I will assume Etna is not interested, and he will not insist. But hey, he had to try! ;)

Without a map if can be hard to tell where folks are, and some posts add to the confusion
if there Stealth DC is higher then 24'well never find them, and I think they have a 30.

I hope it's group init, way easier for managing player turns and posting rate by a lot.

Great, ... we lost the Cleric....
Thankfully we do have some heals from witches
JohnnyBlack wrote: Ok, let's do this together. I was planning on having the Bâlans, and the caravan master too, let the Szcarni do their stuff, at least while they keep their "shenanigans" limited to the "chelaxians".
As I see it, the "chelaxians" (which is a vague term, encompassing all non-varisian non-shoanti people) are seen with distrust and some anger by the varisian (remember, they are heavily discriminated against by the "chelaxians"). And in the case of many shoanti, even with hostility.
So my idea was to have the Bâlans have a policy of "live and let live" with the Szcarni. They don't interfere with the Szcarni, the Szcarni don't mess with them.
Imagine the Mob in a mobster movie. Is the respected grandmother going to mess with the wiseguys?
Maybe so... but how?
I am open to suggestions. This is our game.
What do you want Esmeralda to do? Is she really going to face the Szcarni on behalf of some rich "chelaxians"?
Mobster, Great I'm thinking Godfather like here

Etna replies back to Mr Foxglove
"I'm no guard, but a poor Farmer and Barmaid,
As those jobs don't pay much to get through the seasons.
So I prefer having coin to spare should misfortune fall.
A job that helps the purse,
even if it could put me in a hearse."
Etna replies to Lief's words with
"A few copper pieces will do for payment.
Since I don't expect myself to be much in a fight."
Yeah Ulfen are big and tall.
Easy he asked for help, she's asking for a minor payment.
Give and Take is one of the rules of Merchants.
What she has dragon's blood....
She's only 4 inches taller then Lief, that isn't really a large difference.
"I'm not much of a fighter, but I'll welcome the coin."
JohnnyBlack wrote: Ummmm.... Aliases, that could work... Break the posts... Are that going to make like a lot of extra posts? Thanks for the tips. It should take much more, since the GM alias will be used less with the aliases and it breaks up the posts themselves into manageable bites.
Though with Generics you'll only need a few aliases for a whole cast, but in turn you'll need to put the name of the character at the top of each post.
Liking the game so far,
Foxglove is acting within expected character parameters...
Minor improvements would be to break up some of the GM posts and might want to consider generic NPC aliases for posting.
A NPC heavy game where generic aliases helped.
As if I try a reply on a bit post the part I'm replying about could be cut off.
Now I did get feedback from players when I have used generic Aliases that they do like them in that and here's a quote on it
alternate aliases to post their dialogue makes interactions with them more vivid.
Etna replies back to Anton quietly
"He likes a look of a chest
and will never give that a rest,
Looking to enter the gate
and saying it's fate
To many a lass
while grabbing their a$$."
Starting to think I should of done a bard.....
Etna sees Lief approach the group and speaking to the men of the group.
Etna then asks the other girls
"Why don't we entertain the men with some dancing as they talk?"
Etna tries to help Anton some, though she does so a bit foolishly.
"Don't worry Anton, your not the first to mistake someone for someone else.
And since when did you get shorter then me, I recall you always being bigger then me and protecting me from bullies as a child."

But don't feel obligated to reward me, it is my duty as the current guardian of the Foxglove name to protect the people! But I beg you to tell me, are they treating you well? If you need anything, please come and ask for me, or tell Master Ionescu and I will go to defend you!"
A couple of other girls, jealous of you, scream to Aldern to gain his attention, asking him for tokens and such.
"I beg you excuse me, but I need to attend these other ladies."
He doesn't seem the least bothered by the attention he is receiving.
Anton Ionescu stays next to you, shaking his head in disbelief.

Four girls next to you both nod in agreement. One even grabs hold of Anton's Ionescu's arm.
"In fact, I would love it if you could join us for a late supper at night. I feel like having a soiree tonight, to celebrate our good fortunes!"
He looks at Etna Venus Van Ash.
"You are of course invited too, Eva."
When the girls finally depart, he winks at Anton Ionescu.
"Seems like we will need to do some more heroics tonight, master Anton!"
He has the smile of the cat that ate the canary.

"I thank you Lord Foxglove for stopping the horse before it reached myself and the others around me."

Anton Ionescu wrote: I'm trying to figure Out why Anton didn't recognize Etna earlier. Was she always this tall for her age? Since both grew up in Sandpoint for years and then gone for years
We could say Etna was shorter during her childhood with Anton, but when both were away she grew to be 1 inch taller then him.
And he only remembered her as a shorter tomboy but now she's more lady like.

Sorry if any dislike this bad poetry and rhyming, and she's not even a Bard.

Aldern let out a confident laugh.
"My dear child! you should have tell me that sooner! That is no problem."
He turns to Anton Ionescu, and gives him 2 sp.
"Master Ionescu, please find master Joseph and tell him he needs to hire a new cook, and that I send him those coins to make up for his troubles."
He extends his hand to Etna, a wide smile on his face.
"There! Problem solved! Now, please come with me, let me show you around!"
Etna gentle pushes his hands away as they attempt to hold her and smiles back
"I thought you said you weren't the pressuring type, as the pressuring types tend to turn off the ladies.
And I made the agreement with Mr Joseph, and a covenant made is a covenant to be honoured.
I'm a cook for this group, not just you."
JohnnyBlack wrote: ....
Etna Venus Van Ash still has to choose which group she wants to join for the trip, and depending on it Anton Ionescu can roleplay with her or not.
.....
If all 3 groups are in the same caravan, then it shouldn't matter at all where anyone is for interaction along the trip.
And I can make a new option, one that is still valid, and not needing of Aldern Foxglove's money or being one to give exclusive service(s) to him.
Etna replies back
"I don't think you understand Mr Foxglove, since you have no cooks within this group of wagons.
The Caravan Head, Mr Joseph, assigned me as a cook for this group of wagons, not your personal servant."
Didn't see in any post that there were three caravans, I assumed it was all the same caravan, with different areas of the camp with interaction.
I also assumed it was more more free form since you didn't give much info on information of current states or ideas to hook onto and I had to fill in gaps.

Aldern Foxglove smiles.
"Eva, a delightful name. If you are looking for work, by our lucky stars I am looking for somebody to attend me on my journey."
He looks at Anton Ionescu.
"Master Anton will accompany me, making sure I am safe in this travel, but there are some needs a woman touch is better at. I am ready to pay you at least 2 sp if you attend to those needs during that time. Serve me meals, store and retrieve my clothes, and even tell me a bedside story at night. Nothing more."
Then he winks.
"Of course, if you are willing to render more services, I will make sure you are properly rewarded for it. But please no pressure! I am not a man that likes, or needs, to force himself on others."
I wish I could see Anton Ionescu's face... Is he amused? Sick of the stomach? Taking notes about how "noblemen" deal with girls?
Eva smiles back some
"While I appreciate the offer of a job, I already agreed to being a cook for the caravan with the Head of the Caravan.
If you want someone to do your clothes and gives story, I'm no Maid or Bardess."
Can't tell if Etna is playing hard to get, or being honest here.
Etna being nearly a full head taller then Aldern Foxglove with his eyes being level with her collar bone.
Seems he's the type to flirt about, not something a motherly woman would want in their husband,
but then again given the way nobles are it should be expected.
Should I worry if he is married and his wife is the vengeful type ?.....

Ulfen Men 6'0" to 7'3"
Ulfen Women 5'9" to 7'0"
JohnnyBlack wrote: Etna Venus Van Ash wrote: How tall is Aldern Foxglove? Aldern was a handsome man, with medium-length brown hair and fair skin. He could often be seen wearing fine clothes befitting the aristocracy of Magnimar, whether hunting or carousing with women. Those who had the pleasure of conversing with Aldern typically found him charming, well-read and were often entertained by his seemingly endless cache of stories about the high life in Magnimar.
Let's say tall enough for her. If you want a more specific number, you can choose.
Image 1
Image 2 I Looked it up myself and did find an entry that listed 6 foot nothing.
Now Since GM didn't give a numerical height, I'll randomise one
Height(base 6 foot): 72 + 1d12 - 1d12 ⇒ 72 + (4) - (7) = 69
So 5 foot 9.
Etna sees Aldern Foxgloveand thinks with both her foolish wisdom and thinking mind
"Seems too good, as if it's a dream.
And if something is too good to be true, something must be a miss somewhere,
Also likely already married, as the good ones go first."
How tall is Aldern Foxglove?
I got the Height Reference Done
Now do note I tried it with the more official outfits of each member,
I did get it to render in under 26GB of RAM by cutting textures down to 1/16th of their original size,
but the GPU ran out of memory for processing.
So the Height reference had to be a swim suit edition like I thought.
Height Reference Swim Suit Edition.
Front Row Left -> Right
