I just wanted to let you all know that I am no longer with Goblinworks. It has been an absolute pleasure to meet all of you and be apart of this awesome company! I will miss everyone there and hopefully be able to play with you all now that Im no longer with the company! The plan is every day for an hour or two about my characters adventures and how to play the game :) Its more about the audience and getting some live interaction with viewers :) I love giving away fluorescent green drawstring bags ... >.>

I have officially set up my new workspace and am ready for live streaming!! I think the new years marathon is the perfect time :p Maybe even the day before!! Im currently making a new overlay for twitch and making sure everything is working correctly!! Im so ready!!!

I just wanted to give a quick update on Customer Service! I have gotten my opened cases down to 44. Half of them will be resolved as soon as my tool is completed!! As for the other 50%, about half of those are from unanswered tickets! If you have contacted CS before and haven't heard back, please check your junk mail! I want to make sure everyone is taken care of and some of you have not answered me back :p

Hi Guys!!

1) There is no mac build right now that is available for download.

2) If you are trying to run the installer and it is asking you what program to run it with... The installer is NOT in .exe form. This means you need to go to the properties of the file and add .exe to the end. I have reports from other users that this has worked.

3) If you are receiving an error about logging in.. or the server is not working and you ARE able to log into goblinworks.com. Then I am not sure why the server is not letting you in at this time. I will have more information on this come Monday.

4) If you are receiving a message that says you are not on the right client or they do not match, you need to reinstall and run as ADMINISTRATOR!!

5) If you are getting a message when trying to activate your account that your email address is already in use and you cannot reset the password... Please email CUSTOMER.SUPPORT@GOBLINWORKS.COM and I will send you a link to activate the account. Please keep the email short. It will also be very useful if you emailed from the address that you are trying to use and not another one. This involves like 5 more steps I have to do in order to verify your account and takes up a lot of time.

6) I repeat! There is no MAC BUILD right now!!

7) Only Alpha members are able to access the Alpha forums on Goblinworks.com at this time. If you are EE or OE you will not be able to access them and will be DENIED entry.

8) We are aware that there is no TAB to enter the password. Move along <3

9) Now stop emailing me with the rest of the stuff and go play!!!

I'm going to get some cupcakes now and try to play myself when I get home <3

Hi guys! I just wanted to drop a line over here and link you to my youtube channel. I have been showing off all kinds of Pathfinder Adventure Card game stuff and will be continuing to do so for a while. My most recent videos are basically unboxing the Class decks, but I will be putting up OP events and other various PF videos. I also plan on doing tips and tricks or little tutorials for new players! As soon as we get a final date for the Alpha... I'd like to schedule our PvP all out killing spree!!! We need to figure out whos attending (or interested in attending) and split it into two groups. I wanted to give you all an update on the Customer Service queue. I am currently knee deep in emails regarding the inability to reset your passwords and emails already being in use. We are aware of the issue and I am working to get them resolved by Monday when all enrollment levels get to play. We are working as fast as we can to get everyone taken care of. I look forward to playing with all of you next week!!

Tonight will NOT be a scheduled event. I will be trying to play from home... we all know how that went last week... But, if it does not work on my PC, my husband has graciously let me use his should anything happen. I dont have anything planned for us to do, but I am more than willing to just run around with everyone and kill s$@%! OR we could all just stand around and chat. I'd love to hear all the feedback from the new build! Im so excited!!! Squeeeee!!!!!

If you are not going to play nice and keep the insults out of these types of conversations then other actions will have to be taken. LOL you guys crack me up! I am so happy that you are going to be running this anyways! I will be on around 3 to possibly hand out some gear to the noobz who havent gotten anything (granted I dont break all the hex's with trading again). Ill have to log out around 5 so make sure you are on and ready to get some goodies. I hope you all have a great time without me tonight!

Hey guys, A few updates for you all.

Login error: You will be notified that your login failed. This is a known bug and will not likely be fixed for this build. To login to the game, just keep clicking "Login" until it goes through.

To unlock the Alpha Test Achievement Point Bootser, run over to the Seoni statue in Sotterhill and you will be notified via pop up text.

Please stop pointing fingers about who was or who was not griefing. We put in the guard to prevent such issue as we noticed you COULD do this during ATwB last week. We are trying to stop these things BEFORE they happen. IF there was someone running around doing such things, we will be dealing with that issue on our end. As much as we will not tolerate griefers, we will not tolerate lynch mobs or harassment via the msg boards or forums.

Thanks to everyone who came out tonight. I really like the idea of getting the schedule on the website. The reason I hadn't put it up there yet, is because I was trying to find the right time to accommodate the most people and the most viewers! I think tonight proved that we have found the sweet spot!

Just wanted to touch base here.

1. This will not be implemented on live streaming. Only for VODS.

2. We are working on giving Twitch approval to not mute our music. In the mean time just make sure that you start the stream after the intro music to be on the safe side. Once we give Twitch approval and they get it in the system, I will let you all know.

3. Goblinworks is not going to another stream. We will stay with Twitch.tv and on the same channel.

Thats the plan man! Right now we are doing some testing that the designers need. For future events, we are going to be mixing things up a bit. My plan is to have an all out battle to the death the last weekend of Alpha!!

The loot fairy came by my desk today and dropped off some awesome stuff !!! Hooray!!!

Exciting news! I am personally addicted to this game. I just bought it at Paizocon and I cannot get enough! My whole family loves it and surprisingly even my 15 year old (who thinks he is too cool for anything) played all the base scenarios with us! Fantastic game, fantastic story, fantastic art. I really love everything about it! I am super excited to get my play mat and order the case when it comes out! So thank you for such a great, fun and exciting time with my family!

:) The new forums will have a news and announcement section and an official schedule for streaming posted :) and I am still snickering at my desk!

Oh my goodness!! YES the 18th of July!! My mind is obviously not working today!

I am planning an Escalation Alpha Party for Friday the 18th of July at 10:00 pm pacific time!

We need as many alphas as possible to attend! If you plan on attending please let me know with your character name so I can get the parties organized. Everyone should plan on logging in 10 to 15 minutes early and meeting in Sotterhill by the Auction House. We will be rolling out at 10:00 pm to murder and pillage an entire escalation!

Otherwise, the constant resetting is an interesting way to try different builds with tons of XP to blow, get refunded, and then blow again. If that happens, I'll have to work with Nihimon and other documentors to test different builds. ;)

Speculating speculations of speculated features is too funny!!.

Things I know for sure.

1. There will be some form of avatars implemented before we open for EE. They will most likely be a set you can choose from and not anything you can upload yourself. These will be pre approved by all parties involved on our side :). If you ARE entitled to special avatar for any reason, those will be available to you.

2. They are not message boards! There are specific categories that house specific forums with sub forums and stickies topics as well as a general section for each grouping. i.e. There is a specific category called General which has a Recruitment forum. You are able to post in that general Recruitment area as well as in the two sub forums called Settlements and Companies. In which we can make things stickier or closed (no comments).

3. You will be able to have a signature .. Although right now its just text. I don't think that will ever change.

4. Your Goblinworks username will be your name on the forums.

5. These are not a full on unsecured PhBB forum where you get 500 million bots posting things at all times and advertising for crap in every category and sub forum we have created. This is a very Basic set of forums for now so everything you need to know about the game, or want to share, learn, recruit, etc... is available for you.

6. There is also a section under Community for all the Land rush participants!

They will be going live for Alpha relatively soon so you'll just have to wait and see whats there and whats not.

We also have a section under the Technical forum for you to post comments/feedback and suggestions about the forums.

Live Streaming Guide

I had planned on writing this super, totally awesome guide on “How to live stream” for all of you until I actually found quite a few articles on it already. I mean why rewrite whats already written? Is that like trying to fix something that isn’t broken? So, without further adieu, I bring you my long list of links on how to live stream!

First thing you are going to need is a reasonably stable upload speed on your internet. It is recommended that you have at least a 3.0 upload speed. If you would like to check your upload speed, you can go to speedtest.net and pick an area close to your location. Just click on begin test and Viola! Its like Magic!

Obviously you are going to need a place to stream your beloved gamed play. I recommend setting up an account on twitch.tv. If you need any help with the settings in twitch you can always email me or send me a message on twitch.tv/goblinworks.

The next thing you are going to need is software. I know a lot of streamers have their own personal preference when it comes to the software they use, but I have found OBS to be quite amazing! Its super easy to use, takes less processing from your PC to operate and it is FREE!!! OBS Project

Which brings me to the next step which is this wonderful guide on setting up OBS for streaming on twitch. I found this on the Twitch site itself and it seems pretty self explanatory! Twitch Live Streaming Guide Just follow the steps in order and completely and you will be live in no time.
