btw, Siopao is a white bun filled (usually) with roast pork. Siomai is essentially a pork dumpling. Both are popular here in the Philippines and widely available, though, like all snacks, some are made better than others! :)

Ebiten doesn't move fast enough and gets a face full of glitter. He zaps Siomai and Bloodmoon but the glitter prevents him from pinpointing Bloodmoon's location.

Achurius taunts Bloodmoon distracting it for a couple of seconds. He then tries to get Katsu to back off but the big bipedal bird shrugs off the suggestion. "Nice try, little man. I'll turn you into stew when I'm done with you!"

Zenobia easily rolls between Katsu's legs. However, her first stab misses completely, but her second connects, slicing his belly feathers clean off. Katsu roars and flails about madly trying to hit this annoying gnat. Ghardak attempts to disrupt Bloodmoon's energies and succeeds. Bloodmoon appears to waver but doesn't fall. It does, however, appear weaker. Ghardak manages to give Bloodmoon a shove, pushing it away from the group.

Ebiten - that's exactly what Siopao is... it's Char Siu Pao :)

Well, you really need 2 successes to disable bloodmoon. But Disable has always been 2 actions.

Ebiten infuses his hand with fire and clobbers Yellow. The smell of burning feathers fills the space as he connects. Achurius moves up and restores Ebiten to full health.

Zenobia again slices and dices Katsu. This time, she strikes a critical point and drops Big Bird to the floor, where he doesn't get back up.

Yellow, cornered and alone, but still feeling the effects of Bloodmoon in his mind, attempts to beak Ebiten.

Assuming you decide to finish exploring the base...

The stairs leads down to a boat dock by the Bunkatsu River, more likely how the gang was getting supplies and smuggled items. A nearby stairway leads back to the other side of the hallway.

Heading through the other door sends you through a labyrinth of passageways that eventually lead back to the front room of the tofu shop. While in the passageways you encounter a few more tengu and halflings who appear to have their minds wiped by Bloodmoon's influence.

You emerge back in the front room where Jormungandr has been patiently waiting. Coming out the door, you notice that the fog has already begun to lift. Risuchō leave one by one to deliver the mail from Silvertree to other villages. The villagers cheer as the fog clears. "What did you find down there?" Mayor Kimi asks.
