Hey folks, ok, I'm back from Christmas travel. I see lots of Fort saves for me and Roci, but I don't see a whole bunch of extra stat losses. All of those days before we were cured, we should have been accumulating more stat damage, right?


Vandomir, that is if you failed a save...
Roci still has Leprosy but no new damage for a week.
On the 25th Roci saves and is cured of Mindfire, he only took 1d4 ⇒ 4 Int damage.
Vandomir failed his save on filth fever: 1d3 ⇒ 3 Dex damage and 1d3 ⇒ 1 Con damage.

It only takes Alice and Xan at most an hour to help everyone with their saves. Alice studies the notes and researches the magic circles. On the morning of the 24th she believes she knows what fo do.

After Alice collects the healthy folk in the hallway outside of the infected rooms, he asks, "So what can we do to help?"

As both healers work closely together, Alice notices Xandarian being more flirtatious than normal.

Well Vandomir if you are staying in bed 24 hours you heal 2 points of ability damage. I believe with Alice and Xan's help it doubles to 4 points of ability damage. I did not hear anyone else trying to fix your damage except once with Xan.

So... 22nd of December jump into bed...

Alice stood before the ancient throne, its gilded edges glinting faintly in the dim light of the chamber. The portal shimmered weakly on the far wall, its surface flickering like water touched by a hesitant breeze.

She unfurled the crumbling parchment she'd discovered in the catacombs below, its cryptic symbols glowing faintly in her grasp. Each mark on the page seemed alive, writhing and shifting as though resisting her gaze.

“The words are the key,” Alice murmured, her voice steady despite the weight of the moment. With a deep breath, she began to chant the incantation etched into the parchment. The room responded immediately—torches flared to life, casting the throne room in an otherworldly glow, and the portal grew brighter, its light pulsing in rhythm with her words. The circles grew bright responding to her words and the spell.

The air grew heavier, pressing against you like an unseen force. The spell required focus, precision. One wrong syllable and the portal might collapse—or worse, unleash something unimaginable.

As the final word left her lips, the portal blazed brilliantly, bathing the room in fiery energy. Alice shielded her eyes, heart pounding. Was this it? Would the portal open fully, revealing the path to the other realm?

Of course Roci can come he is your animal companion. I was just stating who was going through the portal. I assumed if you went then Roci would go as well. I was also pointing out that Quince, Jorne, and the other NPCs would not be joining... unless you can persuade them.

Prior to activating the portal, Alice sits down in meditation for her spells. With the prospect of entering a plane of evil, her spells would be part protection, part other.

I vote for Hero's Feast! Aspect of the Falcon and Cat's Grace are great for me, and Bless is a great across the board buff. Do these last longer than usual?
