”Very impressive!”, says Morela. ”You really do have a green thumb. Unfortunately, while the plants are doing fine, the people who rely on the power station aren’t. Now, this sort of thing really isn’t my area, but I’m sure there’s some way to get the generator running, while the plants create additional energy. Wouldn’t that be best for everyone?”
The woman pauses to consider Morela's words. "I didn't realize that the people relied on this power station. I certainly don't wish them to face any difficulty," she concedes. She looks pensive for a moment, then steels her resolve. "However, the plants are flourishing, bringing life here. Those using the power station seem bend upon more construction and development, bringing destruction. If it comes down to the two, wouldn't you choose the planets?"
One success. More would be needed to convince here fully. He then turns to the woman, without asking for her name or looking at his deck of cards. Surely the purpose of a power station is to provide power, which it currently isn't doing. Your sleeper moss may be well-served, but for every plant growing here, thousands whither elsewhere. Is this the life you want to live?
Aid was not a success.
"Thousands? Surely, you are exaggerating," suspects the woman.
Anyone else wish to speak (and make a skill check?)

NO idea what a Nat20 means in SF ... I would like to hope it's good tho
A Nat20, with regard to skill checks, simply means the PC did the best they could do. A Nat20 has a different effect for attack rolls (and skill checks in other systems).
In this case, it also means that you've gained a success!

The green-skinned hesper thinks deeply on the elf's words. By the time the kiintira points out the benefits of technology, the fey is convinced.
Well done! More successes that you needed for a party of 5!"I hadn't realized just how many relied on this facility or how beneficial it could be to their lives," says the woman. "Very well, I shall leave Station Green for the time being and allow you to restart the reactor. The 'thousands' shall have their power."
"At least for now," she continues. "However, I, Qhibell, will not tolerate further harm to the plant life here. Thus, once these 'thousands' have received sufficient power and are made aware that the plants have a champion, I vow to return and reclaim Station Green, reestablishing my sleeper moss unless I am satisfied that the following three conditions have been met. First, the plants inside Station Green must be properly, and tenderly, replanted outdoors. Second, to ensure their continued survival, I must be granted dominion over a new green space powered by the same reactor where the plants currently growing here can thrive. Finally, I must insist that a portion of natural habitat in and around this area is preserved from development."
"If you promise to convey these terms to your 'thousands' and their leaders, and promise to urge for their acceptance, then I will depart Station Green. What say you?"

Saja blows a raspberry, and is about to tell the fey to take a long spacewalk out of a very short airlock. Instead he proclaims I'm sure the local real estate agency will be more than eager to provide 'dominion' of a gardening patch to you when you sign the due proper agreements. As we speak, people plants are withering in the dark, and you probably have already done more harm than you have caused good.
Let's make good use of our valuable time on this world and start with relocating these growths of yours. Do you have any insights on what a proper replanting constitutes? You are our horticultural expert, after all.

What would help here? Medicine, Life Science, Survival?
Life Science is what is needed to successfully remove and replant the fragile sleeper moss. The rest of the plants are hardier and don't require any special or skilled effort to replant. However...
"Sleeper moss is fragile and can be destroyed by any concerted effort, such as damaging or pulling off the moss," Qhibell explains. "I will take care of transplanting the moss' precious buds. The rest, I shall leave to you."
She turns back to Qhibell. ”In the meantime, we’ll make a full report, and convey the urgency of the situation. Thank you for understanding”
"You are quite welcome," replies the fey. "I must admit that you are far more accommodating and understanding than I gave your kind credit for."
Qhibell heads into the generator room and begins to carefully remove the gray sleeper moss that clings throughout the room. Due to her skill and affinity for the plants, her work is quick and it is not long before she is gone.
The repair of the reactor remains up to you and your hands.
If you succeed at a DC 15 Computers check, you may open the spoiler below:

It looks to be the case for the generator, Tiika. I shall leave the reactivation in your capable hands. Saja says, then points to the reactor This particular device seems to be lacking a number of components. We will be hard-pressed to repair it unless we can procure replacement part.
I suppose we need to search those side rooms. How about the one with the pool tables (NW)?

GM Valen |

Tiika looks at the generator.
"Looks like getting rid of that moss took care of a lot of the problem"
Tiika correct concludes that the generator can be switched back on, but that a new problem prevents reinitiating the reactor at present. Magical energy from Qhibell’s long‑term occupation has built up in the reactor and must be flushed from the system, and four of the reactor’s components need to be replaced.
A PC who succeeds at a DC 14 Mysticism check or a DC 17 Computers or Engineering check flushes the magical energy from the reactor."Apologies Lady Tiika ... so do we need to do something to turn it on again?"
Turning back on the generator requires no more than the flip of a switch with the sleeper moss now gone.

Morela flushes the reactor successfully.
Now, to get the reactor back up and running, all that is needed are the following four components: reactor oil, heavy‑duty wiring, a control rod, and a replacement control module.
Celebryn, Saja, and Blue Jack head to one of the rooms connected to the reactor room. Through the doors they spy scrap and debris scattered across the room. Whatever the original purpose of this room may have been is no longer clear. A small structure composed from drone pieces is taking shape near the center of the room.

The room to the south is ajar and easily opened all the way. Here stands a supply room is filled with electrical components and tools in complete disarray. The scrap rats undoubtedly scavenged material from this room for their nest, and, perhaps, even Qhibell had ransacked it for supplies to create her green spaces.
