Sorry lemme refresh my brian. So the kobolds work for the dragon we're here to slay? Seems like violence is the answer.

Gripping his doru and shield Gheorix calls out in what passes for Greek in this strange land, Hail, we're here on an important task, and have no desire to fight you, will you let us pass? switching to Atlantean he quietly murmurs, I don't expect that'll work, but maybe it'll get us a second to think

The one who spoke croaks out a scream and flees through the ranks to the back of the room. As Agripos nears the end of the tunnel he gets a good view of the room. This large dark room has a catwalk running around its perimeter 15' above the floor. A set of stairs on either side of the entry tunnel lead up to the catwalk. The carved relief of a fish-man head covers the central portion of the north wall. Half of the bottom floor is full of kobolds who advance, the cat walk is manned by slingers who launch upon sight of their enemy. Sling stones pelt the area near Agripos sending small pieces of shrapnel flying into the other behind. None of those that hit Agripos harm him but one explodes in a cloud of noxious dust (DC 13 FOR save or nauseated for 2 rounds).

Agripos moves up and with a brutal flurry of kicks he kills the two kobolds on the steps nearest him. Sigrid summons forth a bright flash of light which burns those caught in it. When the flash dies away it leaves the kobold leadership injured and most blinded. The enemy shaman seems to be the only one who was able to hide his eyes in time. Gheorix is unable to get a solid attack in but Alejandro again feints well and drops the slinger before him. The leadership attempt to clear their vision while the shaman calls out something in kobold and then casts a spell on himself. The slinger nearest Alejandro drops his sling and grabs his mace to try and attack but fails. The other three slingers on the east side release at Alejandro but they fail to land a telling blow. The slingers see Agripos coming and all those on the western side take aim at him. He is pelted by a hail of stones with only one penetrating his armor (dmg 1) and two exploding into dust clouds (DC 13 FOR save or nauseated for 2 rds). After the hail of stones the skirmishers step up with their little maces. One manages to get a swat in on Sigrid (dmg 3). Three attack Gheorix and a small mace gives him a bit of a bruise (dmg 1).

Is there really still one poor kobold next to me?

"Surrender you foolish kobolds. We're not here for you!" Agripos doesn't really expect that they will understand, but decides he needs to try and stop the madness. He pushes forward and tries to drop down from his high perch gracefully. Move to the end of the walkway and drop down. If the kobold is really there, it gets an AOO.
Acrobatics to drop 10': 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (15) + 10 = 25

He then attacks the nearby kobold!
Unarmed Strike: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (3) + 13 = 16; Damage: 1d6 + 14 ⇒ (1) + 14 = 15
