I hear you; thanks for checking in, and no hard feelings. Checking in on the boards has been one of the few things keeping me from flying apart this past little while, but not everyone has the luxury of being able to do that.

Ugh. And now I'm thinking of my dad doing his best to instill an appreciation for "classic" television in his daughter. What is it with the "Do not adjust your set. We are in control?" The Outer Limits? The Twilight Zone? Obviously, the lessons didn't really hold. :)

Also, I'm using a new spreadsheet for Aoife, because I foresee a lot of buffs that will be annoying to track individually. Getting gestalt to work on it is a bit of a pain, but whatever. Magus is unilaterally better with stats than wizard (or ritualist), so I can use that. Still figuring out the spell situation, though.

Anyway, this level I get Spellstrike, some numeric bonuses (including a +1 to AC) and one step closer to my Blackblade and Loremaster.

I don't know how best to advise you about your hex, Prasitis. :) Evil Eye is really good of course, but it seems like you might prefer using your standard actions to fight rather than hex. You are a cavalier, after all, so it seems wise to make good use of that full BAB! If you did go with the Healing hex, you could theme it like covering the patient in a thin layer of ice and frost, which might be kind of cool and fit your winter witch theme.

My archetype and stat allocation probably favours a more defensive sort of cavalier, so we'll see. I think I'll go with evil eye for now, and if we get badly mauled but make it to our next level and there's an outcry, I'll spend a feat to get more healing. :)

I'm sorry for going missing on you. It's been a very hectic couple of weeks. At work we had two back to back short notice and short deadline extra projects added on top of our regular work. With what free time I've had I really needed to do other things than sit in front of a computer yet more.

I think we're ready to move on.

If nobody objects Satomi will take one of the amulets of natural armor. It's a good long-term choice for her since she will be sticking with light armor for a while, then switching to no armor.

I mean, we are all melee characters, right? Everyone has a good argument for wearing it. Easier to roll for it than to argue about it, I think. :)

Here, for the first amulet (1 Aoife, 2 Laura, 3 Prasitis, 4 Satomi, 5 Veda): First amulet: 1d5 ⇒ 1

And the second amulet (1 Laura, 2 Prasitis, 3 Satomi, 4 Veda): Second amulet: 1d4 ⇒ 4

I find it highly ironic that the two of us who initially claimed them were also the ones that ended up with them via chance.

Hehe, well I don't really mind one way or another. I was just pointing out that over time Satomi will need to diversify her AC bonuses since armor won't be contributing much to her defenses.

Sorry for the pause in posting. I think I mentioned I work for the Oregon Department of Human Services and we're still getting hit hard by the fallout from Covid-19. The start of this month was especially rough since the CARES act is mostly ending and we have to recalibrate to account for it.
