Any chance Paizo could confirm the prices of the PDF version?

I believe our digital product standard pricing is 30% off the print product, except the rulebooks (not setting books), which are priced at $9.99 to facilitate broad access.

Good question! We missed two. PZO2216 – Pathfinder Adventure Gear Deck and PZO2217 – Pathfinder Chase Card Deck will be added to the end of the list to go live on July 7. Customers are sent an email when we grant a file to their account.

Nice! The gear deck in particular have very interesting previews of the future Errata, for wearing items!

I noticed that the Focus Spell Deck download has the portrait card back images for Lem and Kyra, but none of the other classes.

Same here. I did not get my PDFs but I have had the physical cards for a while now.

Finally, received the last of the five boxes today, but no PDFs yet

Looking at the "available now" card decks, I have pdfs for the bestiary battle cards, condition cards, and critical fumble and critical hit decks. I don't have pdfs for the other eight card decks (five spell card decks, adventure gear, chase cards, weapons and armor).

I did preorder the spell card decks before June 8th. The others are part of the accessories subscription, and I have the physical products as part of that subscription.

I have the same list of sets in my downloads as well

Posting to mark myself as another in this exact situation, in case it gets fixed on a case-by-case basis.

I only have the Starfinder condition card PDF, nothing else, despite subscribing to the product line and buying the spell/battle cards before the deadline. These types of issues are extremely hard to resolve given that the only way to contact cs is by message board post or email and they seem to be three weeks to a month behind on responding.

That's one of the reasons I'm trying to funnel everyone into this thread.

I believe that Katrina Davis had to hand-enter all of the spell card PDFs into our Digital Assets.

If that's also what has to happen for the other PDFs, I'm hoping that clumping all the requests into one thread will allow them to efficiently deal with this problem as a single assignment, rather than someone handling each of our requests intermittently, one by one.

Ditto. I'm guessing it's an issue they're aware of, always going to be some teething problems when moving into a new distribution thing.

Can we get an update on this issue? Sic Tomer service is a month to six weeks behind on responding to inquiries by email or post and this issue is only going to grow if it’s not fixed now.

Yes, the Bestiary Battle Cards Download is a zip with two folders: Fronts and Backs.

They are numbered, but not named.

I only checked one image, but if all are the same dpi at 300, they should all be the same pixel-size of 1205x1772.

Another week and still no downloads on my account. No response to my emails. No response to my customer service forum posts. Nothing.

Will we be able to buy a PDF Chase deck anytime soonish?

I got the subscriber version of all products announced to go Digital here. I got them the same day they got available for purchase. If you don't have them, I would tell you to contact Customer Service, but be wary of long delays, because they are swamped with work right now, and I'm pretty sure priority will be given to problems related to APG and other books released this month.

Customer service is six weeks behind on responding to these issues
