Fairly good...the leader of the duergar is dead. We caused a bit of trouble on our way out...but we put a dent in their plans...the piece of th Sky Key is here...

"I don't know what they were looking for, but they had a small army of slaves quarrying, Diazepane adds.

Mylvwara holds out the piece of the key, "Bad news about the dwarves. They have falled into the service of Droskar and he has transmuted them into Duergar. That line of good folk is corrupted and broken by Hao Jin's experiments."
As she drops the fragment of the key into the VC's hand, she sighs, "The key fragment was probably all they had left of their better past."

"The transformation of Naldak’s descendants into duergar was an unexpected and unfortunate development. However what matters is that you recovered another piece of the Sky Key. You successfully completed your mission.” The Master of Spells returns his attention to the tapestry. After a few moments, he barks, [b]“Why are you still standing around? Do you want an award for doing your jobs?”
In the following days, the Grand Lodge buzzes with excitement over their discovery of another piece of the Sky Key. The story of your deeds grows out of proportion, and several junior Pathfinder agents ask you to tell
tales of how you defeated thousands of duergar without sustaining a single scratch.
Grodel (the eidolon from the beginning) begins helping the society while they're in the tapestry.
Since Diazepane didn't tell him not to, Tanbaru hitches a ride back to the Material Plane.
A few days later, the alchemist is contacted by Old Man Pak. "I heard you have a spirit oni with you and was surprised to hear its description. I'd like to take it off your hands. I have one just like it here in my shop..."

Oh...nothing...just admiring the Tapestry...hope to go back someday...should my services be called upon... Mykel says with a smile as he reads the spell master.
I think we need a drink or two to celebrate our success. I know just the spot...I just hope Valeros hasn't caused a ruckus there since we were away...it's one of few places we haven't been tossed out of...yet... he chuckles as he slaps Kal on the shoulder.

Diazepane gladly brings Tanbaru back to the Material Plane, and shows him around.

My GM star boon is that Mylvwara is tight with the master of spells, so maybe that will lower the DC?

I'll allow it.

A little smile flitters across Mylvwara's lips as she gives a little nod to the Master of Spells, "You're too kind, Good Master Zey."
Then she moves next to him, admiring the tapestry alongside her mentor, "The Hao Jin Tapestry, the Sky Key, you must be busy." She smiles, "Better than being at a loose end."

Zey quirks an eyebrow and looks at Mylvwara out of the corner of his eye but does not turn to face her directly.
"What's that old gnome blessing and halfling curse? 'May your life always be interesting?'"

The elf grins, "Yeah, that sounds about right." Then she takes a parchment from her pack and hands it to Zey, "I translated these Azlanti jokes last week, from a find in Varisia. They're awful. Enjoy."
Then she leaves to join her group for a celebratory drink.

"Don't mind if I do, Mykel. Tell you what, first round is on me. Unless the doc is going to make something of his own concoction..."
The Ganzi pauses, glancing at the alchemist for a moment before giving up the idea. "The tavern it is!"

Diazepane will make Polypurpose Pancaeas for afterwards.
