Caduceus heals himself and his comrades, while also once again wounding the giant with divine energy.Anen casts Hold Monster upon the ice devil, but nothing seems to happen. Anen, note that where you are now (post-shift) you will not have line of sight or effect to the battlefield. The curved spiral that Heccan is on is a spiral staircase that you are now standing on. Also, note that the big white circle that the ice devil is standing next impedes vision (and, presumably, movement) since it is a massive column of "mist" that is holding up the castle of air.
Tytus, which Bone Devil are you attacking? Yellow or Orange. I don't think you have 15' reach anymore (do you?) in which case you'll need to adjust your position to be able to attack either of them.
From the staircase, Heccan, still invisible, sends a shower of glitter across the battlefield upon the ice devil...

However, being this close to the creature fills the hero with uncontrollable dread, so much so that he suddenly finds himself fleeing in panic! Hector, you drop your weapon and anything else you were holding and must flee from the battlefield. Note also that panic will impose a -2 penalty on your saves against the poison, among other things.

DESCRIPTION

When the frost giant falls, the ice devil looks up from its task for the first time, and with a roar, flies towards the party. Suddenly an intense wave of coldness washes over Caduceus, Tytus, and Anen.

I believe that both Hector and Anen were out of range at the time you channeled. Caduceus then gives himself some further healing. Caduceus, by my calculations that leaves you still with 10 dmg, not 2. Care to double-check? I may have goofed somewhere along the way.

Both Hector and Caduceus easily dance out of the way of the worst of the cold blast, and once again Caduceus' life link heals Hector.

The same holy energy fully heals Hector, and nearly does the same to Caduceus, while Tytus remains wounded. Anen is too far away to benefit from the channel.
The remaining ice devil squints evilly at the group. It appears that they have his undivided attention now. While this may be a good thing for the stability of the floating castle, it may not be so beneficial for the pathfinders!

DESCRIPTION
You influence the actions of the target creature by suggesting a course of activity (limited to a sentence or two). The suggestion must be worded in such a manner as to make the activity sound reasonable. Asking the creature to do some obviously harmful act automatically negates the effect of the spell.
The suggested course of activity can continue for the entire duration. If the suggested activity can be completed in a shorter time, the spell ends when the subject finishes what it was asked to do. You can instead specify conditions that will trigger a special activity during the duration. If the condition is not met before the spell duration expires, the activity is not performed.
A very reasonable suggestion causes the save to be made with a penalty (such as -1 or -2).

Position is correct. I'm unsure how high up the stairs are at that point, but I'm forty feet down from there. If that would put me at ground level I'll instead be ten feet above it.

Caduceus channels to heal his friends and to harm his foe. Caduceus it looks to me like you are 40' away from Anen (or 45', considering that he's 10' up in the air). If you were one square to the south though, I think you could get Anen and also the devil. Move you there?

The ice devil takes the full force of Caduceus' channel.
The channel fully heals Heccan, and partially heals Tytus and Anen. (Hector's damage situation is still pending his Reflex save, but whatever it is will now have 23 taken off of it) After also laying hands on himself, Caduceus is also nearly fully healed. (Caduceus still has 5 points of damage yet to be applied from the life link with Hector, still waiting on Hector's save. Once those 5 points are added, bringing Caduceus to 67, and then his healing for 64, leaves him with 3 dmg)

Tytus, I believe you studied the ice devil earlier in the encounter, before moving to study other targets. Unless you have some sort of shenanigans "once a creature has become the target of an investigator’s studied combat, he cannot become the target of the same investigator’s studied combat again for 24 hours unless the investigator expends one use of inspiration when taking the move action to use this ability." Spend one use of inspiration.... striking it very effectively.
Heccan finally breaks his bad luck with his spells, sending several bolts of force into the devil.

Hector dodges the worst of the cone of cold, and then fully healed by Caduceus. Hector takes 22 cold dmg; this is then reduced to 17 from Caduceus' life link (and Caduceus takes 5 dmg); and then Hector is fully healed by Caduceus' channel.
Hector then attempts to engage the ice devil in melee. The mind fog has no hold over him. As he nears the devil, however, he once again feels pangs of fear, similar to those he felt earlier from the bone devil.

Note that Heroism and Remove Fear don't stack
If you used Charmed Life you pass and the rest of your turn resolves as you posted.
If you didn't use Charmed Life you failed and must once again flee in a panic (Sorry!), dropping your weapon again, this time 10' away from the devil, with whatever movement you had remaining.
In either case, you will provoke an AoO from the Ice Devil
As Hector moves, the Ice Devil stabs at him with its spear...
