For me, weekends usually work decently, it was just this weekend that I was traveling a lot (as mentioned, I’m currently out of the country). Hopefully I find time to make a post soon (I’ve been mainly just reading along on my phone).
Okay guys, gonna post the full map for this level again because that's the easiest way to do it for me.
I trust you will continue to keep ooc knowledge about the map separate from in character knowledge.
Just one more little suggestion: If you put the map links into the campaign description, where you wrote "Gestalt Strange Aeons! Spooky!", they will be exactly there and a little bit easier to access.
Have to admitt it took me unto now to find them.

Not so much toddler wrangling yet, but my wife is going back to work full time and I'm now going to work earlier. Just working on getting schedules arranged is the tough bit.

I'll be back in the country and starting school in about a week; once that happens, I'll be all ready.
I'm well, for now, and in principle should be ready whenever, though my semester also starts in a couple of weeks, at which point all hell might break loose while I adjust to the new schedule. I'm scrambling to get ready for that (including teaching my first self-designed course!), but there's also family business wrapping up this weekend that has been really eating into my prep time and that will continue to do so for a few days.

I am good for the moment. There is a tropical storm that is slated to become a cat 2 hurricane heading towards us over the weekend. I'm not too concerned but it could cause delays.

I'm here. A bit under the weather, but I hope I'll be able to shake that off in another day or so, and I'm determined to stay optimistic about the start of term next week.
The forums seem to have eaten my last post, and it turns out that I'm actually trying not to die, rather than just a bit unwell, but them's the breaks.
If I can at least get my voice back before my first lecture this week, that would be great. I'll try to keep up with fun stuff too, as here, but feel free to bot me to move things along if necessary.
Apologies for being gone this past week. Work shut down for the hurricane. Even though we didn't get hit, I still ended up spending the time with family. Will be back to normal now.

I want to apologize for not being around. Someone has hacked a good number of my accounts and I've been dealing with getting fraud charges over turned this past week. I hope to have everything sorted by the start of next week.

I'm still here and around! Though it's the very end of term for me, so this week and next has been and will be hectic, although hopefully the peak will be just after this weekend when I'll at least have the last set of assignments and exams in hand for this round.

I just got back in, so I won’t be posting tonight, but expect us to get this show going again (and more permanently) tomorrow!
So I just noticed we seem to have lost Kioku entirely.
What shall we do, remaining gang, have a new recruitment phase, pick someone who didn't make it the first time, or adjust to only having the three members?
I'll leave it up to you guys.
I think reopening recruitment might be the best, and it seems to be the most common response to losing a player. In any case, I think we could keep playing even while recruitment is ongoing.
I'm fine with any of the above; if there're folks from the first round of recruitment who seem like they might be a good fit and are still happy to jump in, that might be easiest.
Other than that I could ask some players that I know. Or perhaps someone else can too .
Sorry guys, flu has kept me in bed for most of the past few days.

As to recruitment, I hope the others will correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think we have vociferous preferences, so why don't we open it up, with the proviso that we might give preference (within such-and-such a timeframe) to a shortlist of folks who previously expressed interest?
Two birds with one stone: if any suitable characters from the first round are still available, but also getting the search started in case not?

I am alive and well! Recruitment is open, reassessing the story and seeing what I can work with as to where the unlucky survivor next to join you will be found.
Just checking in, and with a crazy idea about how we might be able to work the new person in. If we three weirdos can put this doppleganger down quickly, maybe we can deliver evidence of the first kill, only to discover that the beleaguered guards have run into someone else unexpected approaching from their side of the barricade that they would prefer to send off to make sure this other lunatic isn't a shapeshifter? We would get to play up the paranoid angle of the whole situation still further. :)
