Isn't that Pathfinder 2e?
I believe these are house rules. As far as 2e goes, it doesn't have expert weapons or armor. The 2e Playtest did, but they replaced the quality of weapons with the Runes system for simplicity sake. Trained, Expert, Master, and Legendary refer to how proficient you are with such things.

"Yuck, I wonder how long that has been sitting there," he says, his nose wrinkling at the sight of the stale water.

"I wasn't planning to," Lavanor says with a nervous grin. When he finds nothing, he moves to the door. "There is some sort of inscription on the bowl but I have no idea what language it's in," he mentions to the others.

This huge room looks like nothing more than an immense underground cathedral. Stone doors stand to either side of the main entrance, but beyond this, the walls are carved with strange, spiky runes. In the center of the room is a large pool, a ring of polished human skulls balanced on stone spikes arranged in a circle around the deeper midsection. At the far end of the room, a pair of stone stairways leads up to a pulpit on which sits a second pool, this one triangular and filled with churning, bubbling water that looks almost like translucent lava. Yet while wisps of what look like heat and steam rise from the strange orange liquid, the room itself is deathly cold.
Above the orange pool is a small humanoid creature. She looks at Lavanor when he steps in the doorway and goes into a fit. "How dare you intrude on the mother's sanctum!" she screams in abyssal. Then she draws a tiny knife and cuts her hand. The blood drips into the pool which bubbles madly before another of the wrath creatures crawls out of it dimming the pool's radiance.

Shaking his head at the sudden apparition from the pool, Camil fits an arrow to his bow and quickly fires at the small quasit. That pool makes those things?

Lavanor stares in disbelief at the room before him. "How is all of this under the town and no one knows about it?" he asks as he moves into the room so that the rest of the group can enter. Not knowing what is behind the doors, he doesn't go past them but readies his sword for the creature to advance.

Zandril moves up next to Lavanor with a shudder, his smile fading at the site of the room. "That's been my question all along." Zandril readies an action to strike at any enemy that comes into reach.

Zandril will attempt to Parry/Riposte the first attack directed to him.

@runt: your special summoning does not make the summoned creature appear any quicker correct? Therefore your bird will appear in round 2 and attack immediately since summon monster has a casting time of 1 round.

Runt's eagle just misses the little quasit and Trunt's shot goes wide as well. (So you may be more descriptive if you like, the target AC is 22. Small and quick with some outsider natural armor.)

The wrath spawn moves down the steps to attack the nearest person. It manages to avoid Lavanor's swing but takes a grievous wound from Zandril. It then retaliates with a claw but fails miserably.
The quasit moves away from the eagle and then goes invisible.
I left her visible to show her last known position before she disappeared.

Hoping to take care of this creature so they can move on to the quasit before more creatures can be summoned, Lavanor swings his sword. "Remember we have to burn it once it's down," he reminds everyone.

The arrow flies through the air striking the back wall.

My bad, you are right. Currently the monster is down but needs to be burned to stop regeneration and the quasit is invisible. So ready an action I guess? Isabella said she would carry the torch I lit from the last one we killed unless it's been an hour since then.

Well, if it is down then Runt will move up the stairs to where the imp was last and the eagle will move over and attack the only target that is left, the downed one.

Not able to spot the location of the creature himself, Trunt takes his waterskin and tries to fling water in the direction that Isabella motions in an attempt to splash the quasit and make it more visible.
Not sure how this would work, but I'll give a dex based attack roll just in case thats what you want.

Ahhh get back! Camil wildly attacks the hyena, missing horribly due to being startled.
