Harsh Mistress to say the least.
This appears to be an invisible stalker, which is typically a N Medium outsider (air, elemental, extraplanar).
They are naturally invisible, so invisibility purge will not work. They are immaculate fliers, being creatures of air. They have all of the normal elemental traits (such as an air elemental would have), and are able to track their prey at full speed.
Very little is known about these enigmatic and mysterious creatures, as their very nature makes details of their true form difficult to discern. Brought to this world from the Plane of Air, these creatures fulfill tasks for those who conjure them. Invisible stalkers act as guardians, assassins, and trackers, occupations in which they excel. Their natural invisibility and skill at stealth allow them to follow their quarry without detection and give them the upper hand when it comes to exterminating a mark.
Molly, from what I read, it requires striking the target, as it is not a splash weapon. However, you have a pretty good idea where the attack came from that hit you, so I will allow you to target the square behind you.
Molly spins around, firing a die arrow behind her. She manages to hit the creature behind her! She then fires at the first one, again. She hits it three times, her third one only due to the dare! This includes removing the 2nd die, which only rolled a 1. Why 2 dice, the dare only gives 1, unless I am missing something.

Bubbles will take a 5 foot step off my head and shapechange into a size Small winged angel as a standard. As a move action he will take a Medlance off of my bandlier.
Sensing that Molly once again bit off more than she can chew the cap on Molly's head slides off and morphs into the form of a small child with wings. Without preamble it grabs a long syringe and begins reciting a prayer to Kurgess.
Molly, confidence must not be confused with brashness. Still, to sacrifice safety to assist those in danger...that is a noble choice that would please The Strong Man.

Move action will be to administer a Cure Serious Potion via a Medlance which has been treated with Chef's Secret Recipe boon to Maximize it for 29 points of healing. Standard action converted to a move action is to move next to Emberwik, but he can't so he will end his turn in the square he is in.

Bubbles taps Balik's shoulder with a syringe and after a small pinch, a feeling of warmth spreads through his body like whiskey on a cold night. He then attempts to move to Molly's companion but is blocked by something.

With my Lantern of Auras I’d like to make a spellcraft check to see if I can figure out what he is doing, then I will pull out a Riffle Scroll of Dispel Magic and attempt to use it to dispel that sphere surrounding the mage. The Riffle Scroll increases the casting level of dispel magic by 1 level, so the DC of my UMD Check is 24 and would require a 7th level caster, which gives the scroll a +7 on its caster level check. I think. I will add my Dare Dice to the caster level check.
