Gruntarr evedes partially the attack and fires again with high precision
Ref Save: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (16) + 13 = 29
◆◆◆Attack on Ship VS DC22: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (19) + 14 = 33
damage: 6d8 ⇒ (8, 8, 8, 1, 8, 1) = 34 double as critical

It is a bit unclear. The canon has an attack mod, with a target of a 5' burst. When I get to school I'll look up in Guns & Gear to see if there's something I'm missing. Also, I REALLY appreciate you spelling out the eidolon math in your posts!
Mandoo and Libitina work to undo the damage the canons wreak, just as Gruntarr shoots and finally destroys one of the two canons!
ROUND 4:
Caitlin (33/52): REF + Go
Vandren (56/63): Go
Mandoo (45/52): Heal
Star: Wind
Rawiri (36/65): REF Fireball!
Gruntarr (53/80): SMASH
Scerzaq (41/51): Go
Canon: TBD
Aft Canon: 16

They can be targeted with ranged weapons. You also have Potions of Leaping to get up there for melee.

Caitlin tries to dodge Reflex: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (6) + 12 = 18
She then nominates a cannon as her hunted prey (◆) then casts ◆ Gravity Weapon on her bow and fires a ◆ pair of shots at the cannon.
Hunted Shot 1: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (15) + 11 = 262d8 + 4 ⇒ (8, 6) + 4 = 18
Hunted Shot 2: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 182d8 ⇒ (4, 4) = 8
Precision if either hit: 1d8 ⇒ 5

Dungeon Master S - 2e |

Among the blasts, Caitlin takes aim at the remaining canon. She hits once, breaking (but again not destroying) it!
ROUND 4:
Caitlin (15/52): Hit
Vandren (56/63): Go
Mandoo (45/52): Heal
Star: Wind
Rawiri (27/65): REF Fireball!
Gruntarr (53/80): SMASH
Scerzaq (41/51): Go
Canon: TBD
Aft Canon: 29

Scerzaq rushes over to who has the potions and grabs one of the potions of leaping. "I'll get up there." he says in between ripping the cork out and drinking the contents.
◆ Get to Potion of Leaping
◆ Grab Potion of Leaping
◆ Drink Potion of Leaping

Scerzaq gets ready to destroy the last canon with a little potion help.
ROUND 4:
Caitlin (15/52): Hit
Mandoo (45/52): Heal

As the dust from the last explosion clears, Vandren sees Rawiri badly injured, and Caitlin even worse. He makes his way forward, continuing to focus on keeping Caitlin on her feet, but stopping alongside Rawiri, to be ready to tend to him next.
Healing: 3d8 + 24 ⇒ (4, 6, 4) + 24 = 38

Vandren keeps Caitlin in the fight. The situation looks dire, but victory is also within reach!
The ship lilts and turns. A portal opens as Star takes a parting shot, but it's not enough to destroy the ship.
Star gives a terrible roar and thrashes in place. It then takes several minutes to calm themself. Before long you're swarmed with the survivors in camp. They cheer in gratitude and celebration for fighting off the enemy forces.
Star's rage is enough to give them the strength to break out of the remaining earth. The automaton towers over you. It's obvious that if Star turned their ire towards you, it'd be a very, very bad day.
“The daggers you hold, the ones you call calamitous... They have a power over me, it seems. They were created to control me. I feel they are safe in your hands, but I would ask: would you be willing to return them to me, that I may hold my fate in my own hands?”

Libitina rejoins Mandoo after the ship retreats and they both stand awkwardly as the survivors swarm them in gratitude. "Now, now. No need to get so excited. We were only doing our jobs after all."
When Star asks for the daggers, Mandoo looks at Libitina for a moment.
{A creature like that free to roam without fetters is a danger}
[Well, yes. But it's not really the Pathfinder way to essentially enslave a sentient creature to do our bidding]
{I would not want to be so controlled}
[Neither would I. Good thing we're bound to each other by choice then]
{So far, yes}
[Ha ha. Always ready with a joke, eh Tina?]
{If you say so}
He then turns back to the others. "Libitina and I are of the opinion that Star should be freed to decide his own fate and that the daggers should be turned over to him."

This vote is the last thing I need, so others should chime in.

"From a very young age I knew what the oppression of the Irrisen witches was, so I will not be the one who oppresses someone else, for me you are free"

Dungeon Master S - 2e |

There's no emotion, but it appears that Star is happy - content at least. "Thank you. You have shown yourselves as friends."
Upon your return, the report reads glowingly. In defending Star, your reputation grows, this is especially true given your conduct in dealing with them. Rumor also begins to fly that you successfully obtained a magical box prototype that could be extremely useful in the field!
That concludes the adventure! I'll leave the thread up for a bit. It looks like I forgot to post the RPG Chronicles link! Sorry, once done I'll submit and distribute!

Chronicles are HERE!
That is really weird. Link should be correct now.

Chronicles are HERE!
Is it just me or is this link sending me to a folder containing chronicles for a completely different scenario from back in October 2021 (for a completely different PC of mine)?
Never mind. Looks like it's working now.
Here's my downtime roll...
During his downtime, Mandoo helps train a small team of undead hunters on the intricacies of dealing with zombies in preparation for a tomb clearing operation...
Undead Lore (Earn Income) vs DC 16: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26
...the team has no trouble slashing their way through the tomb and claiming the treasure within.
That's a critical success and so according to this table Mandoo earns 40sp for his work.
I'll add it to my chronicle.
