I just says the guards are small outsiders, but otherwise does not give a race. We will say alien, human like, dark green in color
Their turn reflex: 2d20 ⇒ (11, 11) = 22 +1 to each. Except for exile which is +3. By the way, I copied an pasted the wrong guards, those guards are for the higher tier, the ones you are fighting have 6 HP, Esar actually killed one.
They both fall immediately
On their turn, they will get up and move acrobatics: 2d20 ⇒ (19, 20) = 39 +1 and +2.
They are able to get into melee hit: 3 + 1d20 ⇒ 3 + (19) = 22 survival knife attack and hit: 5 + 1d20 ⇒ 5 + (12) = 17 slam attack vs Esar.
Esar takes dmg: 1d6 + 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (4) + (3) + 3 = 10 physical damage. The 1d6+3 is from the guard if you need thos numbers seperately
All heroes are up You all hear movement from the other rooms, or you eventually will before round ends, but as rules state you can only interact with one object, they can only open one door. Thus, you know they are there, or you assume, but you can't see them yet. Edit: I forgot I said that won't happen until their turn on round 2, those other two guards. In otherwords, if combat ends before it gets to their turn on round 2, they don't come, though I'm leaving their positions on the map for now, I'll change them back later.

GM, can Tik see a way to lock the door where the two guards are coming from? As in Psychokinetic hand, lock the door so they have to override the lock to get in? Delaying tactic is the thought.

Amoso then kills the exile with a powerful shot.
The other two guards never come. The I assume you make some noise to make them come so they can slip on the grease.
reflex: 2d20 ⇒ (20, 8) = 28 +1 to each.
So one will be up slam attack: 9 + 1d20 ⇒ 9 + (3) = 12 on Stra-Der

AMOSU's eyes are wide after the blast from its Pulsecaster. Re-orienting as quickly as it can, it locks its targeting system on the guard-creature attacking Stra-Der. "Please cease hostilities towards New Friends. Surrender is still an option." It then fires on the guard-creature.

Esar turns to the new guards and slips in the grease (Not moving, just for flavor). He turns it into a flip, and when he lands, he shoots the guard that attacked Stra-Der. Lacking any quips, he just says, "Uh, what my friend said."

Amoso misses and Esar hurts one badly
Botting meleers hit: 6 + 1d20 ⇒ 6 + (9) = 15 as Stra-Der goes after a noninjured one dmg: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Tik hits one survival knife hit: 2 + 1d20 ⇒ 2 + (6) = 8 or not
Tshick uses energy ray cantrip hit: 3 + 1d20 ⇒ 3 + (16) = 19 and kills the most injured one.
The last one fights to the death, but won't be able to kill any of you, unless he crits hit: 1d20 ⇒ 16 and he won't be able to do that, and even if he did crit, it would be a stretch. So Heroes finish him off.
