of energy you're simply releasing into the air is astounding... Let me rephrase the intent of the task at hand. You need to manipulate Initial burst of magic into place and hold it there. Do not continue to poor magic into the construct::

Zix frowns :: you are relying too much on raw power and not enough on the structure of the spell, it needs to be rigid, remember this is pure magical force, you don't have to worry about the crumpling cushion metallic armor requires, utilize the full strength of the magic you place into the spell. That said this is rather impressive for a first go at the spell. Most people have an easier time with evocations of in some cases illusions, as the key to lower level evocations is the visualization of the effect, and most people have a rather easy time picturing a wave of fire coming from their hands:: his mental voice is tinged with amused derision. ::visualizing a ward and the interlocking structure within it and then maintaining that visual for a neigh invisible shield is hard for most neophytes. That being said, your shield is distorting too much, a sign that parts of it are fighting other parts and he resonance can be spotted with the naked eye. Now then for practice I want you to try to correct that visual and hold the spell for as long as possible.:: he says and opens a drawr on his desk with three counterclockwise twists on the nob and pulls out a pocket watch to hand it to him.

you hear a contemplative mental tone in your mind ::that is somewhat surprising. Good, but surprising. The symptoms listed off are common symptoms of channeling energies in excess of what your body is used to or depleting your internal reserves, depending on the way in which you access the energy used to fuel your spell casting, internally, externally or some combination of both:: he pauses to see that you understand before continuing :: the fact that you do not yet expirence these symptoms or otherwise feel off indicates that you should be able to practice for longer before you pause for rest. Which is good, because you are definitely in need of more practice::

he cast a summon monster spell and a magic missile, the words written with an illusion spell are the verbal component for magic missile

:: ... :: the book burns many bright and strange colors, some you don't think there are names for, and you can see faces and other images as the book glows, but in seconds the two floating orbs circle the book and shoot cooling magics at you and the book. When he smoke from the small fire clears you note that the once prestige book has been blackened and is coated in a light sheen of frost.

Second from the top shelf on the left side, that details the magical theory behind proper technique to draw forth magical power from within yourself in the form of the 'spark' cantrip. Zixoplautal waves one of his uppermost arms and the door to the class fades from existence. students file into the class room, and any who look around see it to a clearly magical place even on the first glance, there are incense pots in each corner of the room and two additional additional pairs by his desk and the doorway. many areas of the floor wall and ceiling have runic circles on them or places prepped to easily draw and replace them. there are multiple bookshelves along the walls and boxes with various gemstones, pieces of chalk, bottles of various ink, brushes and crystalline lenses. on the wall behind the teacher there is a chalkboard set up to be able to switch between multiple boards if needed, on the currently displayed board several complex magical formula are displayed. as the children file in he projects to them ::please file in, and tun to page 237 in the provided text. Today we will be going over duel school spells. those of you who have agreed to participate in the accelerated coursework place the homework assigned from last class on my desk in a neat pile.:: there is a small pause as the students do as told and zix goes over the papers handed in once all the students are seated, without looking up the teacher projects out ::Gabriel, why did you not turn in your paper. yesterdaay you showed remarkable grasp of the theory this shouldn't have been too difficult.:: a blond haired girl in the first row squeaks and blushes mumbling something ::speak up dear:: "mmm-my h-herbology assignment ate it...." some of the other students laugh. zix pauses and projects ::very well, I will be confirming this with Ms Agave after class, now then, today we are going over duel school spells and how they pertain to abjuration. a duel school spell is one that fits within or utilizes two different branches of magic in it's casting, can anyone give me an example of a spell that is classified within two different schools or uses two different schools of magic within it's casting?::

The two constructs wirr around the small dragon, one makes a clicking sound, after a moment, and the other makes a sound akin to a fast moving saw blade, each glows as they orbit him ::fascinating, I see signs of both protian and inevitable influence, something previously known from the tunes that covered you, what's more interesting is that it seems that your true form is indistinguishable from your curent body, and I detect no evidence of any transfiguration, though there is a significant pool of remarkably unaligned power... It's enough to wonder if you've been holding back in class...::

zix is not well liked by the student body

Zix can be found in his classroom, tinkering with a number of small clockwork constructs
Two of them float around the room in seemingly random patterns as if to air curents that can't be felt

Zix can be found in the lybrary as usual, a small stack of books floating behind him

Zixoplautal coughs completely unnedsairially considering he has no mouth... Or lungs,.. Or throat..,
in regards to the ship rules the only ones I can think of are from 2e,

Secondly it's his specialty and he's rather good at anti-demon magics
Thirdly he would have woven his wards through the original wards so it wouldn't be worse
