Greetings fellow earthlings!!

I just wanted to give a quick update on Customer Service! I have gotten my opened cases down to 44. Half of them will be resolved as soon as my tool is completed!! As for the other 50%, about half of those are from unanswered tickets! If you have contacted CS before and haven't heard back, please check your junk mail! I want to make sure everyone is taken care of and some of you have not answered me back :p

Hi Guys!!

1) There is no mac build right now that is available for download.

2) If you are trying to run the installer and it is asking you what program to run it with... The installer is NOT in .exe form. This means you need to go to the properties of the file and add .exe to the end. I have reports from other users that this has worked.

3) If you are receiving an error about logging in.. or the server is not working and you ARE able to log into goblinworks.com. Then I am not sure why the server is not letting you in at this time. I will have more information on this come Monday.

4) If you are receiving a message that says you are not on the right client or they do not match, you need to reinstall and run as ADMINISTRATOR!!

5) If you are getting a message when trying to activate your account that your email address is already in use and you cannot reset the password... Please email CUSTOMER.SUPPORT@GOBLINWORKS.COM and I will send you a link to activate the account. Please keep the email short. It will also be very useful if you emailed from the address that you are trying to use and not another one. This involves like 5 more steps I have to do in order to verify your account and takes up a lot of time.

6) I repeat! There is no MAC BUILD right now!!

7) Only Alpha members are able to access the Alpha forums on Goblinworks.com at this time. If you are EE or OE you will not be able to access them and will be DENIED entry.

8) We are aware that there is no TAB to enter the password. Move along <3

9) Now stop emailing me with the rest of the stuff and go play!!!

I'm going to get some cupcakes now and try to play myself when I get home <3

Hi guys! I just wanted to drop a line over here and link you to my youtube channel. I have been showing off all kinds of Pathfinder Adventure Card game stuff and will be continuing to do so for a while. My most recent videos are basically unboxing the Class decks, but I will be putting up OP events and other various PF videos. I also plan on doing tips and tricks or little tutorials for new players! I wanted to give you all an update on the Customer Service queue. I am currently knee deep in emails regarding the inability to reset your passwords and emails already being in use. We are aware of the issue and I am working to get them resolved by Monday when all enrollment levels get to play. We are working as fast as we can to get everyone taken care of. I look forward to playing with all of you next week!!

Hello!

We will be doing some maintenance on the website in the next day or two. I wanted to give everyone a heads up because it might take 24 hours to be completed. This week is the same build as last week, so you will not need to download anything new. However, I have just sent out a ton of invites to all levels of the Alpha which will need to be verified and redeemed before this maintenance begins. There will only be access to some of the websites static pages so you will not be able to login/create an account and then redeem your invite when the maintenance starts. The store on the site will be down during this time as well.

Please use up your invites within the next 24 hours or your invitees might not be able to access the Alpha until (as late as) Saturday.

A lot of you have asked about your names and how they are displayed.

Your account name will show as the forum post name unless you change it.

In order to change your forum display name, you need to login to your Goblinworks.com account and click on your account information text.

Then you need to scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find highlighted text that says "Click here to change your forum settings"

After you have clicked on that, you may change your display name and add a signature to your account. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

I am planning an Escalation Alpha Party for Friday the 18th of July at 10:00 pm pacific time!

We need as many alphas as possible to attend! If you plan on attending please let me know with your character name so I can get the parties organized. Everyone should plan on logging in 10 to 15 minutes early and meeting in Sotterhill by the Auction House. We will be rolling out at 10:00 pm to murder and pillage an entire escalation!

I have emailed everyone who purchased the Hellknights Most wanted add-on. If you think you should have gotten an email and have not received one, you can email me bonny@goblinworks.com and I will check for you. I look forward to reading all your characters and descriptions!

Live Streaming Guide

I had planned on writing this super, totally awesome guide on “How to live stream” for all of you until I actually found quite a few articles on it already. I mean why rewrite whats already written? Is that like trying to fix something that isn’t broken? So, without further adieu, I bring you my long list of links on how to live stream!

First thing you are going to need is a reasonably stable upload speed on your internet. It is recommended that you have at least a 3.0 upload speed. If you would like to check your upload speed, you can go to speedtest.net and pick an area close to your location. Just click on begin test and Viola! Its like Magic!

Obviously you are going to need a place to stream your beloved gamed play. I recommend setting up an account on twitch.tv. If you need any help with the settings in twitch you can always email me or send me a message on twitch.tv/goblinworks.

The next thing you are going to need is software. I know a lot of streamers have their own personal preference when it comes to the software they use, but I have found OBS to be quite amazing! Its super easy to use, takes less processing from your PC to operate and it is FREE!!! OBS Project

Which brings me to the next step which is this wonderful guide on setting up OBS for streaming on twitch. I found this on the Twitch site itself and it seems pretty self explanatory! Twitch Live Streaming Guide Just follow the steps in order and completely and you will be live in no time.
