Ansha steps out of the fog and waits for it to clear before advancing to the room the dogs came from and poking her head inside to look around.

Sickly's only concerned with staying as far from the mushrooms as possible... so still gasping from his recent exertion, he goes out of the room to the east, and checks the rooms along the far side of the main floor, eventually circling around to the entry hall from the north.

The group slowly goes around the first floor, you quickly discover three bedrooms on the south side of the building. In one of the rooms, you find an alchemist formula book, hidden under a loose flagstone in the floor.
You also find a spiral stairway leading down into somewhere dark. Option Down and you finally reach a room.
The chaos of construction reigns in this room. Remains of a bedroom and smoking parlor linger amidst piles of debris, construction materials, and misplaced tools.

Good plan, Sickly. We will finish this level first. I mean it makes more sense than going up and down and up and down again, right? Do you think there are more of those no-so-nice people? I did not get to see them...well not much. That one seemed a bit strange when she tried to run past. BUt if there are more, hopefully they are more friendly.
He motions the air elemental to stay close.
The dwarf wipes his running nose, and looks worriedly back the way they came.
"No fungus this way." He says quietly, apparently just going this way to avoid the mushrooms that were summoned in the prior one.
Now back to regularly scheduled puppy madness.
He recoils from the sight of so many dogs in one place, his face already starting to turn blotchy and red.

Sickly frowns, at the sight of all the chained up people, and chases after the woman (it's been a she and a he, not sure on gender).
As he enters the next room, he points his weapon at her. "It's not nice to chain people up like that!" It sounds totally lame, but he doesn't seem to care, as his eye starts to twitch and swell shut again from the lingering aura of the dogs, that filled the room a short time before.
With a pitiful wail, he brings his hammer up, and then down again, swinging it at the lady with the whip.

Search the fellow first!
As Dailung easily knocks the final foe unconscious, Sickly is quick to leave the room, his breath coming in loud rasps, eyes watering, as he tries to find a spot where there were not so many dogs.
He goes back the way they came, to where the people were chained up. Not sure why they are imprisoned, he prepares to smash the chains loose from the floor with his hammer.
Will use adamantine weapon to smash out the pins, or what have you... unless someone tells him not to.
Otherwise up the staircase in the main hall seems the obvious way to go. Shrug. I just follow the others =)

The freed captives fall over themselves thanking Sickly for his timely sundering of their bonds. "Gods bless you all! My name is Kaborghia, lead Pathfinder of the expedition here. Before we were captured, we found tablets from Katheer's Venicaan College. We must get word of them to Venture Captain Valsin!" Turning to Wembly, he seems a bit wild-eyed. "None like us, far as I know. Dulm is up there, attending to the hellion of a woman these men call captain."
The whipmaster carries a number of tokens, as well as a scroll, potion, and wand. His cloak and rapier along with his belt and boots are of high quality. Dailung and Ansha find that the second floor landing is barren of interesting features. Two doors stand closed, one to either side.

Sickly smashes open the door to reveal bright colors and gold-plated embellishments defining the central theme of this bedroom’s décor. The northern double doors open into a sitting area filled with enormous pillows and a small writing desk overlooking the sea. Each exterior wall features giant windows with gossamer curtains pulled shut to maintain privacy while letting in light.

A lightly armored elven woman brandishes a rapier, giving the sallow half-orc in front of her a push with her boot. ”Go on, Dulm, play with your Pathfinders then!” The command is derisive, an ugly smirk twisting her face into a cruel mask.
