Hunter listens for a while what Nigel says, sometimes his face muscules show irritation.

-Nigel, Aslynn is still there. And I am sure she has an influence not only over dreams, but she's especialy close with Shadow Plane. Should I remind you she orchestrated assault to main Society compund and stole our Master or Spells soul. I can not insist she will f#%% you up, but... let's say I am almost sure.
Onyx Alliane may be very controversial ally as they can be connected. So, any info regarding would be great.

Salaish squeezes her eyes shut and pinches the bridge of her nose before pinning Nigel with a steely gaze. "Aside from your word, how can we know that the Onyx Alliance has truly fundamentally changed its values and goals? And you still didn't directly answer our questions about trying other methods to help the family see reason. Look. I want to be able to believe you. But your 'truth' is laid on a foundation of lies and unsupported assertions. That makes it really difficult."

Olnik nods. "You do cannot correct the wrongs of the past by continued dishonor."

@Argoni, no further deceit detected, he seems to have come clean.

Nigel shakes his head at Salish's reluctance. "If I were to try to deal with the family directly, they would likely disown Dhrami and I. They have never been pleased by our union. And I can only speak to what I have seen in my dealings with Sarnia and the Alliance recently. Perhaps I can arrange another meeting with them and the Society to see if there exists any synergy - or even if they can indeed help with the Aslynn problem." He nods to Hunter. "Here, this should more than cover the costs of your consumables and first aid. I'll treat you with no less compassion than I do my own workers when they put their lives on the line in pursuit of greater knowledge."

He hands you a bag of holding (type I) with 40 gp inside.

Finally to Olnik, he summarizes one last time. "I do not believe what I am doing is dishonor given the history of this family. My wife and I - and by extension Sarnia and the Alliance - are rectifying years of injustice done in the name of nothing more than unmitigated greed. What has happened, has happened. As before, I stand at your mercy and await your report on me."

With the slightest hint of sadness, he adds. "Now if you excuse me, I need to arrange the clean up below."

Two questions remain for you - Do you aid the Onyx Alliance or turn Nigel over to the Blakros family? and Do you declare Nigel competent or incompetent in your final report? A quick vote, please...

Armagile will not turn Nigel to Blakros. Although aid Onyx Allience is not matter to decide without venture captains or Decimvirate.

Nigel is incompetent, but Hunter new it already and unlikely will expose him, as he (Nigel) is a fellow of Drundle Dreng

Olnik recommends that the Society cautiously work to aid the Onyx Alliance, and not report Nigel.

In his report, he declares Nigel as competent, but adds a note that indicates he is overworked due to the high demands of the job, and requires an increased budget for additional support staff if he is to safely maintain safety and security at the Museum.

Griss Who probably doesn't really deserve a vote would lean towards aid towards supporting the Onyx alliance, though he is not exactly happy with this.

He absolutely agrees with Olnik's idea. Competent, but with an asterisk.

I thought the implication was that if we tell the Society, they are obligated to share with Blakros given the history and direct hiring for this task.

Argoni is no stranger to using unreported action to accomplish ends he feels is justified. He would choose not to disclose Nigel and Dhrami's actions and and actually recommend they get more resources, as they are competent but under-resourced.

Salaish hems and haws over her report, trying to determine just the proper wording. Ultimately, she ends up writing something that echoes Olnik's sentiments (no turning Nigel over to the Blakros family; claiming him competent but overworked).

Before everyone disperses, she ensures that only her team can hear her. "I couldn't bring myself to suggest that we just start helping the Onyx Alliance without doing some due diligence first. What do you guys think of writing an anonymous letter to PFS leadership, suggesting they look into the rumors of a regime change in the Onyx Alliance that may have caused significant changes in their values and goals? Maybe then it won't be connected with this investigation."

@Argoni For a simple case of treachery or incompetency, yes, but Nigel's additional information and motives might make them reconsider the Blakros agreement. But as mentioned, it is your choice how to proceed and what exactly to report.

Looks like the general consensus is to at least hint (perhaps anonymously) to the Decemvirate that the Society should thoroughly investigate the new leadership within the Onyx Alliance and report to the Venture-Captain that Nigel is competent enough to keep his job for now, but to see if the Society can provide him with (or at least ensure he obtains himself) resources that will make him more assured in the future.

The Venture-Captain receives your report and is pleased with yet another successful mission to the Blakros Museum. "Let's hope that will be the last litle mishap there for a while. There are quite a few other hotspots boiling up around Golarion, I'm afraid." Valsin shakes his head.
