Help me build a small Draconic Druid

So I am trying to come up with a Small sized Draconic Druid

Now I know that the Archetype is generally considered less powerful than a regular druid but, the flavour of the class is awesome

What style of druid best suits the Draconic druid archetype?

I was thinking maybe

a) flying mounted combat druid
b) Turn into a dragon and eat people
c) Full caster + dragon backup plan

Now I am trying to plan it from level 5 to 20 just to see if this is something i really would enjoy playing

Let me know your thoughts

A) Flying mount is going to be a little hard. The drake needs to take Gliding, Flight, Mount and either Improved Mount or Improved Flight.
Air type drakes get Gliding for free, otherwise drakes get drake powers at 3/7/11/15/19. However, since 2 of the powers require level 7 (flight and mount), and Improved Mount/Improved Flight require level 11, the soonest you can get better than Gliding while mounted is level 15.
B) Valid from levels 10+, though I would suggest focusing on the first part of Dragon Shape, essentially Hybrid form. The level 4 ability essentially has no downsides at all (other than probably counting as a polymorph effect).
C) You get a bite at level 4, couple that with Aspect of the Beast (Claws of the Beast) you can at least have 3 natural attacks fairly quickly and pretty much all day (nothing with the dragon shape says it takes the duration of Form of the Dragon, so I would argue it lasts 1 hour/level like normal wild shape). The level 4 portion also doesn't state that its a polymorph effect, but I am assuming it still is. Your drake also has an int of 4, so can take any feats it wants. I would suggest that you look into some teamwork feats since they are usually a little stronger. Outflank/Improved Outflank/Improved Spell Sharing/Paired Opportunists/etc.
