The days on end of pushing the heavy holystone all across the ship's deck finally takes its toll on Capricia, and she's fatigued by the end of her shift. Still, she finds time to greet the newcomer and slip off to visit Fishguts (and Manny) and try to get the cook to become helpful to their cause.

I would like it to have stated on record that I never had any romantic relationship with that woman... Miss Cusswell...
Nuts shakes off for a sec. "Sorry, I misinterpreted that."
He sits up lifts his bloodied shirt to show the stab wound. "I mean if you want to help with that, sure. Go on. Why would you want to hide to do that, though?"

Vikla Ragnardottir |

I got chewed out for offering to cast create water, an effing cantrip, to pad out the ships freshwater supplies.
From the mists a shape a ship is taking form

She hums part of a Besmaran warsong as healing magic flows into Nuts.
CLW: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
As good as new I would say, I can also heal conventionally, if someone could score me a healers kit it would be great.

Nutѕ |

Nuts lets out a relieving sigh as the wound closes. "Thanks."
"And just between us, the people running this joint are kind of dumb. They brutalise the crew, make fun of it. Honestly, the lack of mutiny is surprising."
He pauses to think. "I mean not even the local bootlickers" he nods his head towards Lonegan & co. "get the good end of the stick."
"They got to try to kill me today, and failed miserably! Two on one! It's pretty sad, honestly!" he shouts so that the fight club hears, and laughs loudly.
"Yeah, up yours, bud!" the halfling shouts at Lonegan some more. "Try that again, and you end up as crab chow!"
After venting, Nuts pulls out his medic pack. He slides it over to Vikla. "Don't get that confiscated. They are weird with gear like that. Actually..." he takes the medical tools back for a second, and pulls out the bonesaw, then slides the rest back to the woman. "Promised the parrot to make a bird post. He's cool. Good listener."

Capricia's flustered by her inattentive clumsiness and scrambles to wrangle the loose chicken. Her frustration shows when she says, "The name's Capricia," in response to the goblin's slight mispronunciation. "Speaking of names, I can't go on referring to you as 'our goblin cook' now can I? Mangy was it?"
While she distractedly tries to make peace with the cook's assistant, the pirate lass deftly snags the loosed chicken and asks where to put it.

DAY 20
Nuts is going back on lookout after fending off the 'bootlickers'.
Lookout: A climb to the crow’s nest 60 feet up,
requiring DC 10 Climb checks followed by a DC 10
Perception check.
Emerald is going back to the bilges
Man the Bilges: Vile and sweaty work cleaning out the
bilges (area A11), requiring a DC 12 Strength check.
The PC must also make a DC 10 Constitution check to
avoid being fatigued at the end of the shift.
Capricia is doing rat catching today
Rat Catcher: Catching rats and other vermin belowdecks,
requiring either a DC 10 Stealth check, Survival check,
or Dexterity check to catch and kill enough rats,
cockroaches, and beetles for a good day’s work.
Lariosa and Vilka are swabbing the decks. Someone has to show her the ropes.
Swab the Decks: Backbreaking work mopping the
decks and scrubbing them with sandstone blocks
called holystones, requiring a DC 10 Strength or
Constitution check. Failing either check results in the
PC being fatigued at the end of the shift.
As Vilka is new. Here are the Daytime Ship Actions you can do while doing your assigned duties
Work Diligently: Gain a +4 bonus on any one check for a
job’s daily task
Influence: Make normal checks for a job’s daily task and
attempt to influence a single NPC
Sneak: Make normal checks for a job’s daily task and
briefly explore one area of the ship (the PC can make a
single Perception check or other skill check with no chance
of detection)
Shop: Take a –2 penalty on all checks for a job’s daily task
and visit the quartermaster’s store (area A9)
Shirk: Take a –2 penalty on all checks for a job’s daily task
and take time exploring one area of the ship. The PC can
take 10 on a single Perception check or other skill check, but
must make a check to avoid being discovered (see below).

The punishment for murder is keelhauling, but 'accidents' do happen aboard ship from time to time.
At the top of the page is some useful information including a sheet on the NPCs. Most are already influenced. Those that are hostile are now beyond being influenced. Those Helpful are fully on the party's side.

Nuts spots sails on the horizon, he cries “Ship ahoy!” late in the afternoon, and Captain Harrigan immediately turns the Wormwood to
pursue its prey. As the evening wears on, the Wormwood gradually gains on the other ship, and by dawn, less than half a mile separates the two.
It is graduation day. Tomorrow you become pirates!!!

Internally, he wonders whether the sighted ship is a dream representation of the safe haven of his grandmother's pantry, or something more sinister.

From the Wiki-
The nation of Rahadoum (pronounced rah-ha-DOOM)
1
in northwestern Garund is unusual in that it is the only nation known to have forbidden the practice of any and all religions within its borders.
2
Its founding principle can be summed up by a single phrase: "let no mortal be beholden to a god".

Vikla Ragnardottir |

Rahadoum? I kind of respect their spunk to like, actively oppose all the gods takes major balls.
A lot of money can be made with smuggling divine things in and out, there sure is demand for healing items in particular. Never been there, would be a bad idea as a cleric, and they likely have magic detection for such as me.

Same, the Icebrytar did take a Chelish trading vessel while I was on board, but I was assigned healing duty, got a bonus for saving 2 lifes. If it helps I reckon the buggers there are more scared of us then we are of them.
She responds

Capricia the Pirate |

"Um...I'm fairly certain that horses don't eat gob...." Capricia ducks as a chicken flies over her head. Though she strongly suspects there may be a hidden rats' nest or two hidden in the kitchen clutter, she opts to make a strategic retreat from Manny's domain.
Capricia the Pirate Stealth Check: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13
This might be a good time to get most of the crappy rolls out of her system, hopefully.
When the other ship is spotted, Capricia's eyes occasionally divert from shadows where rodents might lurk to the open sea ahead, where the pirate's prize sails. She watches the other pirates to see if/when they're armed for the coming encounter.
Before the ship is boarded, Capricia will fetch her equipment and arm and armor herself. I believe she's assumed to have two extra daggers and one extra buckler, if anyone wants/needs them.

brvheart |

The officers let you know that weapons will be issued to those that don't have them before boarding.

Emerald Delta Waters |

Treasure tracking for party to take:

I, Capricia, Nut's, vikla and Manny have our gear

As soon as she spots the Wormwood, the merchant ship flees, but her sails are no match for those of the pirate ship, which closes over a period of 12 hours. During the last hour, Captain Harrigan instructs Kroop and Manny mate to slaughter half a dozen pigs, slit their throats, and throw them overboard to attract sharks to the scene of the battle.
As the Wormwood closes to within half a mile of the Man’s Promise, Riaris Krine summons you to the Wormwood’s poop deck (area A2) to give them their task for the upcoming battle. Your orders are as follows:
“The ship’s wheel is on the aft deck, just below the sterncastle. You’re going to grapple over, kill the guards on the sterncastle, take the wheel, and guard the ship’s boats. Kill anyone who tries to get away on one of the boats. Don’t move from the wheel until the fighting’s done, or you’ll have to answer to me. Oh yeah, as we get close, it’s going to get foggy. Just stick to what I told you to do.”
Krine puts Capricia in charge of the boarding party, and issues any of you who still has not acquired a weapon a single weapon (excluding alchemist’s fire) from the armory.

Nutѕ |

Nuts raises his hand. "Yes, uh... Two questions. What is an aft deck, and what is a sterncastle? I mean all this time on the ship, I was sent into the rigging, with nobody telling me these terms. I did learn one, though."
He pauses. "The poop deck. So I made use of that every morning. But it seems I was the only one?" he shrugs.

brvheart |

Krine points to the front of the ship says that is fore, then the back and says that is aft. To the left is starboard, right is port. You'll be going to the poop deck and it don't mean ta shet on it! It is the roof of the sterncastle. She points it all out on the Wormwood. "An this is why I didn't put you lumpbrain in charge halfling."
She lifts up the halfling, Screw this up and you'll be joinin' Mapes in Davy Jones Locker.

Vikla Ragnardottir |

Three questions: One, if we can only hold the wheel or prevent escape, the wheel is more important yes?
Two: Do you want the boats intact?
Three: Are we allowed to offer them surrender? If we want to take their ship over, I reckon we need some of them living and serving rather then dead.
Vikla raises her hand as well

Laroisael |

“Only thing I’d request is my shortbow.” She silently does not want to kill anyone, but she knows that speaking out against the captain is the stupidest thing she could do.

brvheart |

Youz in a kindergarten class with da arm? Speek up if yas gots questions. You have enuf to do both. Boats intact. If they surrender, great. We will need new crew for the new ship.

brvheart |

“Only thing I’d request is my shortbow.” She silently does not want to kill anyone, but she knows that speaking out against the captain is the stupidest thing she could do.
She gives you your short bow, some arrows and a cutlass.
80% of people in battle don't either. They just want to keep their head down and try and come through the otherside. If you were using firearms, you probably would be loading it 10-12 times and never firing it. But this is pathfinder and the other ships solders will fight to defend the ship.

brvheart |

Closing for Boarding
The two ships soon enter into reasonable firing range (120
feet) and close together at a speed of 30 feet per round. The
crew of the Man’s Promise begins to bombard the Wormwood
with missiles, mainly crossbow bolts, but also with two
ballistas on the sterncastle attacking the Wormwood’s
rigging in a futile attempt to slow the pirate ship. At the
same time, banks of heavy mist suddenly envelop the
enemy ship. From now until the conclusion of the battle,
combat aboard the Man Promise takes place within multiple
fog cloud spells cast by Peppery Longfarthing.
