And you are all correct, these are features that have been requested and its just a matter of when they get completed. Even on the Dev side there are things they would like as well. I've got them all in a list and they will be completed in the order of importance with everything else in the queue. <3
We are working on getting a search feature put it. Im not saying this is the final product at all! But There is only one person moderating and a whole bunch of dev's who want to respond to you guys. We can't have it both ways. :) If you were trying to find something about drop rates... what section where you looking in. Would you all like to input a section I am missing to make things a bit easier to find until we get the search.. However, I am not going to condense things into one long list like here. Granted things over at goblinworks.com forums are not up to the level of functionality that I would want... Its not high on our list of things to complete. We do need a search and various other features that I am pushing for. Right now we are focusing on actual game fix's and will be getting to the website and forums "hopefully" soon! In any regard, the forums have separation for a reason. Its so new players are able to find what they are looking for instead of scrolling through 100's of posts just to find one thing about a wizard. If you want to find something about a Wizard, then go to that section. If you are finding that information is all over the place... then stop posting in the wrong sections. No one should be posting in news and announcements at all. That is for the GW Staff to let you guys know important updates and info. Unfortunately I don't have the functionality to turn off new topics to the masses. Right now, the forums are a minimal viable product that is our new home. We are going to be phasing these message boards out and will eventually not post here anymore. If you are wanting to get any responses from the dev's or others here at GW then the GW Forums is where you will need to be. We don't have the man power or the time to moderate two separate forums. I will try to find out how long these will stay open and hopefully get the other forums up to par with some of your standards and let you all know. In the mean time feel free to post where you are comfortable. Just remember... its not for long...
Greetings fellow earthlings!! I just wanted to give a quick update on Customer Service! I have gotten my opened cases down to 44. Half of them will be resolved as soon as my tool is completed!! As for the other 50%, about half of those are from unanswered tickets! If you have contacted CS before and haven't heard back, please check your junk mail! Hi Guys!! 1) There is no mac build right now that is available for download. 2) If you are trying to run the installer and it is asking you what program to run it with... The installer is NOT in .exe form. This means you need to go to the properties of the file and add .exe to the end. I have reports from other users that this has worked. 3) If you are receiving an error about logging in.. or the server is not working and you ARE able to log into goblinworks.com. Then I am not sure why the server is not letting you in at this time. I will have more information on this come Monday. 4) If you are receiving a message that says you are not on the right client or they do not match, you need to reinstall and run as ADMINISTRATOR!! 5) If you are getting a message when trying to activate your account that your email address is already in use and you cannot reset the password... Please email CUSTOMER.SUPPORT@GOBLINWORKS.COM and I will send you a link to activate the account. Please keep the email short. It will also be very useful if you emailed from the address that you are trying to use and not another one. This involves like 5 more steps I have to do in order to verify your account and takes up a lot of time. 6) I repeat! There is no MAC BUILD right now!! 7) Only Alpha members are able to access the Alpha forums on Goblinworks.com at this time. If you are EE or OE you will not be able to access them and will be DENIED entry. 8) We are aware that there is no TAB to enter the password. As soon as we get a final date for the Alpha... I'd like to schedule our PvP all out killing spree!!! We need to figure out whos attending (or interested in attending) and split it into two groups. Happy Friday everyone!! I wanted to give you all an update on the Customer Service queue. I am currently knee deep in emails regarding the inability to reset your passwords and emails already being in use. We are aware of the issue and I am working to get them resolved by Monday when all enrollment levels get to play. We are working as fast as we can to get everyone taken care of. Tonight will NOT be a scheduled event. I will be trying to play from home... we all know how that went last week... But, if it does not work on my PC, my husband has graciously let me use his should anything happen. I dont have anything planned for us to do, but I am more than willing to just run around with everyone and kill s!%!! OR we could all just stand around and chat. I'd love to hear all the feedback from the new build! Im so excited!!! Squeeeee!!!!!
The main reason for that, is because we wanted to keep the feedback from people actually playing the game at this time. Once we open EE, those levels will have permission to the forums as well. Eventually there will be 1 section open to the general public, but the actual "forums" will be for players only.
Guys, I have mentioned this on several other threads that ended up being locked... If you are not going to play nice and keep the insults out of these types of conversations then other actions will have to be taken. Please respect the others here and stop posting threads that entice this kind of behavior.

Hello! We will be doing some maintenance on the website in the next day or two. I wanted to give everyone a heads up because it might take 24 hours to be completed. This week is the same build as last week, so you will not need to download anything new. However, I have just sent out a ton of invites to all levels of the Alpha which will need to be verified and redeemed before this maintenance begins. There will only be access to some of the websites static pages so you will not be able to login/create an account and then redeem your invite when the maintenance starts. The store on the site will be down during this time as well. Please use up your invites within the next 24 hours or your invitees might not be able to access the Alpha until (as late as) Saturday. LOL you guys crack me up! I am so happy that you are going to be running this anyways! I will be on around 3 to possibly hand out some gear to the noobz who havent gotten anything (granted I dont break all the hex's with trading again). Sorry about that guys, it's been a hectic month with all the summer events going on. Ryan and I are actually doing a live stream on Saturday with another company, so there won't be a Friday ATwB this week. Next week is pax prime so I will not be live streaming then either. I hope that clears up the confusion. I've also changed it to every other Friday so we can do either Thursday or Saturday on the opposite weeks in order to stream at different times to get alpha players from overseas involved as well.

We have sent out those emails, but people will still email paizo :) I would too if I didn't receive something. But all that does it add more to the queue. I have already emailed paizo each and every time something like that would come through via customer service. Some they have fixed and others are still in the queue due to the technicality of the issue. Be assured that we ARE working as hard as we can to get things resolved for everyone who has been waiting.
