GM, I'd like to spend Downtime changing my level 1 feat from Dueling Parry to >One for All<. It should take me 7 days of downtime, and this game gives 8 days of downtime afterward.
Rereading >Dueling Parry< I realize I need to have a weapon out to use it. >Fist< is not a weapon.
| GM Ladile |
^Okay, that shouldn't be a problem! Once we're done (which should be fairly soon), I'll note it on your chronicle sheet.

Stitch, I'm surprised it wasn't Eddie and his new hat? Unless Eddie hadn't leveled up yet :)

that's weird. it ate my post. Ok. going again.
I posted right after Finn. Roark's position on the map is where he ended up... Weird...

Sorry guys...your CP is just enough to make this guy tougher than usual (elite template) :\
Also, I apologize for the massive slowness of late. A little of it has genuinely been RL busyness but a lot of it is that I'm prone to get the 'blahs' when the days start getting shorter and it can sap my motivation and energy to get anything more than the bare minimum done when I'm not having to work. Even so, I need to at least be more communicative about that than I have been and for that, I'm sorry. I'll do my best to do better about letting you guys know when I can't post, whatever the reason may be.
All that said, we *are* very close to the end so I'll also do my best to pick up the pace so we can wrap things up and move on to the next great adventure. Thank you for bearing with me <3

No worries GM. Been feeling that way off and on myself the last month! Luckily today is a nice sunny day filled with coffee and apples and some cake.
Also, here are the construct 'dying' rules:
While constructs are usually immediately destroyed at 0 Hit Points, your construct companion is a little harder to destroy than other constructs are. When your construct reaches 0 Hit Points, it becomes broken and begins sparking and might be destroyed if you don't Repair it. This works the same as the normal dying rules and determines if your construct is destroyed, with the following two changes. First, most effects that end the dying condition don't work to save a construct companion, but a construct can be stabilized using the Administer First Aid action, using the Crafting skill instead of Medicine. Second, instead of gaining and tracking the wounded condition, if your construct becomes broken in this way more than twice within a 10-minute period, it's destroyed, and you'll need to reconstruct it by spending a day of downtime.

No worries, GM. We act in ebbs and flows. Sometimes I want to post every minute, and sometimes I just need time to recharge.
Summer's my favorite season, and I take the other seasons to remind me to be patient.
...I figured this is a boss monster after my AC 19+Flanking attack missed. Ugh.

Oh no worries. Lots of people also getting sick lately. One of my regular players is out with some respiratory virus and he's in at least 3 of my games. Also I'd imagine it's going to get busier with the holidays approaching.
Regards to Mister Midnight -- all 3 of them :)

Ya no problem on my end GM! Whatever update speed works for you works for me.*
Unless you're talking like 3 posts a day or something...

Sounds like its AC is 21.
Khiari would need a 13 to kick it. Inspire Courage lowers to 12, Flanking/Flat footed lowers that to 10.
I'm going to try to Flank & Trip it to lower its AC and waste its actions so we have more time to hit it.
| GM Ladile |
Actually, it's 19 - looks like I forgot to properly account for FF on at least Roark's most recent attack. Will adjust hp totals accordingly.

Happy Halloween to those that celebrate! Got my pumpkins carved, candy ready, porch light on and dressed up in my skeleton kigurumi. Now to see if any trick-or-treaters stop by - and if not, it was still fun to carve pumpkins and dress up :)
(Oh and I might get a post up in Gameplay in a bit, too!)

Happy Halloween. The kigurumi looks awesome!

I went for a Hawaiian Holiday theme, and it was fun staging my Halloween display. Even though someone stole our first table before we could stage it, I figured a cardboard box and plastic table would stick around.

Kernal Klank is wreaking havoc on the drakes in 03-06! :)

I was dealing with an injured chicken so my halloween was pretty muted. Not that people come to our rural house anyhow.
*Klank had one good attack roll so far!

I'm out of town until tomorrow afternoon/evening; I've got my Chromebook with me but can't guarantee posting availability. I'll either get things moved along later tonight or after I get home tomorrow evening!

Howdy folks. I'll be in New York City for a week, returning home on Sunday. I should have internet access throughout the week.

I just realized that this weekend is Thanksgiving weekend. To those who celebrate, Happy turkey day! Eat some of the bird for me!

Which part of Canada you in, Finn? I'm assuming it's Canada and not Mexico :)

Haha, it is. I'm in Toronto. It's pretty cold this time of year, though we did avoid the ~30-40cm of recent snow I heard New York got.... For now!

Hey folks, I'm still alive. There's been some things going on IRL on my end that've been taking up my time and mental bandwidth lately, on top of work and today's US holiday. I can't guarantee that I'll get around to catching up today since I'll be spending time with family, but I will do my best to do so later tonight or tomorrow.
A close relative has been dealing with some serious depression and it got to a point I was genuinely worried for their physical safety. They're thankfully working on asking for/getting help and opening up more to the rest of the family and friends about what they're dealing with. Still worried about them, obviously, but things don't seem quite so dire now.
In the meantime, Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate and Happy Thursday to those who do not or who live elsewhere in the world :)

Enjoy Thanksgiving, America.
I hope everyone has a great day. I'm hanging out with my parents through the weekend. It's good to see them again since last year.

No worries. Take the time you need. The Azlanti ruins will still be there. We're celebrating Thanksgiving over the weekend, since it's not a holiday here... Lived in MA for 10 years so I know what it's like (I spent that time traveling to chess tournaments) :)

It can be a hard time of year for a lot of people. I hope they feel better soon!
Had a great long weekend visiting family and friends down in MA, been a few years.

Howdy, GM. I hope things are going well. Are you able to continue the quest? I could try to finish this quest off, it sounded like we are close.
| GM Ladile |
Hey! Yes, things have been/are going better on my end this last little bit, aside from work being pretty busy due to the spike in flu/RSV/strep that pretty much everywhere has been seeing.
I've been easing back into updating my games and I believe I should be good to continue/finish this one. Once that's done, I'll probably wait a while before I look at taking another turn at the GM helm here.
Give me a little bit and I should have a new post up in Gameplay shortly :)

Happy, if a bit busy!
In even happier news, we're basically done with the scenario aside from a little wrap-up RP! Huzzah! It looks like I have everyone's information on RPG Chronicles except for Finn's, so I'll repost the sign-up link ---> here.
Chronicles forthcoming later today :)

Roark dances for Rain and the Iruxi community.
Performance, Downtime: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
The performance was a big hit despite the bald spot near Roark's tail.
Bella Sidare
|
Performance: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16
Bella and her sister give an adequate retelling, recalling their adventures within the Azlanti ruins. There is some bickering as they note who bravely stepped forward while the other wisely assessed the situation.

Stitch works to help the Iruxi construct wind generating devices, to blow away all those damned mosquitos and dry gear.
Craft: Field Commissioned: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21
Craft: Field Commissioned: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
Being field commissioned Stitch gets 3 days of downtime per xp vs 2, thus requiring an extra roll for the second 4 days. I believe I have all that correct?
For future note, how does this boon work? Do I fill in a desired task level? Or..?
(0/1)Society Connections (Downtime): Your connections with leaders within the Pathfinder Society help you find opportunities, both new missions and support for your other endeavors. Check the box that precedes this boon when you Earn Income during Downtime to attempt a task of level _____. If you critically fail the check, you still earn the result of a failure for that task.
