With both guns in the forward arc already being manned, Nole resorts to targeting the purple fighter's engines!
The two fighters had successfully performed flyby maneuvers against the Pegasus and their gunners ready themselves to fire!!!

Yes there is. It's listed as 5 in the CRB so you character would expect that to be the number. So far, they've been fired in rounds 1,3,5 and 7 so you character would expect the fighters to have one more round of micromissile ammo - after which they'll probably go after you with just the light laser cannons.

Should he take his comm unit to Historia and ask her to help him encrypt the device's IP against Envar's messages? Should he seek out some of his old special ops buddies to see if they were aware of any black market devices that would screen his messages better?
Ultimately, the vesk sighs with resignation as he decides it would be too complicated--and too expensive--to get anything done that would actually fix the issue. So instead, he opens up the message, types in a quick message with his RSVP, and hits send.
"Sounds great! I'll bring that skitter-guac I told you about!"
