Hey all,
So I got some bad news Tuesday about my paternal Grandfather. He's been battling cancer and, more recently dementia. I think it's only really sunk in just in the past few hours that he's not going to get better. My sister and I visited with him yesterday, and other than saying hello and good-bye, he spent most of the time dozing.

Question 1: The 'tarnished' silver holy symbol we found... tarnished from age or grossness?
Step 1: Haul the totem and head out of the cave. Is there rock we can walk on outside the cave? I want to try to hide the totem while reducing any sort of tracks we leave. I'll also want to climb up a tree, tie off the totem and haul it up into the branches, if possible.
Step 2: Obscure any tracks we leave.
Step 3: Head into town as the 'conquering heroes' with the wolf head and deliver the sad news about Amos and pitch the simplified story of beating the wolf to the town council (and any locals that tag along).

2. There is some rock, I’ll allow a survival check to hide your tracks. Plenty of large trees around, hanging the totem in one of them is easy enough.
Also, I forgot! For defeating the worg and uncovering the secrets of the totem, you earn one Hero Point! Here is an explanation of what you can use Hero Points for. One of my other games (that I’m a player in, actually) is using them and they really enhance the game. So I figured we’d use them!

OK, I'm a little confused. I was trying to follow the skinwalker's (aka Lucina's) footprints. My understanding is the barghest made wolf-like prints that 'blinked'. So either we are dealing with a barghest that can also imitate more than just a gobbo (he's our skinwalker) OR we are dealing with two creatures that both blink.
Am I missing something? Assuming there are two of them and they both went below ground - fine. But if one of them is still above ground, we need to handle that, I think.
