A smaller fiendish canine appears near lavanor and attacks. It misses. Then a cold rush of power runs through everyone but Trunt (oddly, he is outside the radius whereas Runt is caught in it) and the quasit becomes visible.
Save vs Fear DC 14; those who fail must try to flee for 4 rounds, if you make the save you are shaken for one round. A shaken character takes a –2 penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks.

Trunt, startled by the sudden appearance whirls toward the Quasit but the bolt goes wide narrowly missing Runt.

Lavanor swings and misses at the small canine that suddenly appears by him. When the strong chill runs down his spine, he is filled with fear and runs.
Not sure where the quasit is. Would I run away from it? Not sure if I would run out the door we came in or out the side door closest to me.

The quasit is on the far side of the room behind the orange pool. You can choose which route to flee if you miss your save. Remember it takes a move action to open a door. Lavanor does indeed get his swing in before the spell overtakes him. Let's say he tries the closest door away from attacking creatures such as the dog.
Camil's attack takes the dog in his right flank and digs deep. Lavanor steps to the nearest door and flings it open only to find himself staring at a large closet. Huddling in the closet is a possibility or he considers running for the other door. Isabella kind of helps him in that as she runs to the door and flings it open.

The quasit speaks again and casts a spell. This time, everyone in the room has a feeling of dread settle upon them (Bane -1 to hit and fear saves DC 14 will save).

Trunt fires his Crossbow, reloads and then fires again at the Quasit, seeing the nimble creature scaring off his companions but it dodges out of they way and Trunt curses the creature and his crossbow.

Trunt looks around the room, glancing at the others and shrugs saying, "Well, I don't have any idea how to find that thing, do you all?" and heads toward the doors.

Isabella and Lavanor left the doors hanging open. To cutoff possible retreat, assuming it has not already left, one of the three of you standing near the door can push it closed (free action). As Zandril prepares his attack as well, they wait. The quasit does not wait long.
An invisible tiny knife come flying from the air and then she is visible. The knife sinks to its tiny hilt in Zandril and then flies back to the quasit.
