Aha! See! They are quite obviously liars since their clothes have burst into flame!

Icabhod rushes over to aid his ally, being careful not to over extend himself.

"Corrupt law is no law at all!"

As all hell breaks loose, Tychus tries to calm his breath and focus on the task at hand.

Attack Gul 1: 1d20 + 11 - 2 ⇒ (10) + 11 - 2 = 19
Damage Gul 1: 1d10 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21

Damage Gul 2: 1d10 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21

Attack Gul 3: 1d20 + 6 - 2 ⇒ (9) + 6 - 2 = 13
Damage Gul 3: 1d10 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21

Tychus fires at the stunned senechel. Despite being senseless, an invisible shield deflects two of the shots. Still, one breaks through and pierces flesh.

Tychus hits Gul once for 21 damage.

Botting Xallis.

Xallis casts haste, which everyone is still close enough together to receive. Then Navia moves forward and slashes with her claw and the first soldier she reaches.

Navia – Claw vs. Soldier (Yellow), haste: 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 9 + 1 = 23
Damage: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

Soldier (yellow) takes 5 damage.

Okay, the soldiers get a turn. You didn’t totally decimate them.

Lotheed Soldier (Red) - Fire Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 4

The soldier closest to the stream ironically is stunned and unable to even attempt to put out the fire burning him.

Lotheed Soldier (Red) takes 4 more fire damage.

The next soldier turns and leaps into the water and douses the flames.

I’m going to say it takes the soldier two move actions, one to move into the water and submerge and a second to stand back up. The water is waist deep and gives cover, +4 AC.

The next soldier, with two enemies before him, is forced to fight. He takes a step back and fires his crossbow at Henrika.

Soldier (yellow) – crossbow, shaken vs. Henrika’s AC 20: 1d20 + 7 - 2 ⇒ (10) + 7 - 2 = 15
Damage: 1d10 ⇒ 2

Soldier (yellow) Reflex DC 15, shaken: 1d20 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 - 2 = 5
Lotheed Solider (yellow) - Fire Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 4

Shaken and with an unsteady hand, even from close range, the soldier’s bolt misses Henrika. Then he drops with crossbow and draws a halberd instead. The fire engulfing him continues to burn.

Lotheed Soldier (yellow) misses Henrika. He does not extinguish the fire and takes 4 more fire damage. He uses a free action to drop the crossbow and a move action to draw the halberd.

Soldier (orange) Reflex DC 15, shaken, roll on ground: 1d20 + 2 - 2 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 2 - 2 + 4 = 23

The next soldier drops to the ground and rolls in the dirt to put out his burning clothes. Once extinguished, he stands back up.

The soldiers act before Trevor so he is not threatened at the time of his action. He spends a standard action to roll on the ground to put out the flames and then his move action to stand back up.

Soldier (purple) Reflex DC 15, shaken: 1d20 + 2 - 2 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 2 - 2 + 4 = 14
Lotheed Soldier (purple) - Fire Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 5

The soldier behind him tries the same but is unable to put his fire out. He screams and remains prone on the ground.

Lotheed Soldier (purple) remains on fire and is prone. He takes 5 more fire damage.

Lotheed Soldier (black) – Crossbow, shaken vs. Icabhod’s AC 21: 1d20 + 7 - 2 ⇒ (8) + 7 - 2 = 13
Damage: 1d10 ⇒ 6

The last soldier fires at Icabhod as he approaches. Among the chaos of his screaming and flailing comrades, he loses focus and shoots wide. He reloads his crossbow for another shot.

Lotheed Soldier (black) misses Icabhod. He reloads his heavy crossbow with a move action with Rapid Reload.

Then Trevor rushes up and impales the soldier who just put out his flames as he is standing. He looks up at Trevor in shock.

Trevor hits Lotheed Soldier (orange) for 4 damage. The soldiers are not evil-aligned so they do not take holy damage.

Gul Gusairne - Fire Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 5

Gul is stunned so he loses his turn and takes 5 fire damage.

Shaken:
A shaken character takes a –2 penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks.

Stunned:
A stunned creature drops everything held, can’t take actions, takes a –2 penalty to AC, and loses its Dexterity bonus to AC (if any).
Attackers receive a +4 bonus on attack rolls to perform combat maneuvers against a stunned opponent.

Blinded:
The creature cannot see. It takes a –2 penalty to Armor Class, loses its Dexterity bonus to AC (if any), and takes a –4 penalty on most Strength– and Dexterity-based skill checks and on opposed Perception skill checks. All checks and activities that rely on vision (such as reading and Perception checks based on sight) automatically fail. All opponents are considered to have total concealment (50% miss chance) against the blinded character. Blind creatures must make a DC 10 Acrobatics skill check to move faster than half speed. Creatures that fail this check fall prone. Characters who remain blinded for a long time grow accustomed to these drawbacks and can overcome some of them.

Prone:
The character is lying on the ground. A prone attacker has a –4 penalty on melee attack rolls and cannot use a ranged weapon (except for a crossbow). A prone defender gains a +4 bonus to Armor Class against ranged attacks, but takes a –4 penalty to AC against melee attacks.

Henrika mentally twists the knife when Tychus strikes Gul with a crossbow bolt. (As a free action, she will add 3 to his damage with painful stare.)

She moves forward past her flaming enemies and positions herself next to the half-elf inquisitor, leaving a clear shot for Tychus. She swings her magical longsword at the man's neck, pronouncing her own sort of judgment.

She will direct the sword to defend her, and one of her other allies who is within 10'-- probably Navia.

If that finishes off Gul, she will move her hypnotic stare to the black-bordered soldier as a swift action, and cry out: "See what ruin the Lotheeds' evil reign bring to you and yours! Abandon them; join us, and you will be spared their fate!"

Cursing, but ultimately agreeing, for the need to apply non-lethal damage on Gul Gusairne, Tychus fires off his last shot into one of the henchmen before barrelling into the melee, handaxe by his side.

Round 2

Tychus hits the soldier with hit bolt which pierces through the chain armor with ease.

Soldier (yellow) takes 13 damage.

Glitterdust Will Saves DC 17:

Soldier (Yellow), shaken: 1d20 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 - 2 = 12
Gul, shaken, hypnotic stare: 1d20 + 9 - 2 - 2 ⇒ (1) + 9 - 2 - 2 = 6

Xallis' glitterdust blinds all 3 targets: Soldiers (red and yellow) and Gul Gusairne. They are having a bad time. Soldier (red) was already blinded from the color spray but the glitterdust will extend the duration.

Some of Navia’s attacks are a little too wild but she still manages to hit the soldier twice and take him out of his misery. He falls to the ground; his corpse still burning.

Navia hits Lotheed Soldier (yellow) twice for a total of 18 damage and kills him.

Icabhod pierces the standing soldier with a second rapier through his body. The soldier rolls his eyes and curses his bad luck.

Icabhod hits soldier (orange) for 9 damage.

Henrika swings at Gul’s neck and leaves a long gash. Gul grasps the wound with his hand to try to staunch the flow of blood. His flesh pales and looks like he can barely stand.

Henrika hits Gul for 22 damage. I also added the 3 damage as noted in your post. It looks like one more hit might take him out if you are trying to go a non-lethal route. But he is also on fire…

Soldier (red) Fire Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 1

Soldier (red) is still stunned so just burns silently. He takes 1 more fire damage.

Lotheed Soldier (blue) crossbow, shaken vs. Xallis’ AC 12: 1d20 + 7 - 2 ⇒ (5) + 7 - 2 = 10
Damage: 1d10 ⇒ 2

From the water, the soldier takes a pot-shot at Xallis. Fortunately, Xallis sees it coming and ducks out of the way.

Soldier (blue) misses Xallis then reloads.

Lotheed Soldier (orange) crossbow, shaken vs. Trevor’s AC 20: 1d20 + 7 - 2 ⇒ (5) + 7 - 2 = 10
Damage: 1d10 ⇒ 9

The next soldier takes a step back from the two men with rapiers. His fingers fumble with the crossbow trigger and he fires into the ground. He drops with weapon and switches to his halberd expecting the two attacks to follow after him.

Soldier (orange) takes a 5-ft. step back and misses Trevor then drops his crossbow and draws his halberd.

Soldier (purple) Reflex DC 15, shaken: 1d20 + 2 - 2 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 2 - 2 + 4 = 11
Lotheed Soldier (purple) - Fire Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 3

The soldier on the ground continues to scream and roll in the dirt. The persistent fire refuses to go out.

Soldier (purple) rolls on the ground but fails to put out the fire. He takes 3 more fire damage. He remains prone.

The last soldier takes a step away from Henrika to shoot at Navia unthreatened.

Lotheed Soldier (black) crossbow, shaken vs. Navia’s AC 23: 1d20 + 7 - 2 ⇒ (18) + 7 - 2 = 23
Damage: 1d10 ⇒ 10

He scores a lucky shot that pierces particularly deep.

Soldier (black) takes a 5-ft. step back and hits Navia for 10 damage. Then he reloads. (They don't have precise shot, so he'd take a penalty for trying to shot Henrika next to Gul.)

Crit Confirmation: 1d20 + 9 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (3) + 9 + 1 - 2 = 11
Damage: 1d4 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10

The soldier in the water fires his crossbow point-blank at Navia. With supernatural speed, she dodges the bolt. Navia retaliates but the soldier also shifts and she kicks up a splash of water. Then the soldier tosses aside his crossbow and draws his halberd. Unfortunately for him, he wasn’t counting on Navia’s quick reflexes and she strikes again. This time with a killing blow. The body floats in the water, blood slowly spreading in the stream around it.

Soldier (blue) misses Navia with his crossbow. The attack provokes but Navia misses. He drops his crossbow and draws his halberd which also provokes. Since Navia has Combat Reflexes, she can make a second attack of opportunity. This one hits (but doesn’t crit.) for 10 damage and kills the soldier.

Lotheed Soldier (orange), halberd, shaken vs. Trevor’s AC 20: 1d20 + 7 - 2 ⇒ (13) + 7 - 2 = 18
Damage: 1d10 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9

The soldier harried by Trevor and Icabhod swings at Trevor with his weapon. The attack would have hit if not for still being shaken. Then he takes another step back in a slow retreat.

Lotheed Soldier (orange) misses Trevor. He takes a 5-ft. step away. The shaken effect ends.

Lotheed Soldier (purple) Reflex DC 15, shaken: 1d20 + 2 - 2 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 2 - 2 + 4 = 8
Lotheed Soldier (purple) Fire Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 2

The soldier on the ground continues to try to put on the fire without success.

Lotheed Soldier (purple) fails again to put out the fire. He takes 2 more fire damage. His shaken effect ends.

Lotheed Soldier (black) Crossbow, shaken vs. Henrika’s AC 20: 1d20 + 7 - 2 ⇒ (7) + 7 - 2 = 12
Damage: 1d10 ⇒ 4

The last soldier fires a bolt at Henrika but doesn’t even come close. He reloads to try again.

Lotheed Soldier (black) misses Henrika. He reloads. His shaken effect ends.

Trevor goes in Round 3. Then since Gul is unconscious, back to Henrika, Icabhod, Tychus, and Xallis in Round 4.

Trevor keeps the pressure on the soldier he is fighting, forcing him to block multiple blows.

Trevor’s attacks miss Lotheed Soldier (orange).

Round 4

Tychus catches the soldier off-guard, attacking him from another angle. Unable to defend from three directions at once, the soldier takes mortal wounds and goes down.

Tychus hits the Lotheed Soldier (orange) all three times for a total of 22 damage which kills him.

Still blinded, the soldier attacked by Navia literally doesn’t see her coming and is completely eviscerated by her claws.

Navia hits Lotheed Soldier (red) all five times and confirms the critical hit for a total of 65 damage. He is dead. Very dead.

Since Orange died, I’ll just move Icabhod up to the next closest soldier.

Icabhod smacks the soldier on the ground with his weapon. The soldier is too busy trying to put out the fire to even defend.

Soldier (purple) takes 4 non-lethal damage.

The last thought that the soldier with the crossbow has is that he should have stepped further away from the woman with the sword when Henrika turns on him and cleaves through his skull.

Henrika hits Lotheed Soldier (black) for 43 damage and kills him.

You dominated these opponents. Navia was the only one hit once for 10 damage. The rest of you were unharmed.

You strip the enemies of their equipment and you can decide what to do with Gul and the one surviving soldier. I’ll just tell you what all the items are. There isn’t much to identify or one of the survivors can tell you.

Gul Guisarne had a wand of cure light wounds with 34 charges, two vials of antitoxin, a +1 breastplate, a +1 light crossbow, 25 bolts, a masterwork light mace, a cloak of resistance +1, a golden holy symbol of Abadar (worth 100 gp), masterwork manacles, a seneschal’s badge, a signet ring, and 193 gold.

The six soldiers each had 2 oils of magic weapon, 1 potion of barkskin, 2 potions of cure moderate wounds, 1 vial of antiplague, 3 oil, a masterwork chain shirt, a masterwork halberd, a masterwork heavy crossbow, a backpack, a bullseye lantern, flint and steel, manacles, a signal whistle, and 10 trail rations.

Then, he turns to Gul. He gives him a mere tap with the wand, but without any magical incantations.

"I'm not one for intimidation or threats, and your master has all the subtlety and tactical prowess of a flatulent goat, so there's little point to drilling you for information." He gestures back towards Tychus. "I wanted to spare my companion the moral dilemma of having the blood of the faithful on his hands. Thank Abadar that he has chosen him, as it's the reason you yet breathe."

Navia takes a spare bag and fills it with the seneschal’s badge, ring, 10 rations, and a single piece of gold. Then she holds it up before Gul. "Sir Livara will allow you to return to your master, should you swear to leave peacefully, so you may speak of my Sir's disappointment in this pathetic little stunt. And to tell him that once Xallis has his affairs settled, he's going to march on his estate to personally demand a very public apology. Do you accept?"

Xallis holds the golden holy symbol towards Tychus, allowing him say in whether or not the religious icon should be returned. "And your soldier? He can also leave in peace or stay here on the promise of good behavior. Lotheed seems like the petulant sort of 'shoot the messenger' type."

Gul looks at Xallis incredulously. "You would let me go? You are more of a fool than I thought. Know that I am unwaveringly loyal to Count Bartleby and if you should step foot in Lotheedar, we will meet again as enemies. Your act of mercy is unwarranted and the Lotheeds will not show you the same."

They pay no mind towards the citizens of the county outside of entertaining nobles and ensuring the peasants pay their taxes. Your actions threaten the Lotheeds control so you must be removed. Another replacement will be found or Tribune Piscum can oversee Stachys again. It does not matter as long as they fall in line.”

”The real power of the Lotheeds is Duke Panivar Lotheed, a long-lived and powerful wizard. However, he is not presently within the palace. In his absence, the primary defense is soldiers like the men I brought with me today. However, a number of constructs are also littered throughout the palace for additional support. Living topiaries in the garden. Caryatid columns in the gallery.”

”But what you should really be concerned about is whatever Duke Panivar left behind. The Duke is a powerful conjurer and unholy and frightening things lurk in the restricted private family chambers. At night, something haunts our dreams, and every now and then a servant will mysteriously vanish. Count Bartleby tries to cover it up. But I am too meticulous for it to escape my notice.”
