Yeah that will end it.
Out of Combat

Now with the undead gone, you notice the rest of the room.

The ceiling is 20 feet high near the walls and rises to 30 feet at the apex. The patch of rotting gray-green flesh is roughly 20 feet in diameter and 10 feet tall, and it bears hundreds of jagged, poorly-healed scars from the local ghouls’ relentless feeding.

You notice one passage choked with rubble, and it would require extensive work to excavate.

DC 20 perception, +2 w/ stonecunning:
You notice a secret door in the wall next to the caved in section

If you wish to dig out the chamber:
It will take approximately 6 hours for the dig to be complete and will require a constitution check to avoid fatigue. If fewer than half of you dig, it will be more tiresome and increase the DC. If you have profession miner and succeed at a DC 15 check, you all gain a +5 circumstance bonus to the constitution check. If you have the stonecunning racial trait or a burrow speed, you may attempt the profession check untrained and with a +2 circumstance bonus.

Towards the rear of the chamber on the western wall, find another door.

We'd all have our backs to the room while we dug. And we'd be making so much noise, we wouldn't hear them. They'd be on us before we even knew they were there." Hearing Pai's question, he turns to face the big pile of yuck. "I was wondering the same thing. How do we even know if something like that is alive or dead or undead? Just because it isn't attacking us, that doesn't mean it isn't just waiting until we are alseep before it oozes its way over and absorbs us. Sheeze, what a way to die. At that, his face turns grim. He loads up another magic stone and hurls it at the giant blob, waiting for something to happen. This large chamber has a relatively low ceiling. The far southwest wall is set at an angle, and against the center of the wall sits a heap of bones and skulls resembling a large makeshift throne. To the left of the throne sits an oak and brass sea chest, carved with images of sea serpents chasing their own tails.

The ceiling here is only 10 feet high. The only furniture in the room are the throne made of bones and skulls and the sea chest.

On the throne sits another undead. In front of it are two more festrogs. They do not immediately attack like the others.

With a sudden burst of energy, Pai zips into the room and, flinching, lets fly a surprisingly loud blast of electricity from her outstretched hand.

Electric blast vs. Touch AC: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 112d6 + 3 ⇒ (6, 4) + 3 = 13
She applies Thundering Infusion to her blast. If the blast hits a foe and penetrates spell resistance, that foe becomes deafened until the deafness is removed, even if the blast doesn’t deal damage. A DC15 Fortitude save negates the deafened effect.

She takes 1 point of burn for the Thundering Infusion.

As soon as she does so, the tiny crackles of electricity that had been surrounding her increase in intensity, causing her short shock of brilliant orange hair to stand on end with static electricity. Elemental overflow is activated now that she has taken a point of Burn.
