Reginald unravels into magical fibres that encompass an enemy within 30 feet and deals 6d6 slashing damage, with a basic reflex save against spell DC. On failure, target is immobilized for 1 round or until it Escapes against my spell DC (DC 37). Reginald then reforms in its original square.
Heightening:
9th level and 2 levels thereafter (+2d6 slashing damage)
9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19 = +12d6 damage
Now 18d6 slashing damage
Patron's Claim (2 actions) - once per hour
Reginald's mouth opens impossibly wide before a silver draconic claw stretches forth from it at a creature within 30 feet, dealing 10d10 spirit damage (fort save vs spell dc). If a creature fails its save and takes damage, it is drained 2 (drained 4 on crit fail) and you regain 1 focus point.
