Background:
== Background == Born and raised in California, for the most part, was comfy. His father worked for Ares, his mother was stay at home. Despite being an orc, he was intelligent, and had an almost magic touch with computer and software. When he got older, he was actually invited and apprenticed under a matrix security team in Ares. He enjoyed his work, and his skills grew. He always was curious, and poking his nose in places it didn't belong, including some top secret works of Ares, which put him on their hitlist. He managed to outrun them, hacking the local airport to think he was going to Japan, but he ended up in Denver instead. Since in Denver, he's used his skills to earn his keep, including making himself a new identiy. A few legal jobs he's done includes a job hacking on a 3 day cruise, running the devices for all the famous actors/directors, controlling heat/cold, the games, etc. Another was a few jobs, still somewhat legal, for the local Ares corp, under a new identity of course. Illegal jobs he's run: Getting information off a chip from an Aztechnology research center and selling it to the highest bidder. Successfully hacking and freeing a local up and comer in the Denver's underworld. His last major job was actually with another group of Runners. The job ended up as a failure, trying to break into an Aztech building. He was actually outside, hacking the node, and was able to escape, but not the rest of the team... Building a hacker, which no idea how to build one, so gotta re-read all the books to figure out how to make a effective one. :) Unlike a gun bunny character where all you need is guns agility guns dodge guns armor guns other useful skills to flesh out a character then more guns. ![]()

Background:
Andrei Baskov was supposed of been born into the life of luxury, his father being one of the nobles of Brevoy, a bastard child, his mother being a elven wanderer. His father wanted nothing of either of them, and cut all contact with his mother before he was born. She stayed in Brevoy until he was born, and sadly died during childbirth. He was raised in an orphanage, where he was picked on by the actual native Brevoyians. But he did quickly learn to either avoid, or use his talent with words to get the boys in trouble and grounded, convincing the orphange employee's of things the bullies never did, or blowing up the proportion of their misdeeds! Until one day he got cornered by a few of the older bullies, and it looked like he was in trouble, his fancy words could not get the boys to let up on him. It was then when his now best friend, Mokai, appeared. Literally, out of thin air, a large furry beast, not quite feline, not quite canine, and with just a single growl, the boys ran off! Since then he's been with Mokai nearly always, other then when Mokai disappears for some reason or the other, but always coming back whenever Andrei calls him long enough. He soon left the orphanage on his 16th birthday, wishing to find out who his actual father is, the only clue is that he's a noble. Figuring the best way to get more information, is to get into the Courts, and using his skill with words and entertainment values of him and Mokai together, managed to become somewhat of a name throughout the courts, being called on for verbal enterainment and such. Until he recieved the charter... Possible plothooks: Who's his father? Why did he get a charter, possibly a favor from an ally, or a curse of someone he slighted during his times in court? Question through, which side of the debate are you on in the issue of Eidolons keeping their gear when unsummoned, or do they need to re-equip each time they are de-summoned and re-summoned? But I can get a background up. Jacob Heckler probably was just in the area, a wanderer from one party to another! Him and his faithful Eidolon, Fritz, has left home, finally out on their own and was enjoying their freedom from the iron fisted of his mother! Game is awesome...We just finished assassinating the Local CFO of Aztechnology in the city...Though he was already dead by the time we got there, due to another runner group...But after we took them out by exploding the building with us inside(no idea how we survived the first explosion, much less the explosion due to our rigger still having her own bomb still on her when the first one went off...)...We managed to escape. xD ![]()
