I'm assuming that you can only boost one physical trait at a time? If so, then only the +4 to Dex, if not then I'd go ahead and pump another two points of blood into Str.

Alright...so its daytime, he is in a room with only one exit, that exit is flooded with humans some with crossbows, some with swords. The only fighter of the two vampire party has given up and Vitaliano only has a scalpel to his name to try and get out of this....and they already know what he looks like. Am I getting the scene correctly?

He starting scratching a bit at his throat as he thought things over. "I can attempt to hide us with my blood...but I'm not sure what I can manage otherwise. Perhaps being able to use my madness upon a singular person...but even that I'm not practiced in. I am not well versed in combat I'm afraid, though I do know how to wield a knife and where to stab." he said quietly as he tried to figure out what he could do. If this was daytime, this would be an absolute mess... He then wills his blood to try and mask his presence.
Apologies, I'm trying to figure out what I can manage with my skills. Dementation is probably the best choice I've got, just not sure what all I can do with only a 3 in it. With there being multiple potential enemies...that makes things more dire.

San Cassiano Residenza d'Epoca Ca' Favretto - Vitaliano & Michele Querini Vitaliano watched with some distaste. Honestly, while he understood the need to keep the secrecy surely there was a better way then burning inns to the ground once they were done. If one were to believe the humans were cattle, surely a farmer would do better to nurture his flock and keep them healthy and contained than to break them and kill them off only to have to get a new herd soon enough. His musing gave him time to consider the position that humans now held for him and how he should be looking towards the future for keeping his own supply going. When he heard the door open, his mind was pulled back to the present and he looked upon his quarry. "Please, if you are not feeling up to it, then the conversation is just simply about coming up with a plan as to how to deal with finding Simon. Given the only lead is a one armed man...well it is what it is. And do not worry about the time so much, staying awake isn't so horrible so long as one stays indoors. Your patron has offered me a room and given the time, I'll take him up on his hospitality." he said simply.

He didn't have any real information to offer the Canite, so he simply bid him adieu and saw himself out down to the main area. He watched as he waited, carefully and quietly, curious of the differences of how one kept their "home" between clans. He would use this opportunity, like all, to attempt to learn something new about those who would surround him in the nights to come.

Elysium - Franz, Lorenzo, Vitaliano and Onfroi Vitaliano worried slightly that his Sire might be right, it's odd that two of their number would be missing so shortly after being appointed. Still, he'd not give in to the madness and paranoia on the subject. When the subjects were broached, Vitaliano nodded to Lorenzo "I believe Lorenzo is correct, it would be quite easy to take the votes as is and hold should their votes truly matter. I doubt they'd take offense as it seems only reasonable even to one of madness." he said nodding twice. When it came to the subject of blood hunts, he held his breath for a moment. While it is true that there are those who enjoy abusing their power for their own gain and defense...it'd also not good to put their guard up so heavily. He tapped his chin, once, twice, thrice....and without thinking a fourth. He paused heavily on speaking before finally saying something. "Their decision was before the council was presented...I would not stay their hands but merely send the Justicars to intervene and investigate should they get there in time." he offered.
I feel like I've been on the sidelines for some time now, I'm hoping to Sunday start looking everything over and making sure to interject where needed!
Apologies on the radio silence on my end. This has been one of those rare moments when I have decided that Vitaliano needs to shut up. He has made some voicing earlier but with it moving on to actually choosing of justicars, it seems a good place for him to be quiet. He is after all, mostly an observer for the council as he himself was not chosen but his sire.
Hmmm...I think the top one is probably what I'll choose. Thinking about a Human Ranger or Slayer.
Current thoughts, A Drow Cleric (Cardinal) of Procan. Would likely have been on a ship most if not all of his/her life as a healer and good luck charm vs the weather.

He'd certainly have more power and standing by accepting such a role. "I fear, my Sire, that my current state of being would not be up to the position beyond being a watchful eye that could report to another more...battle savvy Justicar to clean up. Though, if I may be frank that would help foster better relations between the clans by helping one another out with their plights." he said smiling. He let that thought linger a bit before looking to the other Sires present. "A thought has occured to me if I may speak of it." he said smiling. He waited till he received permission. If granted he'd continue. "Justicars are currently only as powerful as their clan's abilities. This puts them purely on par with the rest of their clan. Obviously the Council members are those of longer years and power before the long night. Perhaps, it might benefit the ideals and the cause of being able to reign in our wayward members if the Justicars could seek permission to learn from other clans the ways of their blood magics? Obviously there are some magics that are closely and carefully guarded and I would understand why some abilities would be coveted and guarded carefully to keep within ones own clan. But there are still other powers that one could learn that would only help assure the capability of those chosen to guard the interests of the Council?" he said at length.

He paused though, if clans were allowed to appoint their own Justicars and such eventually it might lead to falling out all over again. Vitaliano spoke up "Each Clan having their own Justicars seems fine enough but perhaps requiring the a system of check and balances. Requiring perhaps two other clans agree that a Justicar is needed to interfere in a situation or perhaps having a different Clan's justicar handle the problem of the Clan in question. This would allow for some future garnering of unity. Besides, I imagine there are some powers that each Clan does not possess that would benefit in taking down a rogue member of ones own clan." he said musing aloud.

He looked up at the others and noticed that a rather potent conversation had begun without him and he paused to try and find his place in the conversation as it pulled away from the topic he had offered.
Hmmm, alright second question. Leaning towards a class that requires you take Animal as your domain/blessing. Does that mean I would have to worship the god if Smith's and Mages or could I be free to worship a different god for flavor or even worship the pantheon?
Question, given the likelihood of all characters needing weapon finesse...would you consider this a free feat for the campaign/race? I didnt see such information anywhere in thread thus far.

While it did not truly answer his questions to satisfaction, it did provide some further insight. He paused as he considered some things and remembered an incident before early into his knowledge of the night. "Beasts....can sense our unnatural life. I had some experience in my youth with training dogs, is there one of our 'magics' that our blood provides that could mask us from them much like we can hide in the shadows? I had noticed just the other night one of my fellow canite had dogs employed at his home and they could sense me despite my hidden nature." he said slightly annoyed at that particular point.

Apologies on my delay. My soon to be 1 yr old is sick on top of my insomnia having gone berserk so for over a week now, I had been getting 2 hrs to 4 hrs of interrupted sleep a day, most days only being 2. Thankfully, I slept through the night finally and got to sleep in this morning so I managed to finally get a regular day's worth of rest (still interrupted, but I'll take it.)

"Unfortunately dealing with fae is tricky in of itself. They give very little to help you earn their trust. I surmise that leading him down a dangerous path, lying to him to make him mistrust, or even hiding things of his to confuse and annoy him would all suffice." he offered for the second question He trailed back to the first though "To that..I have no idea. I'm not particularly long lived of this world. While I had dealings with the Nosferatu for some time before I became a Childe of the Night...Knowledge was one thing I wasn't able to cultivate easily. So as far as what is meant by a half man...I am as blind as a bat." he said trying to be somewhat less annoyed sounding. "Right now, I've been going through taverns and the clients in an attempt to find someone who might know of even a one armed man. That at least would start us down the path."

He was a bit surprised when there was an offering of sharing the reward with him but perhaps that was because the man had little in the way of power to lord over him. He nodded. "I have met a fey that has a glade hidden in the city. I'm surprised by this to be honest as they aren't much for city dwelling. She knows the location of Simon...but I must find a half man with one hand named Haji and trick him to earn her favor." he said trying to explain what little of a lead he has. "Unfortunately I know no such man or where to begin looking for the most part. I've been trying to ferret out information to expedite my quest." he said detailing his plan.
