DM Trawets |

Ian jumped the gun so he has gone. Dadna and Fley are after the Cultist. Init was a little jumbled this time. Donnen, Leothar, Ian, then aclchemist, then ardriel, then the cultists, then Dadna and Fley.
The cultist then points at Ardriel and says "Drop!" DC 14 Will save or drop your bow.
Cast Def: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
Round 43
Dadna and Fley up.

Fley Flaxon |

Fley stares at the cultist. "That wasn't very nice. Tell him to pick up the bow.". The gnome holds up his kukri and attempts to skewer the cultist. "You're not welcome here any longer."
Cold Iron kukri, attack, inspire: 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 7 + 2 = 17
damage: 1d3 ⇒ 2

Dadna Cloudbreaker |

Dadna stepped up, grim resolve on her face. She had a clear shot at the cowering alchemist, thanks to the reach of her weapon. Making sure that their eyes met, she reached her weapon back, and...
Hit: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
Damage: 1d10 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12
...somewhat rushed her attack. It was not her finest moment.

Ian Passeri |
Dadna are you including the "Iomedae's Inspiring Sword:"? I think you were within 30 ft when you started the round. While wielding a longsword, you can perform an impressive display of prowess as a full-round action. All allies within 30 feet who can see your display gain a +2 sacred bonus on attack rolls, saving throws, and skill checks for 1 round

DM Trawets |

Fley stabs the cultist but he still stands. Dadna manages to miss the alchemist.
Round 44
Ian, Donnen and Leothar up
Don't forget the 20% miss chance on attacks on the alchemist. Donnen needs to roll fire damage for last round and this round if he doesn't extinguish himself. Ardriel needs to make his will save v. command. Dadna would still miss. Don't forget the range on IS.

Ian Passeri |
ok, Inspire sword is a full round action with a 30 ft radius, so can't use it. I'm not sure I should use one of five LOH for Power of Faith's here, so will try to intimidate..
Seeing his friends surround the bomb thrower, Ian glances out the door, then moves forward calling out to the last defender. "You will not defeat us!"
20 ft move, standard action: Demoralize Opponent
intimidate: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (7) + 13 = 20

Donnen Phelps |

Lay on Hands: 1d6 ⇒ 5
Donnen does a sidestep near the enemy as the Dwarf tries to cure himself, then taps out to extinguish the fire.
Reflex: 1d20 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (6) + 3 - 1 = 8 Fail to extinguish
Fire: 2d6 ⇒ (3, 1) = 4
Hey there, mate... Miss me much? - asked the Dwarf, already preparing his axe for another swing.
5-foot-step near him, swift Lay on Hands, full round action to try to extinguish the fire (and fail :P). 2 more rounds fatigued

Leothar |

Leothar continues his Smiting!
Attack on Blue, Smite, PA, Buckler: 1d20 + 9 + 1 - 2 - 1 ⇒ (18) + 9 + 1 - 2 - 1 = 25
Damage: 1d8 + 5 + 6 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 5 + 6 + 4 = 21
Presuming that drops Blue.
Is the mad bomber of the same creature type and subtype as the cultists? Will transfer Smite to him if he is, otherwise it ends.
And, if Blue is dropped, Leothar will move up into his space.

DM Trawets |

The cultists were humans. No more smite.
Leothar drops the last cultist and steps forward. The alchemist mixes another bomb and throws it at Donnen. It bounds off Donnen's shield and lands at the alchemist's feet exploding.
Bomb: 1d20 + 7 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (2) + 7 + 1 - 2 = 8 Damage: 3d6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (2, 5, 2) + 2 + 1 = 12
Misdirection: 1d8 ⇒ 1
Reflex: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18
Leothar and Donnen get an AoO and take 6 points of damage, DC 14 Reflex for half. Don't forget your miss chances.
Round 44
Party Up

Leothar |

"Serves you right!" shouts Leothar as the bomber immolates himself.
Leothar swings Radiance as the alchemist throws his bomb.
AOO, PA, Buckler: 1d20 + 9 - 2 - 1 ⇒ (12) + 9 - 2 - 1 = 18
damage: 1d8 + 5 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 5 + 6 = 18
01-20 miss: 1d100 ⇒ 58
Then he tries to dodge the blast, failing.
Reflex: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
He presses the attack, though tries for more accuracy. One-handing the hammer.
AOO, PA: 1d20 + 9 - 2 ⇒ (14) + 9 - 2 = 21
damage: 1d8 + 4 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 + 4 = 15
01-20 miss: 1d100 ⇒ 74

Donnen Phelps |

As the enemy tries to throw the bomb, the Dwarf swings his hammer at him.
AoO: 1d20 + 8 - 1 - 2 ⇒ (17) + 8 - 1 - 2 = 22
Damage: 1d10 + 3 - 1 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 3 - 1 + 4 = 13
Miss 01-20: 1d100 ⇒ 78
He then tries to escape the blast, but fails.
Reflex: 1d20 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (7) + 3 - 1 = 9
Finally, he tries to extinguish the fires at him - but fails again.
Reflex: 1d20 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (3) + 3 - 1 = 5
Fire: 1d6 ⇒ 4
The Dwarf is very hurt, about to fall, but doesn't back down. Death by fire might approach - but in his mission, he feels as if he's protecting his companions. Even if it might be the end for him.

Fley Flaxon |

Fley moves around to his friend Donnen. "Donnen, you're not looking so great. Here, let me help you out.". Fley touches the dwarf's shoulder and positive energy flows through his veins.
Lay on Hands: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 1) = 7
Fley tries to reassure Donnen. "We got this!"

Donnen Phelps |

I just realized I rolled only a single dice for my LoH - with Fley's help (thanks mate!) and this dice, hopefully I can survive another bomb to the face and my terrible Reflex rolls.
1d6 ⇒ 6

Dadna Cloudbreaker |

LoH: 2d6 ⇒ (2, 4) = 6
Hit: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18
Damage: 1d10 + 10 ⇒ (10) + 10 = 20
Amazingly Dadna still had a clear shot at the alchemist. She thanked Torag that her dwarven comrades had left her the opening. The dorn dergar lashed out into the opening, while the healing power that rippled from paladin to paladin likewise healed the worst of her wounds.
Would she get an AOO with her reach weapon? If so...
AOO: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12
Damage: 1d10 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12

Ardriel Zinro |

Will: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17
I passed my Will save. Don't forget to apply my readied attack to the alchemist, since he threw a bomb.

Ian Passeri |
is it round 44 or 45? Ian used the 'intimidation' for round 44, will use inspiring sword in 45, as he will in round 46 if not attacked from behind.
Staying near the rear to protect from any surprise attacks, Ian watches his companions fight the tiefling throwing bombs. Waiving his long sword to inspire them. "Take the tiefling down!"
full round action: "Iomedae's Inspiring Sword:" While wielding a longsword, you can perform an impressive display of prowess as a full-round action. All allies within 30 feet who can see your display gain a +2 sacred bonus on attack rolls, saving throws, and skill checks for 1 round.

Dadna Cloudbreaker |

Forgot to add the +2 to hit from Ian, making it a 20 to hit. Also...
Miss chance: 1d100 ⇒ 80

DM Trawets |

The alchemist mixes another bomb and throws it at Donnen hitting him square in the chest keeping him ablaze.
Bomb: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 7 + 1 = 19Damage: 3d6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (6, 3, 5) + 2 + 1 = 17
Ref: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24
Dadna, Leothar and Donnen get AoOs. Leothar and Fley need to make DC 14 Ref saves for half of the 6 dam. It was round 45 I missed one, sorry. You guys would have hit him with your cultist rolls and the miss chance I rolled got Ardriel.
Round 46
Party Up

Dadna Cloudbreaker |

AOO: 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 7 + 2 = 20
Damage: 1d10 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 17
Miss chance: 1d100 ⇒ 37
hit: 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 7 + 2 = 28
Damage: 1d10 + 10 ⇒ (8) + 10 = 18
Miss chance: 1d100 ⇒ 78
Ref: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
LoH with current wounds: 5 + 6 - 2d6 ⇒ 5 + 6 - (6, 5) = 0
"STOP DOING THAT!" Dadna yelled at the tiefling, as she swung her dorn-dergar. All of the wounds she had suffered vanished with her outburst, though the same could not be said for the tiefling.

Leothar |

AOO, PA, IS: 1d20 + 9 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 9 - 2 + 2 = 26
01-20 miss: 1d100 ⇒ 99
Damage: 1d8 + 4 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 + 4 = 9
Leothar swings Radiance at the tiefling as he throws yet another bomb.
Leothar then tries to dodge the blast.
Reflex, IS: 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 3 + 2 = 24
He calls on the power of Torag to heal his wounds...
LoH: 2d6 ⇒ (2, 6) = 8
Leothar then aims another strike at the alchemist, missing badly.
Attack, PA, IS: 1d20 + 9 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 9 - 2 + 2 = 11
Is the alchemist holding a weapon? I might try a combat maneuver on him next round.

Donnen Phelps |

Attack: 1d20 + 8 - 1 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 8 - 1 - 2 + 2 = 9
Donnen misses with his attack of opportunity - and, again, takes the full blast of the bomb. Dizzy, he uses the last of his energies to try to extinguish the flames.
Reflex: 1d20 + 3 - 1 ⇒ (20) + 3 - 1 = 22
He succeeds, but immediately goes unconscious.
If the AoOs from Leothar and Dadna gets him before he throws his bomb, then Donnen would be up; otherwise, he took exactly 17 points of damage, getting him to zero. The full round action to extinguish the fire should count as an action and, therefore, he goes unconscious... Stable at 0, but as sleepyhead as they come ;)

Fley Flaxon |

Reflex: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
Fley screams as he catches on fire. "Stop that now! No more fire from you."
Isn't Donnen disabled - so he can do a move action or a standard action?
Fley, seeing his friends hurt, reassures him (even if he is indeed knocked out). "Donnen. Get up. We can do this. Let's smite this tiefling off the face of Golarion."
Lay on Hands: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 6) = 12

Ian Passeri |
Staying near Ardriel Ian, realizing there is no room for him to attack, he continues Waiving his long sword to inspire them. "You can do it!"
full round action: "Iomedae's Inspiring Sword:" While wielding a longsword, you can perform an impressive display of prowess as a full-round action. All allies within 30 feet who can see your display gain a +2 sacred bonus on attack rolls, saving throws, and skill checks for 1 round.
unless attacked from the rear, Ian will continue with the inspire sword in round 47

DM Trawets |

The tiefling laughs at Dadna as she commands him to stop. His grin fades as Leothar hits him as he throws the bomb. Danda then connects as well doing a large amount of damage.
Round 46
Ardriel Up
Donnen was at 0 after the bomb. At 0 you can take a move or a standard but not a full. The fire damage taken will knock him out and Fley's LoH will bring him back with 6 or more HP but prone. Unless Donnen takes a standard action in which case he will be at 5 HP or higher. You do get a bonus on the reflex if you roll on the ground. There may be other ways to put it out as well.

Donnen Phelps |

I already did the Reflex save - do I need to do a new one?
Reflex: 1d20 + 3 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 3 + 4 = 21

Ardriel Zinro |

With Donnen in rough shape, Ardriel fires another arrow at the Tiefling.
Attack, PBS, IS, in melee: 1d20 + 8 + 1 + 2 - 4 ⇒ (3) + 8 + 1 + 2 - 4 = 10
Damage, PBS: 1d8 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 + 1 = 3
1-20 Miss Chance: 1d100 ⇒ 4

DM Trawets |

I already did the Reflex save - do I need to do a new one?
What I was saying was you couldn't make that reflex save at 0 HP, because it is a full round action. You would have taken fire damage this round unless someone put you out; which didn't happen so you take Fire Dam: 1d6 ⇒ 1 and then fall and then Fley heals you so you are at 11 HP and prone but still on fire. Next round it will be out, you can use either reflex save for your full round action.
Ariel shoots an arrow at the tiefling but misses. The tiefling then waves his dagger at you as he drinks a potion.
AoO from Dadna and Leothar

Dadna Cloudbreaker |

AOO: 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 7 + 2 = 12
Damage: 1d10 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12
Miss chance: 1d100 ⇒ 29
Dadna was ready for the tiefling to throw a bomb, but not to drink a potion. She fumbled for her weapon, and was able to bring it back for a strike, but not to lash out with it.

Leothar |

Leothar does his best to knock the potion from the tiefling's hand.
AOO to Disarm, PA, IS: 1d20 + 9 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 9 - 2 + 2 = 19
He does get a return AOO on me with his dagger, and if it hits then the damage is applied as a penalty to my attempt.
01-20 miss: 1d100 ⇒ 96

Dadna Cloudbreaker |

For disarm, I think that is just your CMB. So no power attack penalty needed. It would be level+Str+modifiers. In this case being 4+3+2, for a total of +9. Which comes out to being exactly the modifier you ended up with.

Ian Passeri |
Seeing Leothar knock the he potion out of the tieflings hand, Ian continues Waiving his long sword to inspire them. "Way to go chief, stick it to... errr.... hammer him down!"
full round action: "Iomedae's Inspiring Sword:" While wielding a longsword, you can perform an impressive display of prowess as a full-round action. All allies within 30 feet who can see your display gain a +2 sacred bonus on attack rolls, saving throws, and skill checks for 1 round. unless attacked from the rear, Ian will continue with the inspire sword in round 48

Leothar |

After knocking the potion down to the ground, Leothar follows with an uppercut with the hammer.
Turning off PA.
Attack, IS: 1d20 + 9 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 9 + 2 = 29
01-20 miss: 1d100 ⇒ 5
It is a good swing, but the alchemist's blurred form is hard to strike.

Ardriel Zinro |

Ardriel tries to fire another arrow from his bow into the alchemist. If he was trying to heal himself, he had to be close to falling!
Attack, PBS, IS, firing into melee: 1d20 + 8 + 1 + 2 - 4 ⇒ (4) + 8 + 1 + 2 - 4 = 11
Damage, PBS: 1d8 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 + 1 = 10
Miss Chance 1-20: 1d100 ⇒ 25

Fley Flaxon |

Can Fley jump up on the table, then attack? Not sure how high it is. Would it be an Acrobatics check?
"Why wont you just give up, Tiefling? We both know you don't belong here. You're cornered and surrounded. We will defeat you."
Fley tries to jump up on to the nearby table and get close to the action.
Acrobatics check to jump, inspired: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 4 + 2 = 25
Cold Iron Kukri, attack: 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 7 + 2 = 25
damage: 1d3 ⇒ 2

DM Trawets |

Leothar manges to swing thrugh the blurred edges of the alchemist while Ardriel's arrow hist the wall. Fley bounds up onto the altar and stabs the alchemist.
Here is the description, "a raised dais holds an upturned alabaster altar. Sitting atop the upside-down altar is a hideous mass of severed limbs that have been stitched together into a vile monstrous insectoid shape." I've been debating myself what that means exactly. I was considering using it as a way out of the corner. i'm going to call it difficult terrain and difficult to attack from or to, +2 cover bonus to AC. Sound fair? You didn't roll your miss chance."
miss: 1d100 ⇒ 24

Fley Flaxon |

Oh thanks - forgot about the miss chance. And that description sounds horrendous.

Dadna Cloudbreaker |

Thanks for clear shot: 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 7 + 2 = 24
Damage: 1d10 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12
Miss chance: 1d100 ⇒ 81
With a clear shot opened up, Dadna took the opportunity and attacked the Tiefling. ”You’re treason is a loss for the crusade. And for your continued existence.” She said, matter of factly, as her weapon hit home.

Fley Flaxon |

AOO attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14
damage: 1d3 ⇒ 3
"Put that vial down."

Dadna Cloudbreaker |

AOO: 1d20 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 7 + 2 = 14
Damage: 1d10 + 10 ⇒ (7) + 10 = 17
Miss chance: 1d100 ⇒ 31
Dadna was amazed that the tiefling was still standing. She wondered why wouldn’t he surrender? Such thoughts slowed her reaction considerably

Fley Flaxon |

Miss chance: 1d100 ⇒ 97

Donnen Phelps |

Assuming he also provokes from me... Donnen is conscious, and despite not having his weapon, his armor has gauntlets.
From the floor, Donnen takes the opportunity... And risks. He tries to disarm the man out of the vial.
CMB: 1d20 + 7 - 4 ⇒ (14) + 7 - 4 = 17 Prone
Miss: 1d100 ⇒ 75
This would provoke an AoO, by the way - but we gotta try.

Ardriel Zinro |

Ardriel looses another arrow, trying to finally finish off the Tiefling.
Attack, PBS, IS, firing into melee: 1d20 + 8 + 1 + 2 - 4 ⇒ (5) + 8 + 1 + 2 - 4 = 12
Damage, PBS: 1d8 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 + 1 = 6
Miss chance: 1d100 ⇒ 1

Donnen Phelps |

Donnen assumes his defensive stance again, then just rolls trying to stop the burning.

Ian Passeri |
Seeing the flaming Donnen reach up from his prone postion and slap the potion out of the Tieflings hand, Ian yells out; "Way to go Donnen!"As he continues Waiving his long sword to inspire them.
full round action: "Iomedae's Inspiring Sword:" While wielding a longsword, you can perform an impressive display of prowess as a full-round action. All allies within 30 feet who can see your display gain a +2 sacred bonus on attack rolls, saving throws, and skill checks for 1 round.
unless attacked from the rear, Ian will continue with the inspire sword in round 49
