Hi Guys!!
1) There is no mac build right now that is available for download.
2) If you are trying to run the installer and it is asking you what program to run it with... The installer is NOT in .exe form. This means you need to go to the properties of the file and add .exe to the end. I have reports from other users that this has worked.
3) If you are receiving an error about logging in.. or the server is not working and you ARE able to log into goblinworks.com. Then I am not sure why the server is not letting you in at this time. I will have more information on this come Monday.
4) If you are receiving a message that says you are not on the right client or they do not match, you need to reinstall and run as ADMINISTRATOR!!
5) If you are getting a message when trying to activate your account that your email address is already in use and you cannot reset the password... Please email CUSTOMER.SUPPORT@GOBLINWORKS.COM and I will send you a link to activate the account. Please keep the email short. It will also be very useful if you emailed from the address that you are trying to use and not another one. This involves like 5 more steps I have to do in order to verify your account and takes up a lot of time.
6) I repeat! There is no MAC BUILD right now!!
7) Only Alpha members are able to access the Alpha forums on Goblinworks.com at this time. If you are EE or OE you will not be able to access them and will be DENIED entry.
8) We are aware that there is no TAB to enter the password. Move along <3
9) Now stop emailing me with the rest of the stuff and go play!!!

If you got an alpha invite for the stress test at the bottom of the invite there is the physical address of Goblin Works.
As to sending Goodies my next day off I'm planing on making the team a little surprise to show my appreciate of all their hard work.
A cake with a dwarven maiden jumping out? Though that might get messy, all that frosting in her beard.

Can't get past the login screen. When it comes up mouse clicking anywhere on the screen doesn't work, including on other open windows when alt-tabbed to. Typing doesn't work in the login fields. The only way to get out is to ctrl-alt-del and open the task manager and then use keystrokes to end the process.
I'm using win 8.1 64-bit.

This isn't something that gets sorted out. I have to manually get a link for people to activate their account. I also have to be in the office to do so.
Thanks for the welcome back guys! I'm always appreciate cupcakes! I don't think the rest of the team is ok with gifts as it could cause others to think there is favoritism and so on... However, I havent met one CM yet who didn't get things. <3

I've looked through the forums, haven't seen this problem addressed yet so if it has been and I missed it, my apologies.
I've downloaded the game, run it as an admin and as soon as I click on it to launch I immediately get "Patcher has Stopped Working."
If anyone could shed some light on how I might be able to remedy this, I'd be most grateful.
I'm running Windows 7, AMD Quad-Core A6-3620 processor
8GB of DDR3 system memory
AMD Radeon HD 6530D graphics card
It's not the greatest little computer in the world but I'd been able to run SWTOR on it just fine so I was hoping it'd suffice for this game. Again, any help on solving this mystery (especially before Early Enrollment starts) would be awesome. Thanks!
