All the links to the product page for the First Edition Beginner Box seem to be redirecting to the Second Edition product page.

People are looking for the free character sheet PDFs, and other free downloads, but there is no way to reach those assets.

Can we get access to those free products again please? People who have bought the physical product really need to be able to access the character sheet PDFs

Humble Bundle announced a couple days ago that they've changed their policy about how much of your donation can actually go to the charities you're trying to support.

1. Replace sliders with defined amounts and an option to further support charity.

Sliders will be replaced by toggles with defined splits that clearly show what amount of your purchase will support Humble, publishers, and charity. The “Extra to Charity” toggle will triple the split for charity to 15%.

That's it. You can choose 5%, 10% or 15%.

This thread had some outright racist posts.

In the future, it would be helpful if CS continued to state that actual racism is not allowed on these boards when they close a thread.

"just isn't appropriate for our forums" doesn't really get that point across. One of the things I really like about Paizo community management is that they clearly identify what harm people have felt when reading 'inappropriate' posts. I feel seen when someone says 'that's not appropriate because (explicit reason)".

Calling all offenses "inappropriate", sets a very different tone and doesn't really educate people who didn't see anything wrong with the posts. Saying out loud "This is what transphobia looks like" and "this is what racism looks like" is very helpful in opening people's minds to the subtle and insidious nature of these harms.

Activision paid for a study of moms in France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States to get a better idea of who they are and what they prefer.

Mom = Female respondents aged 25-54 with at least one child under 18 in the household

Gamer mom = Moms who play video games across mobile, tablet, PC or console. (not TTRPGs, though: It's Activision)

Non-gamer mom = Moms who do not play video games across mobile, tablet, PC or console.

Some interesting results
1) Most moms are gamers.
Gamer moms account for the majority of all moms. In the four markets surveyed, over two-thirds of moms reported engagement with video games, playing across mobile, tablet, console and PC, making gaming a powerful platform to reach this influential consumer group.

2)Gaming delivers moms value and positivity.
Gamer moms view entertainment, including gaming, as an important and positive part of their lives compared to their non-gaming mom counterparts. They are also more likely to feel they can easily relate to their children. For gamer moms, gaming is a connective tissue in their relationships with their kids.

3) The gamer stereotype is inaccurate.
While 71% of moms are playing video games, only 48% of mom gamers actually describe themselves as gamers. This lack of self-identification has led to the perception of gaming as an activity enjoyed solely by men, which is both outdated and inaccurate

Their conclusions?
The stereotype that women, and especially moms, don’t enjoy playing video games couldn’t be further from the truth. Women don’t just play video games, they love them. They see gaming as an important part of their lives, one which brings them value and joy.

While a study of "moms who play video games" isn't an exact fit with "moms who play TTRPGs", I think a lot of the same stereotypes still linger in the TTRPG realm. Especially the ones where active gamers don't self-identify as gamers

In the US, 77% of the moms say they play daily; only 29% self-identify as gamers.

I'm curious to hear the stories of the Gamer Moms who hang out here on the Paizo boards.

Order 36293520 was shipped in 3 packages.

On January 25, package 3365678 shipped from the Paizo warehouse. It arrived at Urbancrest Ohio (the transfer point between UPS and USPS) on January 28.

On January 27, package 3367236 shipped from the Paizo warehouse. It arrived at Urbancrest Ohio on Jan 29.

On January 29, package 3367439 shipped from the Paizo warehouse. It arrived at my home on Feb 2.

Unfortunately, the first two packages are, as of today, still in Ohio in the hands of UPS. Is there some way to kick those loose and get them delivered?

For now, I do NOT want replacements. I suspect that the packages will eventually be transferred to the Post Office. I'd like to wait until at least Feb 28 before we assume they have been irretrievably lost.

But, if its something easy to do, could you ask UPS to find that container full of untransferred boxes? Cosmo may know something. It's probably his fault

Today I placed and paid for an order that was all digital items.

One of the items FlipMat Classics: Hill Country PDF, did not display the Black Friday discount on the store page.

After I checked out, the total I was charged did not include any discount for that product. I was charged full price. $10.49

Assumption A.
2020 Black Friday PDF sale 25% off all Paizo PDFs from November 25th - 30th, 2020.
I was expecting a 25% discount on that product.

Assumption B
Even if, for some unknown reason, the Black Friday PDF discount did not apply to that item, I still expected my Paizo Advantage discount to apply.

Could someone please correct the error (whichever one it was) and apply the refund as store credit?

A product that was announce for preorder cannot be found either on the 'dice' accessories page or on the Beginner Box page.

Is not available when you use the breadcrumb Pathfinder>Beginner Box that shows on the top of that page. You instead have to know how to navigate to the announcement page.

In the Website forum I posted a thread about people not being able to start their subscriptions with the Pathfinder Society volume.

Several people have posted there, and I was hoping that, since IT staff haven't commented in the thread yet, perhaps CS staff could give them a nudge to take a look

People are complaining in the here and here that the Pathfinder Lost Omens Ongoing Subscription page is showing the wrong starting products. It only gives you the choice of starting with "Gods & Magic" or "Legends"

It seems like this might be a useful new direction of making diversity visual in Paizo games. I think Starfinder has an easier entry point, though.

How could a GM integrate these miniatures in a Pathfinder game?
Is there any way to get Paizo to carry them in their store?

One of my players is constantly looking for unique and rare material spell components to help stock a research lab at a wizard college.

Is there already a thread that has such oddities? Or can we create a list here?

Ticketing System

Sara Marie is looking into a ticketing system for us to implement but she hasn't decided on one yet and even when she does, it will likely take some time to get it up and running. We are hopeful that it helps us prioritize and sort the issues in a more streamlined fashion but it will not fix things overnight.

She is also in the process of hiring two more CS reps to help deal with the backlog of questions and comments. And we are hopeful that they will make a big impact once they're in and up-to-speed.

We all understand the frustration you guys are facing with the wait times and we are doing everything we can to improve the situation. Please give us some more time to get these fixes in place so we can help you faster.

If you can cancel the current pending order (Bestiary 2) please do. For certain, I don't want the next subscription item either (Extinction Curse).

Hurray! Yesterday Pathfinder Society scenarios 1-18 and 1-19 automatically appeared in my Digital Content list. First time ever without human intervention!

If someone could add the missing scenarios 1-16 and 1-17 it would complete my set.

Would it be possible to add links to each Expansion Set on the product page for the initial Starter Set?

I'd love to be able to find all of the related sets of flip tiles for a theme and the Starter Set product page seems like the most obvious place to collect those links.

I just opened my latest purchase from Paizo and was disappointed to find that the Combat Tiers Extension Pack by Tinkered Tactics was not what was described on the web-page or on the package.

From the product description

This Extension Pack includes two 2" extenders and four 4" extenders. For use with the Combat Tiers Base Set, sold separately.

The package description said there were 2 2-inch and 4 4-inch extenders.

The package itself only contained 2 2-inch extenders and 2 4-inch extenders. Somewhere along the line, the product was manufactured and packaged with only 2 of the 4-inch extenders.

There have been several instances of confusion when people looking for a particular Flip Mat see that it's out of print but don't realize that a Flip-Map Classic version has been reprinted.

It would be nice if the product description could be updated to link to the newer product page as soon as the new version can be pre-ordered. (and all those older map pages updated to the currently available reprints too)

The Empire Builder is an iconic route through the northern states: Wisconsin, Minnesota. North Dakota, Montana, Idaho and Washington. It follows much of the Lewis and Clark trail, and stops just outside Glacier National Park.

Looking to put together a game or two on the Amtrak "Empire Builder" on either May 19 or 20, 2020.

Several years ago a group from Minneapolis took the train to Paizocon, gaming all the way. Their write up was so much fun that I decided that was the way to go if I ever went to Paizocon.

I'm looking for others to take the train with me to Seattle for Paizocon 2020. We could choose either the 19th or the 20th for the start date. People could board at any of the stops along the route.

The 'Empire Builder' leaves Chicago once a day at 2:15 PM and arrives about 40 hours later in Seattle around 11 AM. It goes through Glacier National Park on the second day.

I assume "yes", but thought I'd check.

Also, previously asked and answered: Once you check out, the item is reserved for you, so that even if it sells out, you will still get one when your sidecart items are shipped.

The Flip Map PDF and the AP PDF showed up right on schedule, but I don't have the two (free) PFS Scenarios.

Is there a document or web page that clearly describes how to run PFS games in Campaign mode?

I'm considering switching my home game to be Society legal, but I can't find clear guidelines for what I Must do, May do, and Cannot do to keep it PFS rules compliant.

I'm still getting the auto-response when I email customer service.

In it there's a paragraph
"If you have an urgent matter that requires customer service intervention, such as a pending order or subscription that needs to be cancelled or suspended before it ships, we recommend giving us a call Monday-Friday 10am-5pm PST."

Today I called at least four times an hour from the time they opened until the time they closed.

Each time I called, I get sent to voicemail. Now I'm getting the "sorry but you called outside of business hours" recording.

Has anyone else been able to reach anyone from customer service?
