Saw some playwriting advice from David Mamet on my social feeds that I'm going to try to apply to GMing.

Every scene should be able to answer 3 questions: Who wants what from whom? What happens if they don't get it? Why now?


For those of you who are worried about going the wrong direction: push. It will be ok. Get involved in a way that works for your character. We will pull it together.
