Tiika sees the wiring. Now all we need is the oil.
Is there antwhere we have not looked? If not, is there a chance the stuff on the floor where we started could be the oil we need?

I would never have thought of that
[b]Shall we take some of these potted plants to the garden, and use the empty pots as containers?[/ooc]

And here we have our first world friend not wiping their feet... Saja remarks disdainfully.

I believe the party has now explored every room. Regarding whether the stuff on the floor is the required oil, only a successful Physical Science check can determine that for sure.
Otherwise, the party could try using the stuff on the floor and see what happens...?
Can Celebryn and I collaborate on our results?
Absolutely!

Tiika goes back and carefully examines the stuff on the floor.
Tiika confirms that the fluid on the floor of the entryway is an oil used in power plant operations; it is clear, biodegradable, and conducts electricity
Having obtained all of the necessary component parts, it is a relatively simply matter for the party to implement the necessary repairs. With all of the parts collected and all of the conditions met, the reactor automatically restarts and resumes functionality.
The party is now free to return and report to their patron, Councilor Kirslin Auganir in Thamal.
We are just about done. Well done, all!
Please confirm that your chronicle information is correct here.
Feel free to give your report and I will wrap us up in the next day or two.

There is an interference in that power station Saja reports, which is causes by a first worlder. We have managed to appease the individual with a garden, but I should warn you that deals with these creatures tend to be of temporary nature. You could consider investing in discouragement installations.
He raps his deck of cards Non-lethal, of course
Thank you for running! Do you see yourself running any of the other bounties?

”…or, you could talk to her, and come to an agreement that helps you both”, adds Morela. ”She’s not a bad sort, but she didn’t realize the trouble she was causing”

"In some ways, I think they are even older than I am, well, or timeless maybe. I've never actually been to the First World, but part of me wonder if they even experienced the Gap ... part of me wonders if time is even the same. Maybe that's why deals seem so temporary to them. I am glad we were peaceful."

Tiika listens carefully as the others report, making sure our exact bargain is explained.
Kirslin listens to the proposed terms proffered by the hesper and nods.
"The hesper's terms are agreeable," she concedes. "Indeed, I believe we can turn such eco‑conscious regulations to the city’s advantage, increasing Thamal’s appeal as a destination."
'Well done," she declares as you provides you each with the promised payment of 200 credits. "Had you killed this, 'Qhibell', who knows what further malfunctions would soon befall other plants and construction sites. Your hesper, 'friend', sounds far more reasonable than potential glitch gremlins or other fey that could be causing concerns involving such issues."
"Should you return to Thamal, or wish to settle here, you would be most welcome!"
FIN
Well done! I was glad I got to run this for a second group. I had a lot of fun. Please note my call for a Day Job was in error as Starfinder Bounties do not offer any downtime. For successfully restarting Station Green's power plant, each PC did earn 200 credits. The bounty grants each player one-quarter (.25) of an XP.
The game has been reported and I will post a link to chronicles in the Discussion thread later today.
