slid is dead? Did that crit confirm? Oh because of the dex damage? In that case I'll allow the last moment healing by cori on this one cause the snakes are actually ordered to attack but not finish off anyone who enters the room. Their only supposed to make you "mostly dead."

Seeing Slid going down, she sighs as she knows her healing magic will simply kill the undead.

technically, you don't make your save until your turn, and vinnick goes before you friend.

Vinnick pulls out his wand, muttering curses under his breath before placing the tip on slid. He speaks a word and the tip lights up a dark red before the light fades into Slid.

If he is still alive, that should keep him breathing. Though he likely won't be much use in this fight anymore.

Actually my AC is much lower than 19, so the crit confirms regardless of any dex damage. And I'm glad you remembered CLW kills me. Anyway, Infernal Healing keeps me alive and unconscious for long enough to allow for you guys to finish these devilish... I mean, celestial snakes off

I believe it only hits once regardless of how many failed saves it just has a really long duration now but it stops as soon as you make 1 successful save.

Just missing Stannis for this round and Cori you can do an attack this round instead of healing.

If you did not mention to R'yzzntyg that you are dead, she would have immediately used cure light wounds 1d8+2.

These pests are now getting annoying. Not lying about the MIGHT word, as she and Ajikisshochraos in tandem attack the snake from behind.

For the purpose of this fight, with both R'yzzntyg and Ajikisshochraos having ineffective damage even if landing a successful hit, they just providing the +2 flanking bonus to the rest.

I'm going to refrain from rolling UMD since I can retry forever without any real consequence.

Perhaps we could send out for a scroll of Lesser Restoration or two? I am unsure if we have enough remaining coil. But these constructs could be sold...


@slid you loss 1 so far I think as for the rest roll up to six fort saves dc 14 and lose 1d3 dex for each fail and stop when you succeed at one save.

The scavenged alloy from the snakes is worth ~2000 gold.

For now you backtrack and head back upstairs you give the rare metal to Tiadora so she can go sell it (You get 1300 gold for it) and to buy whatever you ask for.

You rest for the night (Don't know if I mentioned this before but resting for the night I always allow my players to heal an amount equal to their level+ their con modifier) You also restore 1 point in each attribute that was reduced.

sure make 2 dc 15 survival checks, success means you get 1d3 doses. failure means you lose the venom, failure by 5 or more means you expose yourself to the venom and need to make a save.

She takes the snakes, sitting down on the floor she looks them over, figuring out how to open these constructs, as it was not as simple of just slitting the corpse open with her sickle and extracting what she needed. After a while she, she begins to open the two snakes.
