Seelah reduces the acid bomb strike to 0 so Fafrd takes no persistent and none of you take splash.

Ezren, you were only slowed for one round, so you're not anymore. You can also cast a Shield, which is a good cantrip to use here since the enemy might throw a bomb at you.

So failing the save puts Siddartha at 20=14=6 HP and then Maldlethu heals him 40, so he is at 46/68 HP.

Before he's choked out like some failed Ruby Phoenix contestant, the MAGIC! of Nethys heals Siddartha!

Seelah gives a small curse as she realizes that she's failing to keep her companions alive by not moving fast enough to get into the thick of it before someone nearly dies from the waterfall. To be clear, the Constrict is a BASIC fort save. So Siddartha came out of that round with 3 HP left after taking 24 B on a critical failure. he healed 6 so he has 27-24+6=9 HP current. You can use a hero point if you didn't know this was a basic save, but on a new post.

Siddartha moves in and strikes successfully but once. But he is there to provide a flank for the others.

A frowning Paladin slashes through the water and cuts twice. The fight isn't over yet; the creature is hardier than anyone thought. It may be that the smaller elemental is actually far tougher than the big one.
