Argoni realizes Revecka and Silvu Cioraru must be related. They may both be Ardis Scholars, and they may be responsible for these lightning rods and the door with no entrances and a panel that lights up when electrified.
Fancy stuff.
A blue shimmer materializes at the center of the room. It is some kind of creature, your best description would be a feathered octopus. Whatever it is, it is unfamiliar to all of you. Its sound echoes softly through the hall before it reconfigures into the image of a middle aged woman.
The woman looks at you with, pleading. "My name is Lumna, but I find it difficult to communicate with you unless I take a more familiar form. This is the shape and voice of Doctor Treju."
"I am originally from Hallas, one of the moons of Liavara the Dreamer, the seventh planet in Golarion’s star system. I was brought here when the Ardis scholars were experimenting using their strange electricity coils. I was weak, confused, and I attacked them, believing they were hunting me."
"When I struck Dr. Treju's mind, I found a woman who wanted to understand and help me. I... I almost killed an innocent person. She was only trying to understand me." Lumna's expression turns to sorrow. "The other scholars restrained me, but it was only until they could use pylons to make sure my psychic abilities to surge out of control."
"Dr. Treju recovered and I was so pleased. She said she would work on a vessel to contain my essence- she was hard at work in the underground laboratory. I don't know if it's ready. There was a loud noise and the sounds of fighting several months ago. Without the Doctor's treatments, I am slowly dying. I had to reach out, to anyone, anywhere, and ask them for help."

Doc nods to the vision. "That sounds quite harrowing ... and fascinating. So you are the one who has been sending out the psychic calls, then, to draw people here? Fortunately for you, the Pathfinder Society has heeded that request for aid. Is there anything at all you can tell us about what to expect on the lower levels of this facility?"
She hovers near the key holder, Argoni.
"This is the entrance to the laboratory." Lumna points to the sealed door. "I know it requires a password, but I do not know what it is. I think Revecka knows it. She is on the top floor, but I'm not certain."
Jakoby scans the area for prints. No one has walked through this manor in months.
"I have not been able to communicate with Revecka. There is some kind of interference." Lemna thinks for a moment. "I tried to ask Vilo to let me speak to her but he refuses. He does not leave the manor, so you may be able to find and recruit him."
"Gleam is downstairs in the basement. But he and the other animals take good care of themselves. Usually. Now, I don't know."

Itka absorbs the conversation that Lumna has with her allies. Hmp. Were the dreams misinterpreted, or is Lumna lying?
[i]Hmp. Best to play along for now. Itka chooses to ask questions that won't betray her suspicions. "Hmp. Can you describe Revecka, Vilo, and Gleam, as well as their roles in this place? Where are the animals kept? Do they speak as you do?"

Argoni notices that Lumna's hovering near him and tries to slink away. He notices she effortlessly follows, and they make a slow, figure 8 around the room with the halfling growing a bit unnerved as the rest of the group converses.
"Uh, so how many of these Ardis scholars are there? Dr. Treju, Revecka, Vilo, Gleam. Who else?"
"I haven't seen the Ardis scholars since the sounds of fighting. I think they're... I think they're dead. Why else haven't they come? The only one I'm certain of is Revecka, I saw her once inside the manor."
"Vilo, I believe he is Revecka's friend. I asked him to let me talk to Revecka but he refused. It's difficult to speak to him directly."
"I was told Gleam is a... cu sith? That's what the scholars told me. The other researchers I knew of were Bremix, Venruth, Cetezar and Dinetrie. I only know they names and they were trying to help people in the area. Including me."
"I am currently in the basement, but Revecka must give you access. Or at least you must figure out her password."
Itka doesn't detect any treachery from Lumna's words.
