The ring seems like the best bet equipment-wise for Dinenen. A quick glance told me everyone already has the cloaks, so, no hand-me down options, there, an it leaves the body open for Monk's Robes, eventually.
Only a +1 AC, but . . .. The others all conflict somehow.

Amulet of Mighty Fists (+2 Equivalent) leaves a chunk of change on the table, but . . .. Agile would gain 2 points of damage per hit, and either Frost or Flaming would invoke those elemental dice, to be supplemented later by Deliquescent Gloves.
Same price for a Belt of Physical Perfection +2. Gains HP and 1 pt of damage per strike. The Strength bit become less important with Agile on an Amulet of Mighty Fists.
Less for a Monk's Robe, which will up the damage per strike by an average of 1 and my AC by 1.
Oh! Second feature @ 150% price! Forgot about that options, let's see . . ..
Nothing looks appealing to me in the secondary Neck/Body option in the price range. Yeah, too picky.
Gloves could be Stonefist Deliquescent Gloves, though. Unarmed attacks as if a size larger with the corrosive feature. Average +2 "base" damage +1d6 acid. 22K for those.
Monk's Robe is 13K, Deliquescent Gloves are 8K, (or 12K as a secondary ability), so Monk's Robes that also function as Deliquescent Gloves would be 25K. That's a nice combo, actually. Average +1 "base" damage, +1d6 acid, +1 AC.

Yeah those gloves are nice. We had a war against trolls. Acid and fire was big for us.

I don't remember the whole deal with Ring of Power how exactly does it work. They are listed as Rings of Deflection +3 is that a Ring of Deflection with an additional Protection of +3 or just a Ring of Protection +3. I ask because a Ring of Deflection doesn't usually have a bonus it acts as Spell Turning that sends spells aimed at you to the person nearest you (which could very well be your ally).
Are they like commlinks enabling us to chat within some sort of range? Or is it like the Message spell which requires sight and has a range? Or is it like Sending that has no range but has a long casting time and a word limit?
I mean we can make into whatever you don't have. As it was made with you in mind. It should be a Ring of Power!!!
It works like a sending spell, 25 words or less, you can send the messege to all the wearer's of the nobleman's rings; or a specific target: 3/day.

Amulet of mighty fists would solve a lot of hand to hand combat and monk's robs is definitely interesting except i remember something about this double stacking not applicable.

I would like to add in the Swarmbane Clasp ability as a secondary effect to the amulet of Mighty fist though.

Home. My computer died while we were gone. Boot SSD isn't recognized anymore . . .. System is probably 6 years old at this point. Well behind the tech curve. Ordered something current to replace it. Feeling very fortunate to be ABLE to do so, honestly.
On my wife's computer, and will be stealing time on it to handle the online games until the new computer in place and operational.
Had a really good time visiting with my family. Very glad we took the trip.

Drain is dangerous. Damage can be recovered.
Drain on the other hand requires more effort to recover from.

Question: We know that the dagger and the ring are what was posted. If so who needs a Ring of Protection +2? Looking at character sheets all of you could use it.
You have said you have the spell but have not cast it yet. Jezebel's post is assuming you would cast the spell at least once.
You should do spellcraft checks to identify them.

So sorry, every time I sat down to respond to this game something came up. So here is too a busy free day!
So, my wife had another surgery on Thursday. Reduce a bulging disk which had constrained her spinal nerve to less than half the normal diameter. Low enough on her back that the bandage crosses the top of her butt crack.
She's recovering well, but it had an impact on me doing anything at work or online for the past couple of days. Since they do these outpatient these days, I figured there would be less impact than there was. Heck, she's pretty well got things in hand at this point, needing me for only a few minutes every now and then, probably less than an hour total today beyond the things I normally do. But they are all "right now" kinds of tasks, quick or not. Trying to figure out what to do about returning to work. Boss will let me take whatever time I need, but that helps encourage me to minimize it, ya know?

I am a civil servant in a military organization.
I am the deputy over a 65 man shop in a squadron of roughly 200.
The flight commander is deployed, so I'm responsible to run the shop.
My effective boss working to take care of me is the squadron commander already responsible for the entire 200ish.
My job at this point is to make that easier for him.
