From the phrasing of the post I figured it might be worth clarifying: It doesn't just show up in your boon list once the sessions gets reported. You have to go to the Boon tab under the Chronicle boons and "purchase" it (for 0 AP) for it to show up in your list of boons. Then you can download it. Hope that is clear!

Yeah, their set-up isn't particularly easy to maneuver.
