I think her elemental zone is a set up spell to basically empower the next spell. Works with all types of spells or potentially melee attacks too.

Gotcha. I think Stom and Violant would have prepared for such a situation. Gonna move Stom to still be protecting Violant but out of the zone.

1 action it only applies to the one damage type
2 action applies to both list
which I guess only affects a few of the types:

I think this leaves a few openings with fire and earth so maybe we add Piercing to Fire and Acid to Earth?

Level 7 for Stom is more exciting that I initially expected.
Skill Increase: Athletics to Master
General Feat: Quick Climb
Dragon Instinct Specialization: Rage damage increases from 4 to 8
Juggernaut: Fortitude to Master & successes on Fort save upgrade to crit success
Weapon Specialization: +2 dmg w/ weapons that have expert proficiency
All told, the damage increase is the big jump. +8 to +14.

Yeah realized that the milestone is 4/8 pillars destroyed. Since that’s about to happen, makes more sense to level up at the rest point rather than do a quick encounter then level up

Ive leveled to 7 I got an ancestral feat and took Orc ferocity

I also got 4th level spells and am now Master in Medicine!
So now with a DC 30 check I could heal 2d8 + 40 and really cool is I can now use Battle Medicine on a creature that's temporarily immune due to having already been treated with Battle Medicine once per hour.

Would Chaotic Spell be available for selection next level? Besides the feats for the archetypes, that should be the last non-common class feature I'm asking for, primarily to emulate Admixture from PF1e for more "She isn't supposed to be here" flair.

Oops Violant needs to roll to prepare Voz spells doesn't she. She'll probably properly copy them once this is over, but I realized I hadn't been doing any pre-fight prep. i.e. Voz's mage armor and the false vitality wand.

Yeah, the archetype is weird, but the time angle gives her the closest thing to VMC Time Oracle that I can get when her mechanical oddity was just... disappearing someone for a few rounds.
That and a very reduced feat burden for a new-time player. That was pretty nice actually.
Oh, also, at least until the end of the week, my responses are probably going to slow down a decent bit. Something pretty bad IRL came up.

appears as though as long as you cast any elemental spell, you get your choice of energy resistance equal to the spells rank

Yes it was only able to rise up 30 feet this first turn. So any spell with a range of at least 30 feet will hit it
Stom that’s a good point forgot you had removed your hand which is an action.

Not that it would change anything, but would the “off guard” condition be on the dragon since the opportunity attack is done before the move.
