I went back and reviewed my Pact World Warriors game, Kat has played that and first met Zo! During 1-05 first mandate.
Her Athletics check has more than doubled since level 4 so hopefully that pays off.
Is it too late to make some purchases?

10-4, I'll just be adding jump jets. I was going to grab new armour but after this Kat will be Level 7 and will be able to get something a little better, if she can just survive with a miserable ac for now.

So, looks like Starship combat coming.
Pretty sure we know who's the Pilot assuming all her boasts aren't just bravado :P but what about the rest?
Mizix is a solid gunner (+8 to hit) or Magic Officer (+11 Myst), but more importantly will spend her first round using her Historical Analyist starship boon to give whoever is primary gunner +3 on all checks for the combat.
As far as ships, I'm 50/50. At this Tier (8) I think the Drake and Pegasus are pretty even imo. Maybe lean a bit to the Drake for a short-manned crew.

Gunnz is an excellent pilot (+21)
But she does have opinions about flying fast and playing loud music during combat. Just a fair warning. She much prefers the Pegasus. Just expect lots of bus-slow-boring trash talk from her if you make her fly a Drake.
Oh, and if anyone has flown with her before.... you would remember to pack a sick-bag.

Not a fan of the Pegasus and have never lost a starship combat in a Drake, but I'm willing to give the Pegasus a try if that's what Gunnz wants to fly it. Cavaler is best as the captain and he can be a decent gunner too. If we get shot down I don't believe it's an immediate TPK.

Gunnz is pretty prejudiced about Pegasus - she loves them.
Me the player, happy to fly anything the party picks. If you will have a lot more fun with the Drake and its big bangs then we can easily go Drake.

Now out of missiles - assuming on both sides. If Gunnz can keep us in their undefended rear then I think Mizix and Kat can just each take a single gun (Particle beam to Kat, Twin Laser to me) and plink away the rest

Probably my mistake going for the other one, but tagging it early maximises the length of time it has a bleed on it. I'll go join the rest of the group attacking the other cresteater (if still alive) next round.

Oh, its a solid logic. Spreading the bleed in particular around will add p. Consider it Mizix's IC frustration coming out from fear of death (she hasn't been this close to dropping for quite some time) :)

Where is everyone at? Cavaler is at 0/42 stamina and 45/46 HP currently, but with an AOO pending.
I can't believe I rolled dual 1's. All I needed was a total of 8 with 2d10 to finish red.

Can I purchase each character a stim? I know in the SFS rules items can't be traded, but does purchasing others items count towards that? I would be happy to count those purchases on my character sheet, and good lesson and reminder to purchase those items again ahead of time!

I don't think you can purchase new stuff for other characters. That is to stop player-abuse and toss-away characters being used to bolster others.
That said, I think it is totally within the spirit of the rules to replace consumables that others provided for you. Not that there should be any obligation to do so - Kat5e was taking a damage for the whole team.
In Gunnz case, it was only a mk1 healing serum used anyway so really no need (although would be gratefully accepted by Gunnz if offered).
