Sorry for the delay posting; I was having weird login troubles on Paizo. Deleting the browser cookies for Paizo fixed it, in case anyone else has that issue.
Paizo was down yesterday. And then when it came back up, I got the login issue, too. Fixed it same way, deleting cookies.
I just had to do the same thing. :(

I'm wondering if you have any macros you use in Roll20, specifically for initiative and perception. Have you found any that work well to speed up combat?

Initiative - %{selected|initiative}
Perception - %{selected|perception}
You can add these as buttons that will pop up when you select a token if you add them to the Abilities section of the character sheet and select "Show as Token Action".

Those are the ones I use, in addition to a few others for skills and saves and things. But some are specific to the Starfinder character sheet(s). Sometimes one doesn't work on the other sheet. :(

If you're rolling for the whole group and monsters, too, can you just select all of them, then hit the initiative button and it rolls for all at once?

No. Doesn't work. It is calling a specific attribute on the character sheet. If you select multiple sheets it just rolls the one the macro exists on.
Shoot--that seems like the biggest slowdown in combat on Roll20. I'd love a way to roll the whole party's initiative at once, but sounds like that's not possible.
I could've sworn there was a macro on the Roll20 messageboards.

I'm really sorry to hear of your loss. This has been a pretty devastating year for people with cancer. I know too many people who have lost loved ones to the disease. I hope you and your family have the opportunity to get together to grieve which so many people haven't had a chance to do in COVID.
